A beautiful property, well cared for and a very thoughtful lodging experience. The room had a lovely ocean view, right on the water. Brian and Cora were lovely hosts, provided all the information I needed for my stay, were very helpful in making dinner reservations, very accommodating to my schedule for checking out, and provided great relaxation services on short notice. Rachel was so lovely and curated a great breakfast; she also helped me to get in a quick load of laundry. The resident dogs were so sweet and playful.

On the beach, sea view rooms. Beds very comfortable, good support. Excellent breakfasts. Good restaurants within minutes driving. Feels remote but 3/4 hour from Belfast. NT walks and “homes” a short drive. Very helpful staff. We didn’t have time to use the Spa facility but will next time.

Brian is a very friendly host, helpful with good local knowledge. Our room was warm, clean and homely. The reading/ tv area backed onto the garden, the warmth from the wood burning stove was great. A nice touch was the tea and coffee “on tap.” Breakfast was more than filling! Will definitely be back!

A hidden gem in beautiful countryside with the beach on your doorstep. We were greeted by the lovely Rachel, who showed us around. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She immediately made us feel welcome and provided us with her lovely sense of humour. This gorgeous bijou B+B boasts a jacuzzi and steam room in a vast garden,that you can book for private use. Very comfortable surroundings and a lovely room with deliciously smelling skin products to use. The owners, Brian and Cora are very friendly and accomodating and one of their dogs,the big fluffy Oscar, was just a pet. . We would definitely come back. 😀

This is a stunningly beautiful hotel with amazing views. I was a bit apprehensive as it was my first time travelling with my 7 month old dog but the staff and owners were fantastic. The hotel is spotless. Smells amazing. There is a large enclosed back garden for dogs to run and enjoy. 5 resident dogs who are all beautiful and love to play. The breakfast was also delicious, great quality food, amazing service and great location for a relaxed few days away. You can walk straight onto the beach. I will definitely be back and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough

We had a lovely stay at this accomodation. We were able to relax in the communal areas with the added options of a hot tub and massage. All the staff were very welcoming. The accomodation was directly facing the beautiful beach. We would highly recommend this B&B

Absolutely excellent! Sarah, Brian and Rachel made us feel so welcome and such a lovely place. With a beach literally across the road and the garden, it was perfect for our dogs also. Clean, beautiful decor and full of heart - we loved it! Breakfasts delicious. Would highly recommend!

Manse in the Beach is the perfect getaway. Just opposite a lovely beach which my dog and I had to ourselves. From arriving I felt right at home, the accomodation is beautiful and Sarah & Brian are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. I had poached eggs bacon & sourdough bread just yum . I was lucky enough to coincide my stay with a Thai night on the Saturday and the food was delicious, great variety of freshly cooked dishes all beautifully presented. Everything about Manse on the beach is perfect. Location, cleanliness and the hospitality. Well worth a visit 🙂

We had a great time staying in Manse On The Beach. The place is very clean and super cosy. We had a choice of cooked breakfast options and the staff were very accommodating. The sauna and jacuzzi are a real delight! The only con was the bed in our room. It needs an upgrade. Either the bed or the mattress makes awfully sqweeky sound even when turning.

The staff was especially attentive and kind. We had a lovely room and everything was clean and neat. The breakfast was scrumptious and the service impeccable. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

It was a wonderful stay, Brian did everything he could to make our stay welcoming and accommodating. Heads up to Rachel and Tracey who were amazing and so friendly and to Sarah for the best hot stone massage, thank you all for making our stay even more special

Brian is a very friendly host, helpful with good local knowledge. Our room was warm, clean and homely. The reading/ tv area backed onto the garden, the warmth from the wood burning stove was great. A nice touch was the tea and coffee “on tap.” Breakfast was more than filling! Will definitely be back!

We agree that this is our new favorite B&B. Every detail is covered. The staff is incredible. Breakfast is great. The property is amazing. The dogs are a treasure.

Loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the area. The goat Bryan is such a nice person and all the staff are very helpful and good souls.

A superbly clean B&B finished to a high standard with friendly and helpful staff, a fantastic breakfast and a wonderful location by the wide & long beach at Cloughey. Great location for exploring the Ards Peninsular.

On the beach, sea view rooms. Beds very comfortable, good support. Excellent breakfasts. Good restaurants within minutes driving. Feels remote but 3/4 hour from Belfast. NT walks and “homes” a short drive. Very helpful staff. We didn’t have time to use the Spa facility but will next time.

Absolutely excellent! Sarah, Brian and Rachel made us feel so welcome and such a lovely place. With a beach literally across the road and the garden, it was perfect for our dogs also. Clean, beautiful decor and full of heart - we loved it! Breakfasts delicious. Would highly recommend!

Clean, warm and welcoming - the rooms and common spaces immediately make you feel relaxed and at home. Incredible views across Cloughey Bay and the Irish Sea, with direct access to the sandy beach and dramatic coastline. Amazing spa facilities with a sauna and hot tub too.

It was amazing, such a lovely place with lovely rooms and facilities. Good few things to do especially as there isn’t a lot in Cloughey. Though other towns 10 mins away have more options. Can see how it won Four in a bed

What a great place to stay. Perfect location opposite the beach. Great host. Lovely breakfast . Spotlessly clean. Brilliant facilities. Had a jacuzzi bath and sauna which was great after a day out walking. Lovely garden with indoor fire pit and cosy seating . Definitely be back

Comfortable lounge and adjacent sunroom for guests to enjoy. Comprehensive facilities, sauna, jacuzzi and hot tub. Excellent breakfast and Nespresso coffee machines at your disposal.

Manse in the Beach is the perfect getaway. Just opposite a lovely beach which my dog and I had to ourselves. From arriving I felt right at home, the accomodation is beautiful and Sarah & Brian are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. I had poached eggs bacon & sourdough bread just yum . I was lucky enough to coincide my stay with a Thai night on the Saturday and the food was delicious, great variety of freshly cooked dishes all beautifully presented. Everything about Manse on the beach is perfect. Location, cleanliness and the hospitality. Well worth a visit 🙂

This was our first time visiting the Ards Peninsula area. Spent 1 night in this lovely property. Very comfortable room overlooking the beach. Our host Brian was there to welcome us and could not have been more helpful. We ate at a nearby restaurant as recommended by him and were not disappointed. Breakfast was excellent and served by Brian's wife Sarah. This place is worth a visit and we hope to return in the not too distant future.

This was our 2nd stay here. We and our dog were made feel very welcome and had the lovliest relaxing stay. Beautiful property with great relaxation spaces and the breakfasts were delicious. Wonderful place, we would definitely recommend a stay here!
