We loved this property, easy check in with help yourself coffee, tea and water. Mints on the bed and water bottles in the room. The breakfast was made to order and amazing the crepes were so good do not think you could get anything better in France!

Excellent, cook-to-order breakfast with crepes, blintzes and other items. Parking was clearly marked and the owners were very responsive when I inquired about over-sized vehicle parking which was very convenient. historic home is a rare treat to stay in.

Christine was delightful. There is a complimentary drink bar stocked full of coffee, tea, hot cocoa, water and cookies in the lobby. The whole first level has so much personality filled with books and games equipped to entertain anybody. I love that each room has its own very distinct personality. The breakfast was mouth-wateringly delicious. We were offered fresh muffins straight out of the oven, I had the Le Petit crepe that was the perfect breakfast (my husband kept wanting bites of it). I couldn’t recommend this quaint, nostalgic bed and breakfast more!

This is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast! Nice staff and the best crepes I’ve had since Paris. Several options for breakfast which is great as many B&B’s serve whatever they serve and you don’t get much choice. The Royal Spa Suite was comfortable, clean and spacious with a large shower and garden jacuzzi tub. This morning we were greeted outside by a die and her two fawns. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

My husband and I had a fabulous experience. I would love to stay here again. I loved that there was hot chocolate available downstairs anytime. It was cold when we visited and I had hot chocolate twice. The room was so lovely and clean. The amenities are perfect. The bed was comfortable. We loved that there was a ceiling fan above the bed. We stayed in the Sundance room and used the jetted tub. There were a few bath bombs to choose from. There was a little kitchen upstairs where guests can put restaurant leftovers in the fridge or freezer and heat up later. The breakfast was fantastic. Its a beautiful home and quiet. Loved it!

Very clean place, room, and wonderful breakfast and service. Hot water ran out quickly for the jetted tub in the evening so unable to enjoy that much. Would suggest a continuous hot water unit for unlimited hot water for the jetted tubs on the property.

We stayed in the Blue (spa) room and just loved it. It was so beautiful, the tub was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious! I had the caramel apple crepe and Le Petit Dejeuner crepe, both were amazing! I would absolutely stay here again! Very clean and the staff we did interact with were very kind. You will not be dissapointed staying at the Heber Valley B and B!

This is a lovely property at this price point. As others have noted, the breakfasts are wonderful and we even discovered cupcakes 1 afternoon! Traffic noise is the main down side. The guest share a kitchen with full sized refrigerator which is a nice perk. Christine and Paul are great.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very nicely decorated and extremely clean. Bed was comfortable and good shower pressure. The house was built on 1902 and is restored with antiques and is very quaint. I loved that it was a historic house. We did not stay for breakfast because we wanted to get an early start to the slopes to ski. Each morning they made us a very delicious breakfast sandwich to go. When we returned each afternoon, there were cookies and treats. The hosts (Christine -manager and Paul- cook) went above and beyond to accommodate us. A great stay and we will be back when we are in the area.

We loved our stay here! The environment was very comfortable and welcoming, and perfect for couples. I normally can't sleep when I am not home, but I slept very well here. We loved that the house was very clean, well maintained, and yet held onto the vintage charm. Very well done! We also LOVED breakfast. We ordered one sweet and one savory crepe each, and everything was delicious. This was the refreshing getaway we needed. We will definitely be back!

This Bed and Breakfast is so charming and is beautifully decorated with antiques throughout. The breakfast menu is delicious and includes a selection of sweet and savory made to order crepes. One night we came back to freshly baked cookies for the guests. Several mornings we came down to freshly baked muffins. If you are a foodie, this is the place for you!! The staff is incredibly gracious and accommodating and very friendly. Rooms are spotless. It’s very close to the Heber City train and Wasatch Events complex. The Senator was chosen as Utahs 2024 Bed and Breakfast of the Year and they would have gotten my vote for sure. This is the second time I have stayed there and will be my “go to” place whenever I have to be in Heber City. :)

Wow. I'm from the area and thought I knew the B&B's in Heber. I just needed a room for one night to round out my Utah trip for Swiss Days. So glad I chose the Senator B&B. It's larger than I had thought with three floors. The property is amazing with how well restored and beautiful it is. The owners have done pains taking resto work on the building and take this very seriously-even dressing in time appropriate costumes. Imagine a wealthy person's home from turn of the century that was just built. Our suite was wonderful. Large and luxurious. We stayed in the Tiffany suite. The AC runs cool and quiet. Couldn't wait to soak in the clawfoot tub/shower. We've stayed at many B&B's in the states and Europe and the Senator in Heber is by far the best we've seen. The breakfast is top notch.

So beautiful and charming! It was really fun to stay here, like stepping back in history. The breakfast was exquisite! We felt treated like royalty. Everything was delicious and generous! My only complaint was I had a hard time sleeping because of light from the hall coming in, maybe they could block it out some more above the door or dim the hall lights?

Fabulous place to stay. There is no lift so if you can’t do stairs there are rooms downstairs. Breakfast was incredible along with the hospitality. Rooms are not big but definitely everything you need. Lovely antiques. Close to everything.

It’s a historic bed and breakfast. If that’s your vibe, then this is the place for you. The street noise was a bit much on a Friday night. But, the breakfast was fantastic! Nice folk cooking and serving the food.😁

Our room (and the entire B&B) was wonderful, the breakfast was excellent, and that staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Heber. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the wifi signal. The signal was simply too weak in our room.

We loved this property, easy check in with help yourself coffee, tea and water. Mints on the bed and water bottles in the room. The breakfast was made to order and amazing the crepes were so good do not think you could get anything better in France!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very nicely decorated and extremely clean. Bed was comfortable and good shower pressure. The house was built on 1902 and is restored with antiques and is very quaint. I loved that it was a historic house. We did not stay for breakfast because we wanted to get an early start to the slopes to ski. Each morning they made us a very delicious breakfast sandwich to go. When we returned each afternoon, there were cookies and treats. The hosts (Christine -manager and Paul- cook) went above and beyond to accommodate us. A great stay and we will be back when we are in the area.

Host unsafe unwelcoming. Followed me to the nearby Taqueria. That’s stalking. Pretty sure that’s a crime. Gaslit me when I told him he didn’t welcome us. Legit gave me pushback on my service animal. Asked for her papers. Literally not allowed to do that. It’s illegal. And discrimination. Calling that out for the facts they are. Do not stay here. Dude. Be better business owner and know your laws. Be a better “host” and welcome people regardless of what they look like. I had barely stepped over the threshold of your “home” before you gave us the evil eye. Gross.

This was our second stay at the Heber Senator. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was cozy, clean and beautiful. Chef Paul Josselyn creates wonderful breakfasts. Thank you for a great stay!

I surprised my wife with a 2-night getaway for her birthday and we both fell in love with The Heber Senator Bed & Breakfst! It was clean, quiet and situated perfectly in Heber with quick access to everything. The Victorian style and history of the house makes it a truly unique place to stay. The staff and breakfast was amazing. The stay was worth it just for Chef Paul's breakfast! The thought of adding jalapeño jelly to a Spanish omelet never occurred to me, but we'll never eat another one without it! Our hostess Kim was absolutely adorable and so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to sneak away again!

We loved our stay here! I felt like I was living in a Hallmark Movie. The rooms are so cute and the breakfast was AMAZING! We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Wasatch Rec Center and it’s only about a minute away from there so couldn’t be more convenient. Will definitely stay here every time we come to Heber!

Well maintained historical property. Soundproofing is what you’d expect in a 120 year-old building. Breakfast is truly exceptional. Overall value for the money is very good. Easy drive to skiing opposite the traffic.

Well located in Heber and walking distance to markets, restaurants and coffee shops. My small room was upgraded to one across the hall with a nice view. Very comfortable and accommodating. This is my second stay here.

This Bed and Breakfast is so charming and is beautifully decorated with antiques throughout. The breakfast menu is delicious and includes a selection of sweet and savory made to order crepes. One night we came back to freshly baked cookies for the guests. Several mornings we came down to freshly baked muffins. If you are a foodie, this is the place for you!! The staff is incredibly gracious and accommodating and very friendly. Rooms are spotless. It’s very close to the Heber City train and Wasatch Events complex. The Senator was chosen as Utahs 2024 Bed and Breakfast of the Year and they would have gotten my vote for sure. This is the second time I have stayed there and will be my “go to” place whenever I have to be in Heber City. :)

Wow. I'm from the area and thought I knew the B&B's in Heber. I just needed a room for one night to round out my Utah trip for Swiss Days. So glad I chose the Senator B&B. It's larger than I had thought with three floors. The property is amazing with how well restored and beautiful it is. The owners have done pains taking resto work on the building and take this very seriously-even dressing in time appropriate costumes. Imagine a wealthy person's home from turn of the century that was just built. Our suite was wonderful. Large and luxurious. We stayed in the Tiffany suite. The AC runs cool and quiet. Couldn't wait to soak in the clawfoot tub/shower. We've stayed at many B&B's in the states and Europe and the Senator in Heber is by far the best we've seen. The breakfast is top notch.

This was my first stay at a Bed and Breakfast and it was amazing. When we arrived and were told about breakfast time, I did ask if there would be some gluten free options, I didn't realize I was talking to the chef and he asked if I liked crepes. He made me amazing and delicious gluten free crepes. In the morning he chatted with us about some of the history of the house. The place was clean and comfortable and we felt welcomed. We hope to go back!

We loved our stay here! The environment was very comfortable and welcoming, and perfect for couples. I normally can't sleep when I am not home, but I slept very well here. We loved that the house was very clean, well maintained, and yet held onto the vintage charm. Very well done! We also LOVED breakfast. We ordered one sweet and one savory crepe each, and everything was delicious. This was the refreshing getaway we needed. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is a gem in a beautiful town. Host was gracious and very helpful. The breakfast was worth the price of the entire stay! Don’t miss Steve’s crepes!! Dinner recommendation was spot on and delicious. It is no wonder the senator was named best B&B in Utah!

Incredibly well preserved Inn built in 1902. But everything looks fresh, clean and new. Had a great breakfast and a great conversation with the staff. She told us about thier plans for a murder mystery event this next year that sounded super fun. Bed was comfortable and room spacious. Kind of a Once in Lifetime place to stay and really feel the history of the place.

To begin, the room I got was nothing like the picture I reserved it from, not even close. The tub was so old it may have been clean, but it looked dirty. There was no vanity or shelves for toiletries. SMALL bed. We stayed for our 2 nights, but we won’t go back.

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was clean but dark and kind of creepy. The carpet was old and one of the lamps didn’t work. The shower overflowed onto the floor even though I had the shower curtain tucked inside the tub. The breakfast was a small omelette with juice but no potatoes, toast or other options. I will not be staying here again.
