We enjoyed our stay at Parlee Beach Motel. It was close to the beach, lots of parking and the room was clean. If I have to be critical about anything, it would be that the air conditioner in our room was very loud. The washroom was ok but dated. For the price, this is a great spot to stay and I would recommend it to friends. Cheers!

The room was clean and comfortable however the outside stairs to the second level seemed to be rotting and several steps were propped up with pieces of wood. We felt very insecure on the steps and the walk way above.

L’accueil a été facile et rapide. Nous cherchions un resto pour souper et les conseils ont été judicieux. À l’entrée, il y a des bacs contenant des chaises de plage, des serviettes et autres qui peuvent être empruntés pour aller à la plage et ramenés ensuite. Excellente idée vraiment facilitante des proprios!

Very nice room. No complaints really. Toilet seat needs tightening and I think there was no freezer in the fridge. Receptionist was very nice, no orders in the room, one of the better places we stayed.

Clean and cutest Motel we have ever stayed at. Lots of hanging flower baskets. Lobby let's you borrow lawn chairs for the beach. Dated place but kept in excellent condition and cleanliness. Stayed with our family of 4. They even gave us a bag of ice. Would stay again and would recommend.

We had an absolutely lovely one night stay at the Parlee Beach Motel. I was hesitant at first, but honestly, this is on par with any of the big name hotels around. Super clean, comfy beds and easy checkin. Will stay here again!

Parlee Beach motel was sparkly clean. The rooms have laminate floors (much cleaner than carpet), updated furniture, fresh paint, modern tvs, comfortable beds and bedding. The bathroom was white and clean. Very well run motel.

I spent two nights here while in the area for the Akadi Lumina light and sound experience in Bouctouche. I was pleased to be contacted prior to my arrival and the check-in process went smoothly. I appreciated the warm and pleasant exchanges with Jung during check-in and check-out. The area outside the hotel was tidy, and the room was spotless. I found the bed very comfortable and had an excellent sleep during both nights. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. It took a bit of playing around with the tv remote in Room 3 to get things working (Try the button in the lower left-hand corner in order to get the HDMI option+others to appear on the screen.) I have already recommended this property to several friends and I look forward to another stay at this first-rate location—excellent quality for the price and a warm welcome!

The front desk lady whom I think is the owner was very nice and the service was great. The room was very clean. The reason I am giving three stars is because the bed was very uncomfortable and the room had little to no storage. Also needs a proper renovation.

This was not my first choice of accommodations but options were limited when I booked. The room was small, and furnished with old, uncomfortable and cheap furniture. If you just need a place to sleep for a night it works but not at all an ideal spot for an extended stay or anyone traveling for business.

No house cleaning services provided. Was told the following day to hang something in the doorknob. Had to bring dirty towels to reception to change them. Was charged twice for the same stay, now I have to argue with Visa for the credit.

The management and employees are fantastic. I arrived a day earlier than anticipated (30 minutes after the office closed). i called the office number and the proprietor arrived at the motel within 5-10 minutes, booked me a room. They provide all the amenities i required. they have rules regarding noise at night (which i appreciated) The motel is in a great location. I would stay there again for sure

The hotel presented as if near the water which it was not. Not within walking distance to much. It worked for one night but would not stay again. There was a great restaurant a short drive away on the Pier. Sandbar restaurant. Have the Seafood Chowder.

We had a great 2-night stay. Room was larger than a typical standard room. Well-maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable and room had extra seating which is a great alternative to just having a bed to sit on. 5 chairs, a table and a rocking chair plus lots of outdoor chairs. Room had windows in front and back so you got a good cross-breeze. Sitting outside in the evening was quiet and relaxing without a lot of loud traffic but still close to downtown Shediac. Only thing that could have been better was the doorsweep on the bottom of the door was too tight so the door was loud and squeaky everytime it was opened or closed. Outside of that, everything was great and we will definitely book there again in the future.
