We enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn Doral mall area. The room was hugh, with microwave, safe, TV, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker, stove top etc. Clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast. There was also shuttle service to airport and surrounding areas from 9am to 5pm. There is also self service laundry, a gym and pool. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

They advertise an airport shuttle, but it’s only from 9-5 The AC makes a loud noise, there is a loud noise when you flush the toilet as well, the room alarm went off on its own at 6 am, all we wanted is to rest after a long flight, but couldn’t, the breakfast was poor. Don’t recommend this property.

The hotel room was clean and had a great view. The shuttle was reliable and offered transportation within 3miles of the hotel. Also walkable to a mall and nearby restaurants.

The property is beautiful, entrance to lobby is underwhelming. My biggest issue is that the free shuttle stopped at 5pm on Saturday and we had to take a taxi that cost $40. There is no info on the shuttle on the website.

Pool not heated. Asked for an extra pillow, front desk said they get 2 extra per night and gave them out already. Said he would call me back, never did. Bathroom door didnt close. Breakfast chaos

The working hours of theshuttle to the airport is from 9AM to 5PM. We have to spent 150$ in transportation to the hotel and to the hotel to the airport

Didn't really have any major issues. There entrance was a little confusing in terms of situation. They shouldn't have any car parks directly in front of the door way to enter the hotel and also a covering is needed for when rain is falling for when you have to get dropped off or picked up via paying transport. I had the pleasure of getting drenched. Other than that cleanliness was was on top and staff very helpful.

Great hotel. Big rooms, free laundry

This is a newer hotel with a modern design. Rooms are clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. We stayed 7 nights and were very comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We had to ask for towels every time we used the pool but they were always quick to bring them out. Good breakfast selection and lots of seating in dining area. Great location close to shopping, restaurants and highway. Had to use the ice machine on a different floor as the one on our floor didn’t work. We let them know at the front desk but it still didn’t work by the time we left. Other than that, everything was great and would stay again.

floors don't get vacuumed in rooms. Found stuff from other clients under bed. No water pressure in shower.

At checkin I was told that housekeeping is “every few days”. But I stayed 4 nights and not one single day did I receive a clean room or housekeeping

Room was super clean, spacious. Staff was amazingly pleasant. Lovby beautiful, outsifr sitting area is large, clean, beautiful. Didnt use the pool, but it looked very inviting.

our room was not cleaned while we were gone for the whole day, no new towels, bed was not done, nothing was done, we had to go get clean towels at the front counter

This hotel is up to date. The room was in exceptional state. The breakfast was actuall not bad as well. Good coffee. I will stay here again for sure.

The hotel was really clean and the staff were friendly would definitely stay again when passing through.

The only thing I did not like is that hotel maid is provided every other day. We were 6 in a suite and stayed in the hotel for two nights. We needed bathroom and kitchenette trash bags to be taken out of the room. We did not even cook, but we still needed the trash to be removed from the room. We arrived at the hotel on Monday evening and left on Wednesday, of course there was trash from six persons. I called front desk the second day and was informed housekeeping is every other day. I asked if some one could pick up the trash, I was told hotel maid was going to come to the room the next day, the day we were leaving. In other words, hotel maid never came during our stay. We had trash in the room for three days We also needed more towels, soap, and toilet paper. I was told to pick them up at front desk.

I stay here everytime I am in Miami and it is always a great experience! Clean, friendly staff and very comfortable.

The suite was spacious. featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a comfortable bed. I particularly appreciated the kitchen, which had all the essentials, including a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. It allowed me to prepare meals as if I were at home, which was a huge plus traveling with a 1 year old baby and a 5 Year old.

Enjoyed our stay here. We booked a suite which included a large refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher and utensils and wares. Room was very clean and large. Staff was friendly and courteous. Location was convenient for shopping. Laundry facilities were available on the ground floor. Only fault was the pull out sofa bed which wasn’t the most comfortable but everything else made up for it. Will definitely stay there again.

My stay at this hotel was awesome. We were picked up at the airport and booking in was fast. The lobby and rooms are spacious. The staff were very nice. I injured my leg and the driver of the shuttle and Fernando from guest service made sure I was comfortable and brought ice to put on it. The.hotel is walking dustance from Miami international Mall but if you do not want to walk the shuttle will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius including Dolphin Mall and Walmart which was really convenient and saved a lot on transportation. This is my go to hotel in Miami from now on. Definitle will be coming back here.

My toilet got clogged and i reported i to the front desk, Christian on the front desk handed me the plunger so I could fixed it by myself!!!! Unbelievable!!! Asked him to fix it or call someone or change my room, he made wait several minutes and changed my room for one on the first floor with a strong smell of Chinese food!!! By that time I was already exhausted and slept there!!! First time I had a bad experience in this hotel, normally I stay there for my business trips… nobody apologized or tried to help me!!! I guess it was my last time there!!! I wish I could have my money back!!! Horrible experience and service!!!

I was very disappointed in my stay. The hot water in my room as not working properly and needed to be fixed. Then, the air conditioning stopped working and I woke up at 2am in a very hot room. The night desk clerk did give me another room to sleep in. In the morning, I requested at the front desk for someone to contact me to let me know the status, since I would be working very late. Fortunately, everything was fixed. But it was disappointing that I never heard any updates or even a call from the manager for these significant issues during my stay. Breakfast was medicre at best, but at least something to have on the go. The rooms themselves seemed spacious and clean.

The staff is super hospitable, and the service is fantastic. The staff shows they care about their guests. Only one agent in the PM shift was not friendly and seemed bothered to be asked for help. The facilities are in great shape and always clean!

We were checked in room while people were still in !! Call to report the issue yet they take sweet time while I was in holeway with my kids. After he bring the new key moved us to floor up , didn’t even apologize or offered to help with the luggage. This never happened to me before.

This property gets an A+ from me. Quiet, roomy, clean, modern, with a friendly and caring staff, and conveniently located to east/west and north/south arteries so getting to places in Miami is quick. Nice breakfast too!

This hotel is so convenient. It is very close to Miami International Mall. Will definitely stay here again.

It is nice and quiet due to it being more of an industrial area. For short stay overs to shop it is pretty ideal. Miami international mall is 2 mins walk and Dolphin Mall is 5 mins drive via hotel shuttle. However for longer stays, rental of a car is definitely recommended since the drive to some sightseeing destinations is on average 30 mins away. Taxi services like Lyft and Uber are pretty efficient for hire, but prices can be very expensive during peak times.

This hotel/suite is conveniently located in a safe, quiet area in walking distance to two Malls, dining and plenty parking.

The hotel room was clean and had a great view. The shuttle was reliable and offered transportation within 3miles of the hotel. Also walkable to a mall and nearby restaurants.

It was actually a really good stay overall. When I got there, everyone was super nice and check-in was really quick — I got my room card right away. As soon as I walked in, everything looked beautiful and spacious. The room was big enough to fit all six of us comfortably, which was great. The breakfast was ridiculously good — seriously perfect. It ran from 7 to 10, and everything stayed fully stocked the whole time. The only downside was the parking. It was kind of uncomfortable and really limited. After booking, I got an email saying they were going to charge an extra $10 per day just for parking, which I found pretty unacceptable since that wasn’t mentioned anywhere before I booked. I even asked if I could cancel because of that, but they told me I’d have to contact the company I booked through, which felt like too much of a hassle. That part was disappointing, but other than that, everything else was great.

This property was very clean! Easy to get to, smooth check-in, and great breakfast with plenty of choices. Airport shuttle was used when we left and was clean and safe. Thank you Residence Inn!

Great hotel, great location, for sure I will be back in three months. A few things to improve. 1. Breakfast, change it once in a while and extend it to 10 am.. 2. Bathroom light, improve it, it is too low.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to the nearby areas were definitely a plus. Breakfast buffet had great options. Overall my family and I had a great stay!

I loved the staff (all friendly and courteous), convenient location to two malls, the shuttle service to the airport and malls, the spacious and fully equipped room, the clean environment and so much more. My only small dislike was the breakfast which could have had a bit more variety for vegans/non-meat eaters. All in all I totally enjoyed my stay!

The property is in a great location, close to shopping. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good, could use a bit more variety but it was replenished quickly sonit never ran out. The shuttle service is an absolute game changer. . Would and have recommended this hotel.
