Great staff great room great services good clean pool. clean room soft and firm beds fills like your laying on a cloud.

My son and I randomly picked the hotel on our way back from a vacation. The price was amazing for the huckleberry suite. I was very impressed. The only downers were the pool was too cold and the pillows really suck.

The hotel was part of the dry casino, which i didn't pay attention to. And they check ID everytime you enter, and will check your cooler. No alcohol is allowed on the premises, so if you do go to wineries and buy bottles of wine you have to leave them in your car, and it can get very hot here. There is not a separate parking lot for hotel guests, so if you come in late you have to hunt for a spot. That being said, we would consider staying again. The room was clean and well maintained.And it's a good location overall. Gas is cheap too.

Wonderful shower, oversized room and really comfortable. Parking is super easy and the coffee bar is great!

Great food options. Pool, hottub area was clean and inviting. Now offers spa area with several treatments to choose from.

In my past stays valet was for guests of the hotel only. This time we had to wait 20 minutes to have our car parked because there was people who were going to the casino only using valet. The valet attendant was overwhelmed with how many cars he was having to park on his own. There wasn’t an attendant to help with the bags. Or a cart available to us to use for our bags. Normally we get a view of the mountain side. This time it was a view of the parking lot. Not what I would expect a repeat customer to receive. A little bummed we were given that view. Other than that, clean, quiet, spacious rooms. I’ve really enjoyed my past four stays at this hotel. This time around was my least favorite. It’s the little things that make a huge difference.

Only downside this trip was no towels in the pool area. Always enjoy the clean rooms and pleasant team that works hard.

New outdoor Waterpark currently under construction

Room was not clean properly. We had a dirty USED towel hanging in our bathroom with a cloth over the shower rod. Pool was murky and jacuzzi had dirty bubbles from body oil etc. It was most definitely not cleaned so my kids didn’t swim.

Bathroom was not cleaned and water on the toilet was turned off. Usually we have excellent service.

Very clean room

everything was super clean. I love the huckleberry sweet. We’re checking in at the desk was fast, efficient and friendly.

Overall I liked my stay, the staff were great and helpful. The only downside was the dust, the room was a bit dusty especially the serving table was too dusty

My stay at legends was good but not great, my only complaint is that one of the rooms my family and I stayed at were not completely clean and I had the bad fortune of sleeping there my first night and waking up with bed bug bites. We were only using the hotel to hold our luggage, shower, and sleep as we have family that we were visiting there in the city of Toppenish, In the morning we request room services to exchange our bed sheets and I thought nothing of it, we were gone the whole day and came back to the hotel at night time, when we walked in we noticed that are room had been cleaned and our sheets were changed just like we asked, my brother is the first to enter the room and quickly notices something small on the bed sheets moving, he kills it and pulls out his phone camera to zoom in a picture and see what is really was that when we realized the room did in fact have bed bugs. We notified the front desk and the only option was to change rooms and so we did. I was not sleeping in that room another night nor letting my family sleep there.

We loved the hotel. Very clean

This is our 5th time staying at this hotel and we found bed bugs. My husband got bit by them all over.

Beautiful views of Mt. Adams from our room! Rooms were spacious and very clean.

There were a couple of used towels in the bathroom and open shampoo and conditioner in the shower. We didn’t complain about it and just the way..

Quiet,clean and very friendly staff!

Nice quiet place to stay. Room was clean and spacious. Fast elevators to access. Room was quiet. Bed ang pillows perfect for a restful night.

We stayed in a suite and it was awesome. The room was as big as a house. The price was the best part as it was half the price of any other suite we have ever stayed in.

Legends Casino is a very nice hotel and casino. We stayed in the Cedar Room which is very spacious and clean but they do not supply robes any longer even though it is listed on the web site. The room is huge and a good bargain for the money. I was disappointed that the lazy river has not been completed as planned because it was almost 100 degrees outside. The food court has some tasty food but the buffet was not good quality or taste. Four of us ate there and all agreed It was awful. This is a dry casino and they do not allow any alcohol inside the building, including the hotel. They will search any bags when entering.

The bed was hard, almost like sleeping on a board

A large luxury room that’s a cool, quiet respite from the downstairs casino bustle. Interesting bathroom design — big tiled shower, double sinks, separate toilet section — with stacks of fluffy towels. Nice big lounging sofa, plenty of charging outlets, great view (west) of Mount Adams.

Our room was very nice and beautiful view of the mountains. But we spent an entire week without our TV working; the hotel said they were having trouble with their service and working on it - zero for the whole week. Otherwise it was great.

It was clean but there was no microwaves in the room and didn’t allow check out time to be later

This hotel is a great place to stay. It has restaurants, shows, and casino games to play. Our room had a great view of the mountains, comfortable couch, and a big bathroom. My biggest complaint is the bed was rock hard and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, I wish this casino had other things to do like a movie theater, bowling alley, ect..

All the staff were friendly and helpful

My card was charged three times during the check in process, the battery in my room door keypad died and they were slow to respond and fix it which made me late to the show I was there to see. Overall it was not a good experience. There were no accommodations suggested for the inconveniences incurred by their staff; just uninformed responses and a nonchalant attitude about the issues.

Because of the concert food options were either food court or a buffet. We waited almost an hour for fast food.... We wanted a regular sit down meal at the resturant.

Our room was not ready. Check in is at 3. Our room was not ready until 5:45! We sat in the lobby just waiting. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves

Service was excellent, the rooms are large, well-appointed, and very clean. Huge variety of onsite food options! The new Spa is fantastic.

My room was not ready until 4:30pm. Check-in is supposed to be 3;00pm. Front desk said they would call me when my room was ready but they did not. I had to go stand in line again to ask and then she tells me it's finally ready. You guys want me to check out on time at noon, promise check in time at 3:00, but I didn't get into my room until 4:30 p.m. you do not allow the customer to have the time if they lost not being able to check in the room. You still want me to check out on time at noon, but you don't have my room ready until an hour and a half after checking time. That is not good. Please do better.

Very clean hotel with decent, reasonably priced dining options. Friendly staff as well. A photo ID is needed to get into the building every time you leave. Kind of inconvenient but not a huge deal. Just a heads up, no alcohol on the premises nor can any be brought in.

We have stayed here a number of times and will continue to do so. I left my ring in the room and called them to see if they found it. We were returning a day layer and I talked with their lost and found manager and told him the room number that I had stayed in. I described the ring and he said he had it. When I checked in today my ring was returned to me. Great job! I plan on giving the staff member who found it a little something special for being honest and doing the right thing. Great place great staff!

Everything was great besides the fact that it’s in the middle of fknn no where. Great casino great workers great service didn’t even leave the hotel food was good has different options.

We had a great 3 day stay. I was a little worried due to some of the reviews but our stay was great with only a few minor complaints. Check in was quick, all the staff members we encountered were friendly, the room and all areas inside the hotel were clean, we didn’t hear anything from the other rooms so great sound proofed walls & we had an amazing view of the mountain. Showing ID when entering wasn’t an issue for us it was quick and easy every time. The casino was also great. We didn’t win big but came out ahead and got to play a few hours on our budget. We highly recommend trying the crab boil at Fortunes restaurant inside the casino we both had the personal catch and it was amazing! $25 per person for a ton of seafood. We came home and found our local restaurants charge triple for the same thing. A must try! Only a couple negatives, parking can be an issue we had to circle around the parking lot for over 15 mins a couple times. They should have a blocked out area just for hotel guests. The bathroom had very poor lighting. And lastly I wouldn’t plan on venturing anywhere outside of the casino. The area was extremely sketchy at all hours. Homeless and drug users scattered every where even in the street(we almost hit someone twice). We did not feel safe getting out of our vehicle as they would come right up asking for money and didn’t take no kindly. All in all we had a good stay and plan to return this summer.

Stayed in a mountain view room here and the views were truly incredible, especially at sunrise and sunset. The hotel is situated above the casino, but elevators are off to the side and don’t require walking through. Everything felt quite new and very clean and stylish. Staff are great, coffee shop right downstairs excellent. Beds comfy, room spacious. Nice pool! Highly recommend for a stay in Toppenish.

The property it self is very good, but the area around the the casino property is not bad, but not good.

The no alcohol was kind of a bummer, but even more so when I wanted to watch Thursday Night Football (Seahawks) there were no TV's in the casino (probably because of no bars), but no way to watch the game even in the room. Couldn't get a decent dinner as restaurant closes at 3 PM then reopens with a seafood buffet for $60 per person. Not a seafood person (maybe sushi which I would have eaten). Settled for a hamburger made with frozen patty. Will not come back. Side note staff was friendly.

I don't like that there is deli or restaurant open, no breakfast on the house and nothing opens until 7am. You spend a pretty penny to stay there.

Britney was very helpful at check in. The rooms were very nice and clean. Also the food court was good with huge Breakfast Burritos!

The hotel room overall was nice. It was difficult to control the room temperature but the room itself was fine. The buffet was definitely not worth the money. The food court was okay but skip the buffet!

Plenty of free parking. Casino has good variety of slot machines, is clean, and nice beverage bars. Dining options are good. Nice to be eligible for discount book, which we used for food.
