I had a quiet suite room, it was clean and i had lot of space Fridge was cooling good and bathroom was very good Breakfast good, they offer preparing an omlette upon request Reception staff Sanae and Ayoub they were very helpful and kind

Shower room too bad.. Towels are too old.. food is too humble

Wassim provided the best customer service! He spoke excellent English and helped us with everything from breakfast, tips about the city, nightlife, and trains to getting around. He was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, the room was great, and the staff were efficient, respectful, and always smiling. Overall, an amazing stay with the best customer service thanks to Wassim and the team at Flower Town Hotel & Spa!
