Das Hotel ist perfekt geeignet, wenn man Entspannung sucht, denn der Spabereich ist richtig gut. Man hat mehrere Saunen und Pools. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Bei der Auswahl wird jeder fündig. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und sauber. Man kann auf Wunsch auch spezielle Kopfkissen bekommen, so dass jeder gut schlafen können sollte. Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen.

I am well traveled having been to over 25 countries and countless hotels & Spas. Vinifera is without a doubt one of the best “Boutique” Spa hotels I have been to. Facilities are fully updated. Construction of hotel appointments are top notch. There must be at least 12 pools and hot tubs, great spa, and every kind of therapeutic room you can think of from sauna, to steam, to snow and ice. Restaurant is fantastic. The hotel is a short walk to lake Balaton with beautiful grounds and views. Highly recommend!

The spa facilities were outstanding at the hotel and the pictures do not do it justice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms extremely comfortable and spacious and the food was delightful. An extremely relaxing week!

Der Gesamteaufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Positiv: tolle Pools, super Saunawelt, schönes modernes Zimmer, leckeres Essen, bemühter Service, gratis Spa-Nutzung am Abreisetag, Gratis Parkplatz am Hotelgelände Verbessungsvorschläge: Poolbereich etwas besser beheizen (war manchmal ein bisschen frisch dort), Preise für Massagen überdenken (100€ für 50 Minuten - für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen zu teuer), im Umkleidebereich unten Duschgel/Shampoo zur Verfügung stellen (wenn man am Abreisetag den Spa nutzt und vor der Abreise noch duschen möchte) Wir möchten das Vinifera Wine & Spa allen empfehlen die eine schöne Auszeit von der Hektik des Alltages am Balaton suchen.

Bei 27-31Grad schafft die Klimaanlage kaum Kühlung. Das Badezimmer ist eine komplette Fehlplanung. Eine Glühbirne NEBEN dem Spiegel, ein riesiges Waschbecken mit einem Wasserhahn und kaum Ablageflächen. Es gibt Pools, aber nicht zum Schwimmen. Spa und Sauna sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist hervorragend.Wenn man Abends nur eine Kleinigkeit essen möchte, ist das nicht möglich. Man muss ein Hybridabendessen, ca 45,-€ buchen. So sind wir wieder runter auf die Promenade, wo viele gute Restaurants sind. Wir mussten vor 7.00 Uhr abreisen. Man gab uns ein „Frühstückspaket“ im ca. Wert von 5,-€ mit. Das Hotel ist weit von einem 5-Sterne Hotel weg. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.

Bei unserer Ankunft befanden sich sehr viele Familien mit Kinder im Hotel, was sich am Lärmpegel beim Frühstück sowie im Wellnessbereich bemerkbar machte. Es gibt einige Pools im Hotel, die aber nicht zum Schwimmen sondern eher fürs Plantschen geeignet sind. Ansonsten ist der Wellnessbereich groß gestaltet. Absolut positiv ist das Frühstück hervorzuheben. Absolut für jeden was dabei. Was gar nicht geht ist, dass im Hotel kein Deutscher Fernsehsender angeboten wird. Es werden zwar zwei Sender ausgewiesen, die aber trotzdem nur auf ungarisch ausgestrahlt werden. Auch nach Reklamation an der Rezeption konnte hier keine Abhilfe geschafft werden. Am Zimmerservice was die Reinigung des Zimmers betrifft, sollte noch nachgebessert werden.

There may have been a shortage of cleaning staff but our room was not cleaned at all one day, despite us telling reception a couple of times that housekeeping had never been in. No explanation, there was a verbal apology but that was it. Not what you expect at a 5• hotel! Generally seemed more like 4• than 5• in terms of level of service.

La qualité des infrastructures et du design mérite plus que 5 étoiles. Les piscines intérieures et la zone sauna nous ont vraiment convaincu. Il y a beaucoup d’espace. Le fitness et la salle de jeux sont très bien également. Quelques petits détails peuvent être améliorés sur le service (rapidité) et la propreté mais dans l’ensemble l’expérience a été proche de l’excellence.

La qualité des infrastructures et du design mérite plus que 5 étoiles. Les piscines intérieures et la zone sauna nous ont vraiment convaincu. Il y a beaucoup d’espace. Le fitness et la salle de jeux sont très bien également. Quelques petits détails peuvent être améliorés sur le service (rapidité) et la propreté mais dans l’ensemble l’expérience a été proche de l’excellence.

The spa facilities were outstanding at the hotel and the pictures do not do it justice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms extremely comfortable and spacious and the food was delightful. An extremely relaxing week!

There may have been a shortage of cleaning staff but our room was not cleaned at all one day, despite us telling reception a couple of times that housekeeping had never been in. No explanation, there was a verbal apology but that was it. Not what you expect at a 5• hotel! Generally seemed more like 4• than 5• in terms of level of service.

I am well traveled having been to over 25 countries and countless hotels & Spas. Vinifera is without a doubt one of the best “Boutique” Spa hotels I have been to. Facilities are fully updated. Construction of hotel appointments are top notch. There must be at least 12 pools and hot tubs, great spa, and every kind of therapeutic room you can think of from sauna, to steam, to snow and ice. Restaurant is fantastic. The hotel is a short walk to lake Balaton with beautiful grounds and views. Highly recommend!

Das Hotel ist perfekt geeignet, wenn man Entspannung sucht, denn der Spabereich ist richtig gut. Man hat mehrere Saunen und Pools. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Bei der Auswahl wird jeder fündig. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und sauber. Man kann auf Wunsch auch spezielle Kopfkissen bekommen, so dass jeder gut schlafen können sollte. Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen.

Hotel Vinifera Wine & Spa is truly exceptional. The service and facilities were fantastic, making for a memorable stay. Great staff, I wish the bellhops were told to keep an eye on guests with their huge luggage who arrive in pouring rain. But they didn't. Which caused a little upset mood. They're just inside, not even looking toward the outside. At least in pouring rain they should do that tell me if I'm wrong? Otherwise everything was great thank you this was our second time and we'll be back, but please try to make Bellhops have a wider outlook on the whole flow of the business.

Allting var top! Där var lite hicka med beställningar runt poolen, det kom mat som vi inte hade beställt, men det löste sig. Däremot allt vi beställde hamnade rätt och där var inga fel på kvittot. Så lyxigt att de kom med mat och dryck till oss, behövde inte ens kliva ur poolen. Frukosten serverat eggrätter, Eggs Benedict kan jag inte rekommendera, ägget var helt rått och Hollandaise såsen smakade grädde, på frågan så svarade dom att där är grädde I, vilket kan ställa till det för en som är laktosintolerant. Överlag var de anställda väldigt trevliga och service minded. Väldigt rent och poolen var sval och skön i en typiskt 38 grading sommar dag I Ungern. Hotellet var husdjusvänligt, vi reser med en katt, dock hade de bara hundbädd, hundgodis och en hundskål, men ändå gulligt av dom.
