This was a lovely room. Clean, and decorated nicely. The condo was also great. Elevators were fast. They had tons of shopping carts to help get your luggage to your room, so you never had to search for one. Would stay here again.

Condo was nice. Views of the gulf are great! Weather turned out to be perfect! Good location. They provide the bare minimums at 801 .. there was no dish soap. Master shower is really small. You can rent chairs at the beach which was nice.

Beautiful “spacious” decorated condo with Gulf wall-to-wall view across the entire front of condo in both living and master with everything provided. Check in was early with no contact texted/emailed with code Love the floor plan with master, living, dining and kitchen all forward facing Gulf view. Sunrise and sets are breathtaking along with the moon shining on gulf all night long! Cons: Edge of mattress is extremely noisy. Impossible to get in or out of bed without waking the dead. Balcony furniture table and 4 chairs beautiful, but could also use 2 loungers. Disappointed with the $50 parking charge. Would definitely return to this beautiful condo once the mattress issue is corrected.

Right on the beach with beautiful pool and new top quality outdoor furniture at pool and on our deck. Would definitely stay here again. Condo was very clean and neat. The large sectional sofa and pllows were great. Kitchen well stocked. A problem with only hot water going into wash machine was remedied very quickly with a call to Young's Suncoast. Highly recommend!

The condo was lovely, however there was a sewage smell that came from the laundry room.. We were surprised by the extra 100 we had to spend for parking. The first morning going to the beach we set up the tent close to the water like we do EVERY year, just to be told we had to move to the back of the beach area, behind the “paid for condo seating”. We will not be staying at this property again.

We had a great time at San Carlos! The condo was perfect and clean. The elevators are fast and plenty of parking. The kids could walk to so many things, including the Hangout.

10/10 property. San Carlos #908 was a very clean, quiet, and well-appointed, comfortable condo. Property and grounds were clean and well-kept. On-site office on third floor was a big help for me. The beach and pool were clean and safe. Located in a convenient, walkable area. I recommend this unit and I would stay there again.

One of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in. The layout was perfect and the views were unbeatable. There were a few things that were missing that renters should be aware of, especially if you have small children. There were no beach toys or beach chairs/umbrella. That's not ideal when you are flying. Most renters are not going to want to purchase all those items and then have to leave them behind. If you wanted chairs on the beach, you had to rent them. They weren't expensive at 40 a day (although it adds up with each day ) but it would be nice to have toys and chairs in the condo to use. Also, make sure you stop at the store on the way because they only provide one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Again, not ideal if you are traveling by air. These were all minor things but things that other renters should be aware of. We would definitely rent this condo again.

This condo was a great choice for our family getaway! It’s in an ideal location—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops—which made everything super convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and we all got great sleep after long, fun-filled days.The condo itself is a little dated, and it shows in some of the furniture (one chair had a tear) and the carpet, which could use a good cleaning. The kitchen setup was a bit limited—there weren’t many pots and pans, and the coffee maker didn’t keep our coffee hot for long. If you plan on cooking meals for the family, we recommend bringing a few extra kitchen essentials just in case.One of the highlights for us was the fantastic collection of beach gear. There were plenty of chairs, toys, and even a wagon, which made getting to the beach with kids so much easier. We appreciated it so much that we even added a few things to the collection for the next family to enjoy!One helpful tip: the nearby stores all sell very similar items, and the starter supplies like toilet paper and paper towels were pretty minimal. Stayed at this property before and still love it. This unit was not in very good shape. Beach chairs in the master closet with sand on them, rusted through in some areas. Carpet should be pulled out as it is extremely dirty. Management company was great for the things they could address.

This condo has a great location. It within walking distance of the hangout and across from a Waffle House and market. Furnishings are a little dated and has carpet in bathroom sink area. The wrought iron table on patio is peeling but there is another one that is composite and in good shape. Overall it still a good place to stay.

Our stay in this unit was fantastic. The booking was easy and the property manager addressed several questions prior to our trip. The property was exactly as described. While we enjoyed the beautiful interior, the view from the balcony stole the show!

Amazing beach view. Only complaint would be the queen bed in the bedroom 2 isn’t comfortable unless you like really firm beds. Also squeaks every time you move or roll over

The condo was much nicer than the pictures, well appointed and all the TVs were excellent. The balcony furniture was first class. The unit is on the corner and provides a great view. Everything is close and within walking distance. We never drove anywhere.

This condo was perfect. It was so clean and decorated beautifully. The owners were very responsive and so very kind. The location was easy to access and surrounded by lots of restaurants within walking distance. We will stay there again in the future.

This was our daughters first vacation and as new parents our first family get away. We loved the location and the condo was the perfect fit for our family. Thank you for letting us enjoy your vacation home and making the check in easy! Traveling with a one year old is hard enough, we were not expecting an early check in but when we arrived we were able to enjoy the space immediately which was perfect for a one year old tired of being in car.

The condo was exactly as described and clean but there were surprises in the closets that we didn't notice until after our 1st beach trip. There was an issue with the lack of directions to use the code to open the door, but the text was responsive and we were able to get inside in about 15 minutes. Checkout was a simple text. Because of this experience, my husband is hooked on condos for vaca instead of hotels. I would recommend.

The room was great, and the host was easy to communicate with even though we don't pester a host while we are on vacation unless we really need something.It was clean and in the perfect place. It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable.

The unit was nicely decorated. The location was great. Unfortunately, the sliding glass door in the main bedroom would not open and the refrigerator had problems with the freezer. It would work intermittently. We made several phone calls to a very nice woman (Julie) who would send a repairman. The first guy was very nice and recommended a new refrigerator be sent out the following day. Follow-up phone calls were made when no one came out and they sent a very rude repairman man out who insisted there was nothing wrong. Each subsequent phone call we received the same repairman with the same result. Items in the freezer would freeze and then melt. It never got resolved. This condo was perfect. It was so clean and decorated beautifully. The owners were very responsive and so very kind. The location was easy to access and surrounded by lots of restaurants within walking distance. We will stay there again in the future.

We had a great time at San Carlos! The condo was perfect and clean. The elevators are fast and plenty of parking. The kids could walk to so many things, including the Hangout.

10/10 property. San Carlos #908 was a very clean, quiet, and well-appointed, comfortable condo. Property and grounds were clean and well-kept. On-site office on third floor was a big help for me. The beach and pool were clean and safe. Located in a convenient, walkable area. I recommend this unit and I would stay there again.

The condo was much nicer than the pictures, well appointed and all the TVs were excellent. The balcony furniture was first class. The unit is on the corner and provides a great view. Everything is close and within walking distance. We never drove anywhere.

The condo was extremely clean and well kept. I’ve always stayed in Orange Beach when I visit Alabama but I will definitely try to stay with Blue Sage at San Carlos again. We had to cut our stay a day early due to back issues and he was very understanding.
