Double Bed Room in Flat near Birmingham City Centre

Quite cheap for a room in the city centre, the kitchen in the communal area was a bit dirty & the common room could've been more clean & the bathrooms were quite dirty. Also there was quite a bit of dust on the window sill in the room & one of the furniture had a bit peeled off it. However the price was very cheap. If this place had some more work done to modernise it more & be maintained in a super clean then it would be a really excellent stay if that was done & would justify a higher price! Communication from the owner was good, but perhaps these things could be put into consideration & guests would be very satisfied!

It a dirty environment, smoke was smelling

Very dirty and on my first night in the property the guest in the room next to my room were noisy all night.

When I first entered into room 2 I was very pleased with the clean floor, mirror and bed. I felt at home. The staff made me feel at home.

The absolute worst place i have ever stayed, and i left after 5 minutes at great expense. The area felt dangerous and was dark and poorly lit, accomodation is unmarked and hard to find, the host didn't send the access code and he wouldn't answer the phone so a few hours before bed i had to contact customer support. When i did get hold of him he hung up, no explanation of why he didn't send the code and ignored my messages. The accomodation was full of noise and people smoking, so a nights sleep was out of the question, plus the unclean toilets are for everyone to share. The bedroom was so unpleasant i couldn't even consider staying or sleeping un the bed - truly there was not one thing about this place that i liked. It's not even great value as it was more expensive than many safer hotels in better areas. This place wasn't even worth a one night sleep just so i had a funny story to tell, because it's feels unsafe noisy and is in a rundown area. I rebooked somewhere else within 5 minutes of arriving.
