Nice hotel in a good location. Comfortable rooms. Thought the housekeeping staff were pretty lapse. Never refilled our coffees each day so had to keep phoning down to get replaced and also did not top up toilet paper etc - not what you expect of a hotel of this calibre. Overnight parking was pretty expensive too.

It was my fourth stay at The Ray hotel. I always loved it and I am a repeat visitor. Their pool is amazing. However, this year, I was robbed. Out out of my room. I had a number of things stolen. Substantial. No one seems to care. Not The Ray hotel. Not the Delray Police Department. Maybe American Express will care, it remains to be seen. Do not stay here if you care about your personal possessions. Do not think the hotel safe is safe. It is not. Do not think they will care if you are robbed from your hotel room. There is a lot of hoopla about this hotel and it is a wonderful place in many ways. But if you do not want to get robbed, you probably should not stay here. And if you expect Hilton hotels or The Ray to care if you get robbed, out of your room, you would be wrong.

the room was freezing. The heat blew out cold air and could not be adjusted. The staff was courteous and explained that the heat doesn't work. I would have appreciated a coffee shop open all hours. There was also no microwave in the room which was a challenge
