Sad hotel room, bad ventilation but prime location. Some of the staff friendly. I was asked to come down to the lobby for toilet paper and she gave one. When I asked for one more since I was there then she seemed annoyed. Called for a decaffeinated coffee in the night to the lobby and I was asked to go the roof top for coffee. No coffee machine in the rooms. Breakfast just OK.

A nice hotel in a good location. Everything was fresh, clean and working. The doors do not block much sound from the corridor at all, so bring ear plugs. The gym was quite OK for a hotel gym. The rooftop pool was super small and possibility to hang out around it was minimal. Big plus to friendly staff and letting us have a shower before our late flight on checkout day.

When checking in the receptionist decided to speak to the Spanish customer behind us and totally ignored us half way through checking in. I had to say, “ can we have our key please”. We were taken to room 501 and the smell of drains were VERY unpleasant. We asked for another room and there weren’t any so we checked out as we couldn’t sleep in that room. They suggested sleeping with the window open! We arrived at 22:30 so then had to find alternative accommodation. The hotel would not give us a refund. It is not acceptable to offer a room that is not fit to sleep in due to strong drain smells.
