The hotel itself was very nice, the reception was very polite and friendly, and the cleaning staff was also great.What we didn't like was that the evening waiter Mehmet was very nice on the first evening, but he was also fixated on us eating at his restaurant every day. Which of course we didn't do, and then he didn't speak to us anymore. Breakfast was very monotonous, there was almost the same thing every day, but the waiter in the morning was Very great. We specifically booked a hotel with a pool because we had 28 degrees every day. Unfortunately, the pool was refilled with water every day and the water was a maximum of 12 degrees. All guests with children were very disappointed about it. It would be great if this could be improved in the future so that the children can have more fun there. Wonderful last minute booking to spend time at Lara Beach. My little room overlooked one of the pools (there are 2). The very affordable room rate came with several surprises including breakfast, use of 2 pools, free shuttle to the beach (designated times) and free sun loungers with umbrella (designated area).

The property is different from the pictures . There is no beach , the pool is very small . Quality of breakfast is very poor and cheap. same plate every day . The electricity cutted off for a day , they didnt regret it ,like if it is something normal and we have to accept it . I asked for an iron machine two times , the first time it was not working , and the second time when i asked i insisted on sending me a working iron machine , they send me the same one . When i called them she came to try the unworking machine like if i am lying or if i don't know how to put it in electricity. When she was convinced it is not working she left and did not replaced it. They are soo unprofessional and don't know anything about customer service. I don't recommend this place .

Neues Hotel, daher sehr neue und moderne Einrichtung. Nähe zum Flughafen (15-20 Minuten mit dem Taxi.) Freundliche Mitarbeiter, kleine Pools zum entspannen. sehr sauber - es gibt zwar einen Shuttle zum Strand, ist aber kein Traumstrand und die Preise an der Beach Bar sind extrem teuer. - es gibt leider keinen Aufzug - das Hotel liegt an einer Schnellstraße, es gibt nur nur einen Shop in der Nähe (3 Min Fußweg) Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen, Top Preis Leistungsverhätnis. fFür einen längeren richtigen Urlaub, eher nicht.

L'accueil a été très professionnel nous avons reçu un ticket pour aller à une plage privée ou nous pouvons bénéficier d'un transat gratuit avec parasol. L'appartement était très bien équipé. Le majordome Mehmet du petit déjeuner est vraiment très gentil vous avez de la chance d'avoir un employé comme lui. Très professionnel il a su nous mettre à l'aise on se sentait comme à la maison.
L'accueil a été très professionnel nous avons reçu un ticket pour aller à une plage privée ou nous pouvons bénéficier d'un transat gratuit avec parasol. L'appartement était très bien équipé. Fotoğraflarda balkon görünmesine rağmen , zemin kat ve balkonsuz oda verildi , ilk girdiğimizde temiz görünüyordu fakat dolaptaki bardaklar pisti , 3 kişilik oda tuttuk tek 2 kişilik yatak vardı. 3 .kişi için sadede yorgan koymuslar yastıklar kılıfsızdı yastık kılıfı istediğimizde yok dediler , 2. Yastık kılıfı alabildik . Akşam yatmak için odaya girdiğimizde yatağın kenarında 100 den fazla kanatlı karınca çıkmış ve iğrenç görünüyordu . Resepsiyonu aradığımızda yabancı uyruklu biri gelip süpürdü ve ilaç sıktı . Çalısanlar genel olarak yabancı uyruklu ve anlaşmakta zorluk çektik . Kahvaltı kafede olduğu için iyiydi ve temizdi onun dışında vasat . Kızım sürekli uyuduğu yastığını unuttu, göndermelerini rica ettim tamam dediler . 3 haftadır nerdeyse hergün yazmama rağmen ve kargo ücretini karşılayacağımı belitirtmeme rağmen hala göndermediler ve oyalıyorlar . Kızım yastığı olmadan uyuyamıyor diye belirttim ama anlayış yol malesef yazık …

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were especially impressed by the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. The housekeeping team was exceptional, with one standout member, a lady named Chef, who went above and beyond to keep our room spotless. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff was always attentive and quick to fulfill any requests we had. I would gladly choose this hotel again if I return to Antalya.

Havalimanına yakın olması nedeniyle tercih ettiğim bir oteldi, tatil imkanlarını bilemem ancak bana konaklamam sırasında oldukça nazik ve yardımcı oldular. Odam oldukça küçüktü, bilerek isteyerek tercih etmiştim, bu anlamda bir sorun yaşamadım.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious, well-lit and equipped. Unfortunately, the bathroom ceiling had water dripping from multiple places which caused a hazard for the kids and adults. Most of us nearly tripped in the bathroom or came out of it. The property management knew this as they had already put buckets and towel on the floor to catch the water. They still put us in. We arrived around 11.30pm so didn't had any strength or will to argue with about the bathroom problem. If we were staying for a longstay, we would have highlighted the hazard.

Choosing this hotel based on online reviews turned out to be a mistake for me. There were no nearby shops, cafés, restaurants, or transportation options. The hotel building has four floors, accessible only by steep spiral style stairs. As a middle-aged overseas traveler arriving after a long day of driving, this was particularly difficult. Although the hotel staff kindly helped us reach the fourth floor, the stair access—even to the third floor—did not meet the standards expected of an international commercial building. Room: The room was newly renovated and had a fresh appearance. Bathroom: There was water leakage in the shower booth, leaving the floor wet after each use. Amenities were poor—no shampoo or conditioner provided, only body wash. Room: The room was newly renovated and had a fresh appearance. Bathroom: There was water leakage in the shower booth, leaving the floor wet after each use. Amenities were poor—no shampoo or conditioner provided, only body wash. A bit hard to find and not on the beach but a good clean modern hotel for a short stay. Our room was small but comfortable although the toilet seat didn’t function properly. Breakfast was simple and nice and the waiter Mehmet was so friendly.

The hotel itself was very nice, the reception was very polite and friendly, and the cleaning staff was also great.What we didn't like was that the evening waiter Mehmet was very nice on the first evening, but he was also fixated on us eating at his restaurant every day. Which of course we didn't do, and then he didn't speak to us anymore. Breakfast was very monotonous, there was almost the same thing every day, but the waiter in the morning was Very great. We specifically booked a hotel with a pool because we had 28 degrees every day. Unfortunately, the pool was refilled with water every day and the water was a maximum of 12 degrees. All guests with children were very disappointed about it. It would be great if this could be improved in the future so that the children can have more fun there. But we were generally satisfied with everything except the pool and the evening waiter Mehmet. best regards

This is a MUST AVOID... Nothing what is advertised in the Ad.This place shouldn’t even be called a hotel—it’s more like a **motel** at best. The service was atrocious. We arrived to find the **receptionist sleeping on the couch**, and we mistook him for a guest until we realized he was the person we were supposed to check in with. The **air conditioning** was a complete disaster, dripping so much water that it soaked our pillows. We woke up with **wet hair** from the dampness! Basic amenities were nonexistent: no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, or even proper hand soap. The towels were so thin they were practically **paper**. On top of that, there were **pull-out beds cluttering the hallway** near our door, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The so-called "breakfast" wasn’t even included, despite what we were led to believe. The restaurant staff rudely informed us that we had to pay. To make matters worse, getting a taxi was nearly impossible, and walking around the hotel was **dangerous**. Very unfriendly staff. They do not offer any tours or do not provide any information about places to visit. Plus the cafe inside is very expensive, however the manager of the cafe is very friendly and hospitable. Only stay here if you have very limited budget.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were especially impressed by the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. The housekeeping team was exceptional, with one standout member, a lady named Chef, who went above and beyond to keep our room spotless. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff was always attentive and quick to fulfill any requests we had. I would gladly choose this hotel again if I return to Antalya.

Good hotel - But bad placement. Would recommend to rent a car or motorbike, if you’re staying here. One of the receptionist we didn’t like, but the rest were so nice and kind. Three of the male waiters at Cliff’s were super professional and sweet!

Neues Hotel, daher sehr neue und moderne Einrichtung. Nähe zum Flughafen (15-20 Minuten mit dem Taxi.) Freundliche Mitarbeiter, kleine Pools zum entspannen. sehr sauber - es gibt zwar einen Shuttle zum Strand, ist aber kein Traumstrand und die Preise an der Beach Bar sind extrem teuer. - es gibt leider keinen Aufzug - das Hotel liegt an einer Schnellstraße, es gibt nur nur einen Shop in der Nähe (3 Min Fußweg) Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen, Top Preis Leistungsverhätnis. fFür einen längeren richtigen Urlaub, eher nicht.

The property is different from the pictures . There is no beach , the pool is very small . Quality of breakfast is very poor and cheap. same plate every day . The electricity cutted off for a day , they didnt regret it ,like if it is something normal and we have to accept it . I asked for an iron machine two times , the first time it was not working , and the second time when i asked i insisted on sending me a working iron machine , they send me the same one . When i called them she came to try the unworking machine like if i am lying or if i don't know how to put it in electricity. When she was convinced it is not working she left and did not replaced it. They are soo unprofessional and don't know anything about customer service. I don't recommend this place .

L'accueil a été très professionnel nous avons reçu un ticket pour aller à une plage privée ou nous pouvons bénéficier d'un transat gratuit avec parasol. L'appartement était très bien équipé. Le majordome Mehmet du petit déjeuner est vraiment très gentil vous avez de la chance d'avoir un employé comme lui. Très professionnel il a su nous mettre à l'aise on se sentait comme à la maison.
L'accueil a été très professionnel nous avons reçu un ticket pour aller à une plage privée ou nous pouvons bénéficier d'un transat gratuit avec parasol. L'appartement était très bien équipé. Le majordome Mehmet du petit déjeuner est vraiment très gentil vous avez de la chance d'avoir un employé comme lui. Très professionnel il a su nous mettre à l'aise on se sentait comme à la maison.

The hotel is located near the beach but not on the beach. The hotel provides a shuttle a few times a day . If you want to head to old town you need a car or the bus will take about an hour, but busses are available . The small pool was not filled in October, but it would be enjoyable in the warmer summer months. Not far from the hotel with a bus that is convenient.

Arrived to an empty, green mould pool. No fencing around it. Kids would be dead if they fell in. We have a blind 6 year old, 3 year old and 8 month old. Cafe closed when we arrived. Nowhere to get a single drop of water. Had to order takeaway which cost £150 for a couple of pizzas and water. Dead bugs in the room. Shower lukewarm. Aircon was good! Stray dogs barking all night keeping us awake. Breakfast was terrible. Couldn’t eat any of it. Cold onion rings, plastic meat and cheese, some olives and an egg. Black hair on x2 of the x3 breakfasts we ordered. Asked for refund - no response from hotel.

Overall terrible experience. The room was completely unclean and unhygienic. There were stains and hairs on the bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Restaurant was infested with flies, and the overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The breakfast was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was great and I left the property without any problems. Friendly stuff, clean rooms, silent and peaceful environment, easy access to the beach, nice poolside, availability of orders to the hotel. The room and the hotel from the outside was just like in the images. I can only suggest that the management should be more careful about the soundproof system of the rooms. All in all, thank you for such a lovely experience.
