This property has a sister property that is right on the sea. We were invited to use both its beach seating and its pool. There was also a delicious breakfast included in our stay. The staff at both properties were warm and helpful. My travel friend is Celiac and the restaurant went out of their way to accommodate her needs. The only downside was the neighbourhood was limited other restaurants. It's very much a resort neighbourhood, so having a car would be helpful if you want to have better dining options.

Amazing property…nice beach. Nice food at the restaurant. They have a joint operation with Teatro so bkfst is served on the beach. The best. What made the stay was the staff. Especially Hara. She is so nice, warm and welcoming. She is a gem. An Oxette.

Helt ok sted. Litt slitent til tross for at det er nylig renovert. Bra frokost på nabohotellet som ligger på stranden. Tilgang til solstoler og basseng. Anbefales.

Wir hatten eine Suite im Penthouse. Einen sehr großen Balkon mit toller Aussicht rundum. Aufs Meer zur einen Seite sowie rundum über ganz Ammoudara. Die Zimmer waren super. Da Bett hervorragend. Die Regendusche war ein Traum. Die Kleine Küche war auch gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ala Carte im Partner Hotel direkt am Strand. Da gabs auch einen tollen Pool mit Poolbar und Restaurant. Die Sunbeds waren im Preis mit dabei. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Locatuon. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Excellent hotel, felt more expensive than it actually was. Pool and à la carte breakfast in sister hotel Theatro and those were absolutly luxurious. Rooms were modern and clean and the staff in Nuovo always so friendly. Not as friendly in Theatro but good enough. Hotel was quite small and not too crowded on September. We enjoyed our stay so much and if I ever come to Crete again I want to stay in this same hotel again.

This is nice mini hotel located on the beach just a bit outside of city centre. Rooms 401 and 402 specious and well set up. Good to stay for weekend or a week. Recommend to try.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nouvo Crete. My room was modern, clean and had a balcony with a table and chairs and drying rack. There’s a little kitchen with utensils, kettle , coffee and tea and a portable hob. The breakfast by the sea at the sister hotel a minute walk away was fabulous and catering for my gf needs. You can also use the pool and amenities at the sister hotel which was nice. Everything was just super including the staff! I will be coming back again!

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was really close to the beach! Breakfast and beach access were at Teatro Resort just down the street, and their meals were excellent.

All in all the hotel it self was fine, nothing special. We had a lot of cockroaches that were only removed by the housekeeping after our request. But what actually bothered us was the behavior of the male receptionist. We traveled as a group of 4 young women, we had 2 rooms right next to each other. It started getting strange when he came in to our room to talk to us while the housekeeping was there and we were sitting on our terrace wearing only our bikinis. He then came through the next door room (where 2 of us were staying) to talk to us, while looking at our breasts way too much. While 3 of us went to the beach 1 of us stayed at the hotel. While she was sitting on the terrace, again only wearing a bikini, he went through the next door room (also ours) on to the terrace to talk to her. No permission from the girls staying there, to go in their room. He then came back to her, with another man, saying they need to clean the terrace, went on it for 3-5 seconds then left. Obviously by that point we felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The next day he also told us we were beautiful, what came across obtrusive. Another day he, once again, came into our room while housekeeping was there, and kept on asking what kinds of alcohol we’d drink. He was clearly disappointed to find out that we don’t drink at all. Every time he would see us, he kept approaching us, he kept on staring at our bodies. We were clearly uncomfortable but didn’t dare to say anything while we were there.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to shops, the beach and local buses. The hotel met our expectations, Chara and Vasilis were welcoming, friendly and respectful. We had the basic room but the bedroom was spacious and we also had a spacious lounge and kitchen, as well as a balcony from which we had a good view of the beach. It was lovely sitting there watching and feeling the sea breeze. The rooms were clean and the room service staff was also very friendly which helped to make our stay so relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely visit again.

Another day he, once again, came into our room while housekeeping was there, and kept on asking what kinds of alcohol we’d drink. He was clearly disappointed to find out that we don’t drink at all. Every time he would see us, he kept approaching us, he kept on staring at our bodies. We were clearly uncomfortable but didn’t dare to say anything while we were there.

Excellent hotel, felt more expensive than it actually was. Pool and à la carte breakfast in sister hotel Theatro and those were absolutly luxurious. Rooms were modern and clean and the staff in Nuovo always so friendly. Not as friendly in Theatro but good enough. Hotel was quite small and not too crowded on September. We enjoyed our stay so much and if I ever come to Crete again I want to stay in this same hotel again.

This property has a sister property that is right on the sea. We were invited to use both its beach seating and its pool. There was also a delicious breakfast included in our stay. The staff at both properties were warm and helpful. My travel friend is Celiac and the restaurant went out of their way to accommodate her needs. The only downside was the neighbourhood was limited other restaurants. It's very much a resort neighbourhood, so having a car would be helpful if you want to have better dining options.

The property is nice, great customer service from staff. The surrounding area is still developing as to the unfinished building opposite. However, only a minute walk from the Sea. The breakfast provided is nice and the pool facilities. Overall good hotel and excellent staff

This is nice mini hotel located on the beach just a bit outside of city centre. Rooms 401 and 402 specious and well set up. Good to stay for weekend or a week. Recommend to try.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to shops, the beach and local buses. The hotel met our expectations, Chara and Vasilis were welcoming, friendly and respectful. We had the basic room but the bedroom was spacious and we also had a spacious lounge and kitchen, as well as a balcony from which we had a good view of the beach. It was lovely sitting there watching and feeling the sea breeze. The rooms were clean and the room service staff was also very friendly which helped to make our stay so relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely visit again.

Amazing property…nice beach. Nice food at the restaurant. They have a joint operation with Teatro so bkfst is served on the beach. The best. What made the stay was the staff. Especially Hara. She is so nice, warm and welcoming. She is a gem. An Oxette.

Wir hatten eine Suite im Penthouse. Einen sehr großen Balkon mit toller Aussicht rundum. Aufs Meer zur einen Seite sowie rundum über ganz Ammoudara. Die Zimmer waren super. Da Bett hervorragend. Die Regendusche war ein Traum. Die Kleine Küche war auch gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ala Carte im Partner Hotel direkt am Strand. Da gabs auch einen tollen Pool mit Poolbar und Restaurant. Die Sunbeds waren im Preis mit dabei. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Locatuon. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nouvo Crete. My room was modern, clean and had a balcony with a table and chairs and drying rack. There’s a little kitchen with utensils, kettle , coffee and tea and a portable hob. The breakfast by the sea at the sister hotel a minute walk away was fabulous and catering for my gf needs. You can also use the pool and amenities at the sister hotel which was nice. Everything was just super including the staff! I will be coming back again!

The room itself was amazing! A/C worked well and cooled the room down quickly. Although the A/C automatically turning off every time you open the balcony door was annoying. The wrap around balcony was massive with loungers and patio furniture. You could probably have a small gathering of like 12 friends and still be comfortable on this balcony. Great view of the ocean from room 402. Downsides to staying at this hotel was the sister property that had every single chair at the pool already reserved at 0800 in the morning even tho nobody even shows up to the pool until around 12 noon. So they would not allow me to have a seat by the completely empty pool. There was plenty of loungers by the ocean however so at least there is that. So although having this sister hotel available to Nuovo guests is good in theory in practice it is not always a great experience especially on the weekend when it’s busy.

Das Zimmer war sauber, es haben zwei große Handtücher gefehlt, die wir aber auf Anfrage sofort bekommen haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der kostenlose Zugang zu Teatro Beach war super. Da dann dort so Anlage nutzen konnte war ausgezeichnet! Aber was ich nicht empfehlen kann ist das Essen. Als wir bestellen wollten, teilte uns die Kellnerin mit das wir nicht alles bestellen können aufgrund eines technischen Problems. Was erstmal für Verwirrung gesorgt hat! Als wir dann doch das bestellen konnten und die Bestellung kam war ich etwas enttäuscht. Es hat geschmeckt aber du Portion war so klein, zu ein Fleisch! Also Preis Leistung haben nicht gestimmt. Aber ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft und die Beach Anlage empfehlen!

The room we stayed in was cleaned everyday and towels and ( coffee pods for the machine) replaced. I was initially slightly dubious about using the sister hotel facilities. But I can assure you it is literally 2 mins away, on a private beach. They have a lovely pool and the most amazing staff. We came for just 5 days and it was just so wonderful to relax and enjoy the surroundings and food and staff’s kindness.

I was a solo traveller. This was my last stay for a couple of days before the airport. I really needed the peace and tranquillity. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was just perfect for me for seeking peace and solitude. I went down to the beach to the bar/restaurant the food was delicious. The Souroundings were bijou and stylish. Loved it I felt comfortable there. The beach and swimming was beautiful and a massage from the Chinese lady who walks the beach which was so needed. I don’t usually go back twice but I will with this place 🙏
