Pacifico Colonial Luxury Penthouse in Manuel Antonio Panoramic Ocean View

The place was amazing! I always get nervous that the pictures look better than the actual place when you check in but this place exceeded all of that. It was clean, spacious, so many amenities included. The host was phenomenal and responsive for any questions. The house and views were breathtaking. If you plan a trip with a group this would be the place, each bedroom had their own bathroom, room for 12 people. It’s was wonderful. Thank you Vanessa for the hospitality. We would book this place again.

We had two families staying here and it was absolutely perfect. The view was breathtaking and walking distance to everything in town. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Our family had a wonderful time in the condo and were blown away by the cleanliness, location, service and views. Vanessa was a pleasure to work with and the online pictures of the unit do not do it justice! Absolutely stunning setting with tons of wildlife and easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The secure parking was also a plus. We will definitely be back soon!

Gorgeous place. PLUS having Vanessa as a concierge was priceless! She helped with absolutely every aspect - tours, transport, reservations, any issue that arose. The housekeepers were phenomenal- even doing our laundry regularly. The beach area was great too. To have the chairs and umbrellas, a waiter, activities guy Ricardo, transport. It was all great.

This place is amazing - the panoramic views are incredible! By far the nicest vacation rental we have ever booked. When we weren't out on excursions, most of our time here was spent on the beautiful and spacious covered veranda - even when it rained. We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle and chair/umbrella service at the lovely nearby beach twice during our stay - a very nice perk which we recommend doing. We appreciated the convenient location which allowed us to walk to nearby restaurants; Cafe Milagro, Emilios, and the falafal place across the street and all were very good. There were also a few shops within walking distance. Vanessa greeted us when we arrived, checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything and was always very responsive to our inquiries/requests both before and during our stay. Housekeeping went above and beyond what we would have expected. We truly felt pampered. We also appreciated having a washer, dryer, detergent, and fabric softener available for our use. We highly recommend this wonderful place!
