Was very comfortable for 6 of us. Very clean and a short uber trip to Broadway. Really good communication and easy rental. Would definitely stay here again

We LOVED our stay here! Don't be fooled by the first exterior photo, which makes the house look a little rundown and in the middle of a grassy field. This home is in a sweet neighborhood, not too far from anything. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds and pillows are comfy, and there are plenty of items you may need during your stay (laundry soap, TP, toiletries, etc.) Lots of streaming options on the TVs and well working AC! We loved our stay.

Property is very cute & conveniently located with extra amenities and comfort. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. When we arrived, there was a bit of an issue in the kitchen. We notified the hosts right away and they came and remediated the situation quickly. That's the only reason it wasn't a 5 stay review. If I could rate it 4.75, I would :)

The home was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to downtown Nashville. We were a group of 5 adults and had plenty of room in this home. We loved the back porch and the large dining room table which we used to place dice or cards each evening. Our hosts were very attentive. Susan actually reached out to us with information about flashlights and lanterns due to heavy thunderstorms in the area. We will definitely stay here again if in the Nashville area.
