Beautiful, well-designed loft with nice space to relax, to work, and to sleep. The rooftop terrace and working area is especially pretty, full of trees, great tea and coffee available, and a nice breakfast. The whole stay was really easy, the hotel is very quiet and calm, a perfect place to work and to relax in Copenhagen.

Really nice and cosy place. Excellent service , great lounge, bar and restaurant at the rooftop. Nice and very modern rooms. Safety in the high end. Price competitive.

Really like the hotel. It had a cool 5th floor lounge and my room was perfect. The parking was a touch confusing but once figured out I was good to go. All other aspects were 5 stars.

Gorgeous stay at Zoku! Staff are outstanding - food was amazing - meeting facilities bright and fresh - design quirky and appealing. Loved every minute and would recommend in a heart beat!

Great venue, very good for metro and handy supermarkets ref self catering. Great to be able to leave bags in a locker after checkout and have shower before finally going as flight was after 9pm. Slight downside for those of our age with less mobility was clambering in and out of loft style bed esp during the night.

Zoku is an interesting concept. A Japanese tiny home concept. Our room had a staircase that pulled out of the bookcase in order to climb to the bed. The bed was foam and moderately comfortable. The stairs are dangerous for the senior citizen set. We both missed the bottom step in the middle of the night. The couch is too tiny for two people, so if you want to relax you must climb up to the bed in the loft. The cleaning was every 3rd day (6 day stay was one cleaning). It was haphazard, emptying one trash can but not the other overflowing one. Really doing nothing much but leaving towels.

Very modern designed rooms. The view from the fourth floor is great. Sunrise in the panoramic glass window and with a distant view of the planes taking off and landing. Supermarket right in the building. Very tasty breakfast. Connection to the metro also great. You can be in the city center in 15 minutes. I would prefer this hotel to any hotel in the city center, even if it is slightly outside.

This is a modern apartment hotel. Spacious and well equipped rooms. No noise from other apartments or hallway. Great staff, nice bar. Conveniently located near a large grocery store and a metro station. Have in mind that despite being quite modern the Copenhagen Metro doesn’t have aircondition or the possibility to open any windows…..making it at nightmare to ride when it’s over 20 degrees outside. The only downside in this hotel is that you have to buy your own soap. The one provided in the hotel is strongly perfumed…leaving your hands and body smelling like you are a really old man😀. Would stay again

As a solo traveller, I was very satisfied with my loft. It felt like a real flat, and the kitchen had all I needed to prepare simple meals. The big bed was cozy, the furniture and decor minimalist and fun, and the room was quiet enough to wind down properly. A loft bed isn't for everyone, but for me it was very fun to tuck myself away from the rest of the room. Just be careful not to get your fingers between the divider, and the stairs are also a bit slippery. Nighttime trips to the bathroom are therefore a mini adventure. Enough usb ports and outlets in the bed headboard. Good wifi! The bathroom was clean and had enough room behind the mirror to put my toiletries out of the way. If I want to nitpick, hand lotion would have been nice, and a makeup/shaving mirror would have made my morning routine more comfortable. The service was wonderful, and I really recommend the breakfast. Try the sourdough and the pastries if you want to start your day with the best carbs you ever had. Just know that it's a bit outside the city centre, so plan ahead if you're a tourist.

Stayed in the loft room - was very nice and enjoyed having kitchen and small lounge. Lovely design and nice little details like UK wall plug and charging pouch for phone in bed. Only negative was a too soft mattress and very noisy aircon which disturbed my sleep a bit. Would recommend.

The property emphasizes over cute design over comfort. You had to climb and crawl into the bed which was in a tight niche. There is an overabundance of unnecessary built-in cupboards and niches that take up the space where you could had easier access to the bed. To make matters worse, a big step separates bed level to bathroom, a hazard if one is groggy at night. Oh, check-in is on top floor, requiring several unnecessary trips up and down elevator. This is definitely a place for hipsters rather than mature adults

Personalet var venligt, men virkede uprofessionelt. Det er irriterende at blive talt til på engelsk når man er i DK. Morgenmaden var fortræffelig, men der blev ikke løbende fyldt op, personalet havde mere travlt med at tjekke mobilen og hyggesnakke med hinanden.

I booked an apartment with garden view. The receptionist did a whole lot of talk to distract me from the fact that I would not get what I booked. It felt rather shady. Not impressed with the service.

We were really pleased with this accommodation, it’s not in the center of Copenhagen but it’s two minutes from the metro which is cheap, fast and reliable. Hotel to airport was less than an hour by metro, even leaving at 5:20 am. There’s no check in desk, but there’s a person available on the 5th floor 24 hours a day, and check in was easy even at half midnight. The staff we spoke to were all friendly and helpful. The room itself was great, we had a mini kitchen which was adequate to cook a small meal. There’s a hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and enough cookware, cutlery, crockery etc. If you do need any extras there’s a pantry at the end of the hall and everything is there for you to take if you need it. The bed was super comfy, sofa was OK and the WiFi was good, so you can easily stream to the TV if you want to, which was handy on a rainy evening. We didn’t use the breakfast or bar area upstairs but it looked really lovely with a nice roof garden. My only SMALL gripe would be the bed is the wrong way round so you have to step over the other person to get out. We slept the other way round (sideways) so this wasn’t an issue, but it meant lights/sockets were in the wrong place and very tall people wouldn’t be able to lay flat in the bed.

Very quirky hotel. Great room with loads of space. Communal areas also really attractive and well designed. Staff very polite and friendly. Drinks at the bar were very slow and very expensive which was a shame. Location was very quiet and had easy access to metro and supermarket.

We were really pleased with this accommodation, it’s not in the center of Copenhagen but it’s two minutes from the metro which is cheap, fast and reliable. Hotel to airport was less than an hour by metro, even leaving at 5:20 am. There’s no check in desk, but there’s a person available on the 5th floor 24 hours a day, and check in was easy even at half midnight. The staff we spoke to were all friendly and helpful. The room itself was great, we had a mini kitchen which was adequate to cook a small meal. There’s a hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and enough cookware, cutlery, crockery etc. If you do need any extras there’s a pantry at the end of the hall and everything is there for you to take if you need it. The bed was super comfy, sofa was OK and the WiFi was good, so you can easily stream to the TV if you want to, which was handy on a rainy evening. We didn’t use the breakfast or bar area upstairs but it looked really lovely with a nice roof garden. My only SMALL gripe would be the bed is the wrong way round so you have to step over the other person to get out. We slept the other way round (sideways) so this wasn’t an issue, but it meant lights/sockets were in the wrong place and very tall people wouldn’t be able to lay flat in the bed.

The hotel was in a good location, right next to the metro, with a supermarket in the same building. Very convenient (and was also a short metro-ride to the airport). The apartments have been designed in a careful way and they have almost everything you would need. They are also really fun. The area itself was a bit quiet with hardly any restaurants and bars but as it is so close to the metro it didn't matter too much. The description of the hotel online made a big deal about having wine glasses, which we didn't get and had to ask for them (and then we got one with lipstick on it and one that was chipped), and the 'store room' on our floor was pretty much empty (no glasses, no extra quilts, etc.) so a bit more attention could be paid to things like that, but these are really minor. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great apartment and only a few mins by metro to the centre.

Das Frühstück war recht überschaubar. Für "Fleischesser" gab es nur zwei Wurstsorten und Fisch gar nicht. Wer Körner zum Frühstück mag, kommt aber auf seine Kosten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Klimaanlage könnte man aber nur um 2 Grad nach unten regulieren. Da das Fenster nur kippbar war, war es bei Sonneneinstrahlung schon grenzwertig.

Superb all-round experience and extremely good value! Great room, food and service. The room is really comfortable and is more of a suite, with a kitchen area and sofa. Enjoyed the novelty of the pull-out stairs to get to the elevated bed. Breakfast was fresh, and can recommend the sandwiches for lunch. A great place to relax and also work. Does all of the basics better than any hotel I have stayed in at this price (and much higher).

Me encantó el concepto del hotel, las instalaciones muy bien pensadas y funcionales; desayuno básico pero suficiente. Es relativamente cerca de los sitios de interés (en metro a 3 estaciones) El personal en general atento y servicial excepto por 2 chefs que eran bastante groseros en su trato (la cocina es abierta así que podías darte cuenta perfectamente)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Zoku Hotel Copenhagen. It was very comfortable and the staff could not have been more accommodating, helpful and kind. The breakfasts were terrific and the pizzas in the kitchen area (a delightful indoor and outdoor area) were delicious - the best ever. The communal areas on the fifth floor are very stylish and have lots of lovely plants as well as good outdoor seating areas. The metro is two minutes away and it takes about 10 minutes altogether to get to the centre of town with no hassles.The area is very quiet and residential - it is modernand there is an excellent upmarket supermarket just under the hotel which is enormously convenient. The only possible downside is if you're slightly older you might not like the loft bed area with a short staircase to get up. However the staff kindly and easily swapped our room for one on one level which we found spacious and comfortable. Altogether we would very very happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Stayed here during fashion week. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need. I also used the laundry room. The food was good for dinner at the restaurant. I did want more options for lunch so I didn’t eat then. There’s a grocery store just downstairs from the hotel. It has everything you could need. I did have to Uber to the places I needed to go which was around $25 one-way for 3 miles but they do have bikes you can rent. I’ll be back!

We stayed three nights there. Everything about this place was wonderful. However, on Saturday they have “live music” on the top floor of the building. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us one that was maximally away from the noise, but we could still hear the beat until 2 am on Sunday morning. It was pure torture. We couldn’t sleep and then had trouble sleeping for hours afterward. We basically didn’t sleep that night. So if your stay is on a Saturday, and you want to use your room to sleep and not to just store your luggage, look for a room elsewhere. Otherwise, the place IS quiet and nice.

Pænt og lækkert værelse. Dog kunne støvsugningen være bedre, især under sofa og andre møbler. Køleskab/fryser kunne også godt gøres bedre. Men alt i alt et fint sted.
