Excellent room! Beautiful hotel and grounds right next to the Ark! The room was very clean, spacious and modern. Extremely professional Staff that made our stay pleasant. Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and coffees hot and tasty.

The 2 staff members who were checking in guests between 4 and 5PM on May 3rd were very rude, short and not helpful when 2 questions were asked. The lobby was not busy at the time, as we were the only guests checking in. They could definitely benefit from some customer service training. My mother in law knows many people who plan to see the Ark in Williamstown, KY (one being a church group taking a bus). She said she will recommend that they not stay at that location because their attitude was so nasty.
