The entire property - walkways, elevator, and rooms - need a thorough CLEANING & UPGRADE to include: pressure wash, fresh paint - This property is OLLLLD! The parking and entry ways leave very much to be desired, by way of lighting and proximity of elevator, and to decide whether you want to be closer to your room, or if you feel "safe" and park in a well lit area! The towels were "dingy" and I had to use them as bathtub floor coverings because the shower/bath was truly that dirty!

Staff was ok. Hotel is extremely basic with minimal amenities. Didn't have extra towel for the 3rd person staying in the room. Sketchy vibes.

I love this place - friendly front desk staff with clean, spacious rooms and it’s so close to the parks - perfect. It’s my go-to for Busch Gardens trips.

I dont usually rate hotels. But this was the absolute most dirtiest place I have stayed EVER! Room had not been cleaned in a long time. Sheets where stained and smelled. Pillow cases where stained and smelled. I used my shirt to sleep on so I would not be on pillow. The floors where dirty. The restroom ...just nasty. I was only there to rest in between long drive....could not get out of there fast enough. Stay at own risk.
