A few weeks before our reservation I received an email that there was an issue with my payment. After extensive email back and forth with the property management group and VRBO I was asked to make payment off platform. This wouldn’t have been an issue, but due to extreme weather and cancelled flights we needed to adjust our stay dates. The property company allowed us to extend our stay but we ultimately had to pay for an extra day we didn’t stay at the property and were given no reason or justification. Also the property didn’t have enough towels: 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and no face towels for our four day stay. The gate to the back grassy area was locked.
