Tiene muy buena ubicación, lo que si nos costo fue obenter el codigo de acceso, porque tienes que bajar una aplicación, el lugar es limpio, me gjsto que en la recepcion hay agua para tomar y prepararte un café, solo le falta iluminación a la habitación.

The Sonder Vasanta was overall really good, clean, and my unit (28) was spacious with the surprise bonus of the really large terrace. I really enjoyed my stay. However, there were a couple of very simple things that were missing/stupidly planned that would be easy to fix: - No desk! I had looked forward to be able to also do some work in the room. Really difficult to use the bed as desk and sit in a comfy chair. Also, not having any other surface to put things on than the narrow shelf under the tv plus the small bedside tables was annoying. => suggestion: take out the full-size mirror and put in a desk in that small recess. And a decent chair to sit on by the desk. - please add a dustbin in the room as well, now only the small one in the bathroom. Annoyin to run there back and forth as there's always some rubbish to throw away. - no coat hangers/hooks in the entry - very stupid to have to bring jackets and stuff to the closet in the bedroom - no cups and no spoons - there was nicely a kettle and some tea/instant coffee - but only two tumbler glasses! Please add mugs, spoons, and maybe a knife for eg peeling fruit. (esp. as no breakfast served.) - annoying small ironing board - useless as there was no desk. Would be plenty of space for a proper ironing board. - no hooks in bathroom outside the shower. Would suggest you add a couple of hooks there as well - Finally, the iron was destroyed with some black goo, i almost spoiled a shirt - good idea to always check!!

Nos alojamos en Sonder Vasanta y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos minutos caminando de Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia y muchos restaurantes y tiendas. El check-in es muy cómodo, se hace con llave digital desde la app del teléfono, sin necesidad de pasar por recepción. En el segundo piso hay una zona común donde puedes tomar café, té o reponer jabón cuando lo necesites, lo cual fue un detalle muy útil. El personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero si solo necesitas un lugar para dormir después de recorrer la ciudad, cumplen muy bien su función. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, algo importante en verano. Lo comentamos en recepción, pero no hubo solución durante nuestra estancia. En resumen, es un hotel moderno, cómodo y súper bien ubicado. Ideal para quienes buscan algo práctico en el corazón de Barcelona.

My sister mentioned her room started to smell moldy at the end of the trip I think it’s due to poor circulation near the shower. Overall sad experience here. The best thing was location.

Gute Lage, kompfortable Zimmer und Ausstattung. Nur 1 kleiner Papierkorb, schlechtes Toilettenpapier, am 3. Tag keinen Kaffee mehr zum nachfüllen, am 1. Tag nicht vor 16 Uhr mit dem Gebäudecode in die Lobby gekommen!schön wäre ein kleiner kühlschrank gewesen und Tassen oder Gläser :)

I think it’s important to note there is no staff at this property. We arrived after 13 hours of travel (and it was raining) to a door that said we needed an access code. I had to create an account, enter passport info, and confirm my email in the rain. The woman on the phone walked me through it and I was grateful for that - but she had to send a mobile code and I was not getting the code on my cell phone so it took 30-40 minutes. This is also not a good place if you need to leave your bags before or after check out as they only have small lockers. Also, not ideal if you have questions about the area or need more pillows. It was clean and in a good area in the middle of everything.

We were occupancy of 4 in 1 room. 3 adults and a 15 year old. The room we were accommodated with was spacious for 4 of us. Before our arrival, we were procided an online check in to input all our documentation so it was a smooth arrival! The hotel perosnnel also reached out to me via WhatsApp so the communication was so easy and free, especially it was an international deatination. There are so many cafes and supermarkets around. Also the Pharmacy is not too far of a walk. There were local cafes that open at 6am which worked for my famiky because we start early with our tours and exploration. There is a laundry facility 1/2 a block from the hotel which was conevnient! This hotel does not have your expected 24-hr concierge, which was the first time for me to experience,, however I dont have a negative comment. The hotel provide access codes to building and to my room. Extra towels, blankets, pillows, etc are conveniently located to our room so we can just go to the closet and grab what we need. When I needed our room cleaned, I used WhatsApp to communicate with them. The staff was absolutely accommdating! We had 2 reservation few days apart as we travelled to Madrid for a long weekend. They were accommodating to hold our luggages, so we were able to travel light to Madrid for a long weekend trip. That was very nice of them For the price we paid per night and its amenities, we would stay at this hotel again next time we visit Barcelona, Spain

There is no reception on the premises so we had to call and text to let someone know. It took a few calls before anyone answered thought when they finally did they gave us new codes for two separate rooms, as there was no other 4-person room available. Then in one of our new rooms, the WiFi didn’t work and we called again to tell them immediately. The person who answered said they would look into it but it was never fixed for the entire stay. Also the water dispenser in the lobby didn’t work and they also said they would fix that, but that was not done either during our stay. As I said, the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable enough but the lack of a reception desk on the premises and the inattention to our issues was frustrating. We would not stay here again and I will avoid hotels with no onsite personnel in the future.

The hotel is nearby a bus stop, groceries, and places to eat. At the corner of this hotel, there is a Korean BBQ place (I recommend this place also)! If you want to get into your room earlier, for sure opt in for this option either wise you will be waiting until after 4 pm. There are lockers inside that you can put your suitcases and is easy to use. The room we got was very spacious and the bed was nice. The bed size is approx king size and lots of room. We had the view of the streets (at times you can hear noise from outside but is not very loud you cannot fall asleep or wake up to the noise). The only negative thing I would say about this place was lack of extra blankets available in the room. We kept forgetting to ask for extra blankets when we saw staff in the morning or text them but increased the temperature of the room instead and it was very comfortable. There is also a fridge and a safe in the room. I would recommend this hotel to others and return there in the future. The staff were all very friendly and approachable. And the instructions to entering the hotel and your room was easy to use (it is based on key code, if you don’t want to use keycode and want a physical card to enter, this place is not for you).

The best part about our experience was the communication with the concierge, which was quick and thorough. Also, the location was very convenient. Other than that, I don’t think I could recommend this property. The online check in process was tedious and time-consuming. Our room was very small and uncomfortably hot. The toilet and shower lacked privacy. The sheets were stained with bodily fluids. Despite the signage in the room demanding no parties, even quiet ones, our neighbors woke us around 3 AM with a large, loud gathering.

It has a walkable distance to a train station and other public transports Manager was responsive to our complain to fix the bathroom.

Our stay was awesome! Perfect location to walk downtown Barcelona. Rooms and lobby were very clean and we were very happy with our stay.

Overall very convenient location, easy access to metro and restaurants. Unfortunately, our room was extremely small and cramped. Photos looked larger and outside patio area looked more comfortable than it actually was.

なんと言ってもインテリアが素敵！ 部屋、廊下のこだわったインテリアが印象的でした。 部屋の電気は間接照明なのでちょっと暗かったです。(部屋の向きによる？) 何か問題があった時にフロントに人がいなければコンタクトセンターに電話するかWhatsAppするかだったので、英語でのコミュニケーションは必須でした。(限られた時間しかフロントに人はいないようです)

There are lockers inside that you can put your suitcases and is easy to use. The room we got was very spacious and the bed was nice. The bed size is approx king size and lots of room. We had the view of the streets (at times you can hear noise from outside but is not very loud you cannot fall asleep or wake up to the noise). The only negative thing I would say about this place was lack of extra blankets available in the room. We kept forgetting to ask for extra blankets when we saw staff in the morning or text them but increased the temperature of the room instead and it was very comfortable. There is also a fridge and a safe in the room. I would recommend this hotel to others and return there in the future. The staff were all very friendly and approachable. And the instructions to entering the hotel and your room was easy to use (it is based on key code, if you don’t want to use keycode and want a physical card to enter, this place is not for you).

Das Zimmer ist deutlich kleiner als angegeben. Es gibt zwar eine Terrasse, aber die liegt in einem winzigen Schacht. Kaum Tageslicht im Zimmer und tagsüber Bauarbeiten. Für den aufgerufenen Preis völlig daneben.

The service is excellent here, and Genaro (onsite concierge) was wonderful. Barcelona is a very dirty city. We definitely didn't love the city as much as we hoped. Easy to get around via taxi or walking. Great breakfast place around the corner (Egg Lab) that accommodated a gluten allergy really well.

Stayed at Vasanta for a family vacation. It's at great location in walkable distance from Plaza de Catalunya and everything from touristy landmarks and shopping, with many dining options.Property was very clean and quiet. If you plan ahead can get at reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay very much and will consider Vasanta if visit Barcelona again.

Muy bonito el hotel. Nada más hay que reservar el desayuno porque es con ticket impreso en el hotel. No en el restaurante :)
