Fantastic stay. Highly recommend. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff were great! Only downfall was the laundry service. Washing machine and dryer took a really long time which wasnt great with people waiting and only 1 available of each. Other than that the best stay weve had on pur holiday so far.k

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice kitchenette. We were counting on doing laundry at the facility as it was advertised on the listing, but the laundry facilities were out of service during our stay.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht mit voll eingerichteter Küche und Kühlschrank ! Alles sehr sauber ! Schade was das wir pro Nacht 15 Euro für den Parkplatz gezahlt haben und Nachts vor der Schranke standen und der Parkplatz voll war !

Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Die vom Bad abgetrennte Toilette ist m. E. nur halb praktisch, weil man sich nicht direkt die Hände waschen kann. Die kleine Küche ist nett, der Kühlschrank neben dem Bett aber schon recht laut. Zimmer werden nicht täglich sondern erst nach einer Woche Aufenthalt gemacht. Das hätte ich gerne bei Anreise schon gewusst. Die Bar ist okay und gut besucht. Wellness oder Sportgelegenheiten sucht man umsonst. Zur Lage: man sollte gut zufuß sein, wenn man seinen 15 Euro Parkplatz nicht aufgeben möchte, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen (ca. 30min.). Sehr zu empfehlen ist aber der Dinner im 50th Style in 100 Metern Entfernung.

Neues Hotel nahe Bahnstadt in Heidelberg mit gutem Gesamtangebot und gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Zur Altstadt zu Fuß sind es 30 Min., aber Gastronomie gibt es auch in der Bahnstadt. Gefallen hat die integrierte Küchenzeile und die flexiblen Servicezeiten inkl. Bar. 17€ p.P. für das Frühstücksbuffet und 15€ Parkgebühr pro Tag sind dann eher teurer, dennoch war der Parkplatz voll besetzt. Parken kann also schwierig werden. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war sehr praktisch. Das Zimmer war groß und enthielt eine kleine Küchenzeile, die sehr praktisch war. Das Bad war klein, aber sauber. Das WC war separat.

Excellent service. I left a tablet in my room and they called me to get my address, then mailed it to me a few days later. Hotel and room were also in top shape, super clean. I will definitely come back for my next trip to Heidelberg!

There were three schools staying at the hotel and they were completely out of control. They ran around screaming and stomping until 2 am for 2 nights. After the first night I complained to management who assured me they were leaving that day - but were there running around all night again the next night. They clearly didn’t care about the other guests comfort as we were completely overrun by out of control teenagers. The dirt and garbage under the sofa was also pretty disgusting. Heading back to Heidelberg next week and I have cancelled my reservation and booked elsewhere.

We arrived earlier than scheduled and they moved us into a double room which was prepared, so thank you for being supportive. The room, had everything you need, inclusive of a small kitchen, it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bus/ tram connection was conveniently located outside the hotel, and the connections to the Altstadt, were quick and efficient.

Ich hatte mir das Zimmer mit einer Freundin geteilt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und verfügt zusätzlich über eine Kochnische, sodass man sich selbst versorgen kann. Ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Toilette, die sich in einem separaten Bereich des Zimmers befindet und kein eigenes Waschbecken hat. Die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer war toll und wie auf den Fotos. Ich konnte auch eine halbe Stunde früher einchecken und das Personal war sehr nett. Man ist auch relativ schnell be einer ÖV-Haltestelle, zu Fuss in die Altstadt würde aber zu lange dauern. Häufig hört man Sirenen von der Strasse unten, weshalb man das Fenster in der Nacht besser schliesst und evtl Oropax reinmacht, wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist. Ich würde wiederkommen.

The hotel offers 1 bedroom apartments at very competitive prices! We love having a separate bedroom and living room. The shower was very powerful and the bed extremely comfortable. The small fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly ask for is a bonus, even for short stays. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and a tram stop 3 minutes walk away on the Montpellierbrücke. The only gripe we had whilst staying at the hotel was a large group of Greek school children who were intolerably loud until the early hours of the morning. I am sure this business is lucrative for the company, but totally unacceptable for other paying guests who book a hotel and not a youth hostel!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are very nice - practical, cozy and clean.

We asked for the safe to be opened as it had been locked and we asked for another pillow. We we told that the safe and the pillow would be sorted the next day however this never happened.

Smooth check-in. The room was on ground floor overlooking the parking but there was no noise. Clean & comfortable room. Breakfast was good but a little pricey @ Euro 16/person. 25 min by walk to city center but connected through tram 22 which takes only 8 min to the city center.

Wonderful stay. The staff were able to secure us an early check-in free of charge. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is €17 Euros which is very affordable for the city. The staff were even kind enough to hold our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city before our train left without trouble. Will absolutely stay here again if back in Heidelberg.

Excellent service. I left a tablet in my room and they called me to get my address, then mailed it to me a few days later. Hotel and room were also in top shape, super clean. I will definitely come back for my next trip to Heidelberg!

Friendly check in. Had the room I booked ( 1 bedroom with balcony) but tried to “upgrade me to a 2 bedroom apartment without balcony! Offered free breakfast for one night but I refused and got 2 days free parking. I stuck to my original room choice and after some time they agreed.

From the moment we arrived at Staycity Apart, the staff were welcoming, helpful, organised and supportive. We arrived earlier than scheduled and they moved us into a double room which was prepared, so thank you for being supportive. The room, had everything you need, inclusive of a small kitchen, it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bus/ tram connection was conveniently located outside the hotel, and the connections to the Altstadt, were quick and efficient.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war sehr praktisch. Das Zimmer war groß und enthielt eine kleine Küchenzeile, die sehr praktisch war. Das Bad war klein, aber sauber. Das WC war separat.

Although we only stayed overnight, the hotel was both convenient and comfortable, with a professional and pleasant staff, excellent parking and an overall comfortable feel. The room looked brand new, as did the rest of the property. The location was wonderful, easily accessible by car and only a few tram stops from old town. We would definitely stay here again.

We had everything we needed. We rested well after long days of traveling. The amenities were exceptional and the breakfast was the best of all hotel meals I’ve ever experienced.

Wir waren im allgemeinen zufrieden was aber zu bemängeln ist die übertriebene Parkgebühr 15€ so wie die Qualität des Frühstücks es war fast alles da aber für 17€ Pp. erwarte ich frische Bäckerbrötchen und nicht Selbstaufbackware usw...

El hotel es muy lindo y cómodo para estadías largas, está en una zona muy accesible, ya que hay transporte publico que te deja en la puerta, aunque no hay ningún supermercado o restaurante por la zona y el hotel no tiene restaurante propio. El uso del lavarropas es un misterio y el personal no sabe como explicartelo. Todas las tardes había limonada fresca esperando en el lobby y era un placer recibir ese mimo en los días calurosos.

Ausstattung des Apartments war top. Neben einer Kühl- Gefrierkombi, gab es auch einen kleinen Ofen sowie Herd und das dazugehörige Kochgeschirr. Eine perfekte Möglichkeit für Selbstversorger für abends, denn das angebotene Frühstück ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen aufgrund der Vielfalt.

Overall worth the cost. It has all the amenities in the room described- kitchen, fridge, pots/pans, plates etc. The kitchen sink and kitchen in general was super duper small so wouldn’t be good for a larger meal prep. I just heated some stuff up. Hotel was quiet and clean. You don’t get room cleaning for less than 3 days so if that’s important to you, maybe not the best fit. They had signs in English for many things, but I would have appreciated some directions on how to work the induction stove. Since they must cater to foreign travelers given everything in English, you would think they’d realize induction stovetops are not a thing in America. I also would have appreciated a heads up about the major construction and how to safely cross the street to the property from the train station. I just crossed when traffic wasn’t coming and hoped for best. It is a bit of a walk from old town so something to note. Overall woyld stay again and was worth the price.
