The kitchen area is very important to me due to food allergies. It’s easier to travel. The resort is slightly older but it is perfect location and amenities were great. Pool with a functioning hot tub!!

Quiet place, room very clean. Hall with a fireplace. large pool If anyone wants to relax with children. There is also a jacuzzi and a sauna with a maximum temperature of 200. Beautiful view of the mountains. Next time I'm in your city I'll stay with you :)

Cute suite we spent a ski weekend in. The hot tub and pool were clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen to cook breakfast in. Not the most comfortable beds, but everything else was great. Would stay again!

This booking was part of a longer trip. We were only there for one night but we did have a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The area was also beautiful with views of mountain ranges in sight. I would definitely come back again.

the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off. the carpets need to be replace (nasty) we were on the 1st floor the noise on the 2nd floor was bad (3:00 am in the morning) the condo was clean other then the carpet

The staff at this property couldn’t have been nicer. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable stay for 4 people. Room description stated 6 people but 2 would end up sleeping on the pull out couch and that would have been tight. Room is great for 4. The pool/hot tub area was very bright and spotless. Great job, River View. Perfect place to stay for a ski trip.

It’s not like I remember. There is no cleaning of the rooms daily, no towel replacement even though the sign in the bathroom states to put the towels on the floor if you want new towels and no one replaced them. We didn’t know that we needed to bring them to the front office. There was a loud bang throughout the day every day and we are not sure what it was. There were people hanging out outside and smoking a lot so we couldn’t let fresh air in our room, same people grilling with charcoal that was smoking. Pool hours were shortened from what used to be. Soaps and shampoo are generic and petite. Stains on carpets, dish drain was dirty, bar of used soap under bakers rack in kitchen, no one collected the trash so we needed to bring to the dumpster ourselves. Not many tv channels, wifi was sporadic, too. Bethel, ME is a lovely place to visit, even though we stayed at this resort many times in the last 40 years, I think it’s time we stay somewhere else because it was costly without the services that we expected. And there are many places to stay in an Airbnb which we will know what to expect when we book it and the prices are a lot cheaper per day.

Older property with 2 bedroom suites. It won't blow you away with modern amenities and chic decor, but you're in the wooded mountains of Maine...what are you expecting? There were roadwork contractors there the whole week I was filling most of the complex, but I was never bothered by them or any noise. A nice spot if you're spending some time in Bethel.

We like this place because its so close to Sunday River, the indoor pool & hot tub is nice and the kitchenette is super helpful. This was our 2nd time there so we knew what to expect and came prepared. We feel overall the place could use an update or a refresh. We also notice that the room had its own water tank but we found that the hot water disappeared very quickly. Disappointing but not a deal breaker for us. We didn't find that to be an issue last time. Dining in the area closes super early so plan on eating early or brining stuff to cook.

Our family was very happy with our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked for us and there were plenty of towels. Nice pool and hot tub. Beautiful wraparound back deck with lovely views of the mountains. Convenient location close to many local attractions. We’ll be back!

Great value! We were a few miles from the Sunday River lifts and it was an easy drive. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay there again for sure!

The kitchen area is very important to me due to food allergies. It’s easier to travel. The resort is slightly older but it is perfect location and amenities were great. Pool with a functioning hot tub!!

Nice stay near Sunday River resort at 5 min. Plenty of space for 6 people in the same suite. There are full sofa bed and one additional spring bed in the double twin room.

Very nice place in a quiet Maine town. Lots of dining options around. Easy to find. Very helpful staff. Is an older motel but well kept and just what my family needed!

We like this place because its so close to Sunday River, the indoor pool & hot tub is nice and the kitchenette is super helpful. This was our 2nd time there so we knew what to expect and came prepared. We feel overall the place could use an update or a refresh. We also notice that the room had its own water tank but we found that the hot water disappeared very quickly. Disappointing but not a deal breaker for us. We didn't find that to be an issue last time. Dining in the area closes super early so plan on eating early or brining stuff to cook.

The room was clean and spacious. The furniture etc. was dated, but in a nostalgic way that people who have come here for years likely cherish. It had a faint damp smell we got used to quickly. We were under the outdoor stairs and heard a lot of foot traffic and talking. It’s clearly a popular place to stay!
