Alles war perfekt! Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, super Lage im Geisha-Viertel, modernes und sauberes Zimmer das trotzdem einen traditionellen Flair hat.

Great hotel. Super helpful staff, helped guide us through a minor allergic reaction. Location is great, right in Geisha district, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. Had a great stay here.

Very clean and modern hotel, the room was beautiful and a good size. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and offered recommendations. Amenities were fantastic, and the location is right in the Higashiyama district! We could walk anywhere in the city from here - very convenient.

We loved this hotel. The desk staff was very helpful, answering questions, making suggestions about things to do and making sure that we had enough coffee in our room. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The location was great! Easy to walk everywhere, near great restaurants and just on the edge of an historic neighborhood. Would highly recommend!!

The hotel is located right in the old Chaya district, steps away from the historic buildings and tea houses and shops. It's also a short distance from famous Rokuen Garden, Kanazawa Castle, and the Nagamachi Samurai district. The hotel looks new and is super clean. The staff are very helpful and super responsible. They had trouble confirming the reservation for our next hotel for luggage forwarding, and kept doing that after we checked out until it's done. We are truly grateful.
