Fabulous mountain location and views. Quiet. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient, comfortable, pretty apartment. Clean room. Easy reservation process.

The place is clean, but the bedding smells weird and the air conditioner did not work properly so it was hot.

Great location for ski-in ski-out. The restaurant, pool and hot tub, front desk, and driving services were excellent. The unit was small, but that was expected given the description in the listing. The only negative we experienced was the sleeper sofa. It was broken, would collapse into the couch when being used, and would not fold back into the couch during the day. The staff indicated replacement was needed, but that obviously wouldn't happen while we were there. Overall, the property (Timberline) was great, but the specific unit needed a little improvement.
