Beds were comfy , close to Maple Grove Hot springs , kind of a bummer the hot springs on site did not open till 11am. No food located at the hotel.

Fun property. Needs clarification online about if the pool cost more if you rent a hotel room. They havent charged me either time Ive been but act like they are going to start charging or something. The staff and online need clarification about swim prices with a hotel.

Most the staff was young and very helpful. But the lobby and property did seem like a young hangout and all their buddies showed up. Unfortunately our sink leaked, I told them they got on it, unfortunately it still continued to leak. No hot water for our shower in our room, manager said to run the water 10-20 mins. Still didn’t have hot water in the hotel until late the second day. Toilet had issue flushing kept having to take the back off. It said to leave trash outside door. I ended up throwing my trash away in a larger trash can because it wasn’t picked up and I had to use a grocery bag to replace my garage with. Hot springs opened at 11am. No extra accommodations for their hotel guess. Friday and Saturday so busy with the public. Talked with multiple hotel guest they were surprised it didn’t have extra accommodation for them as well definitely not enjoyable. Would have been nice if hotel guess had the option to access the hot-springs earlier than public. Definitely will never go back or recommend unless it’s a stop thru.

It was a lot of fun for me and my two small children. The water park was awesome and the room was comfortable. Front desk service was very kind and helpful. And we got our room and water park passes for an amazing price. We will definitely return if we are ever back in the area.

We went during Thanksgiving and the pool was nice. The staffs are friendly and attentive. The bathrooms need to be cleaned and an update. We got the Cabin and there were no bathrooms. The common bathroom are just half bath. You can only access the shower room once the pool opens.

We packed the family up for two days swimming at the hot springs. Unfortunately the hot springs closed at 7pm the day we arrived and didn't open until well after our check out time the second day. Due to unforseen issues, we didn't arrive until 6:45pm. A disappointing trip. We got less than twenty minutes of swimming our entire stay. We are from Logan so the hotel room became unnecessary. The room was nice. The room we originally booked was not cleaned, so we moved rooms upstairs. The room was sweltering hot at 86 degrees when we arrived (it was 20 degrees outside in Jan). The shower was enjoyable, but did have quite a bit of hair from the last guests. I did not find the pillows or bed comfortable. I did not sleep well. Overall, bad planning on our part. The room was nice, but we were looking forward to lots of swimming and time with family in the hot springs. Instead we were stuck in the hotel room due to the springs not being open during our stay.

Upon arrival we were told that the swimming pool and slide had closed at Labor Day. We were not told this ahead of time, and my grandkids were looking forward to using them. No discount was offered. I had booked this 3 months in advance so they had plenty of time to inform me.

The young man who did my check in was less than polite. I had requested a ground floor room but was on the upper level instead. He did not offer to see if there was something available on the ground floor. The hotel does not have an elevator and I have breathing issues. I had to navigate 20 outdoor steps to reach the second floor and my room. As for the room, it was neat and clean. The floors were clean, the beds nicely made. The fridge and microwave both worked fine. The shower was quite large and worked very well. There is a sign in the bathroom about hot water stating it takes time to heat the shower water so it has to be turned on to let run for at least 10 minutes. The warning was nice so I didn't step into a cold shower. The beds were another story. Both beds were much too soft! I like a very firm mattress, rather than one I can sink into.

Very clean and a good value. The staff was amazing. I only wished the snow removal was better, it was difficult to walk and drive on the property. Our condo was very cold when we arrived and it took hours to warm up. Overall a fun stay. We plan to return.

We had a great time for Valentine’s Day. The hot tub was full of a bunch of loud obnoxious teenagers, but still had a great time relaxing. Bed sucked, but the jetted tub was great. Check-in was easy, and hassle free. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, would recommend this place as a weekend getaway.

We stayed in one of the adorable tiny cabins, and we must not have read carefully because we were surprised to find that there was no bathroom inside our little cabin. It was not a huge deal, though. We just used the facilities that were across the parking lot. They were fairly clean and overall felt pretty safe. The room was very hot initially, but the window air conditioner cooled it down pretty quickly. Really the only issues we had during the night werw the very intermittent Wi-Fi and the absolute lack of any cell service. This place is definitely off the beaten track, and it was actually nice to unplug for a night. One other possibly significant issue: the TV's reception was terrible, so accessing Netflix was difficult.The next day, we had a blast in the pools and on the water slide. The staff was super helpful, and we really appreciated the $15 food credit. Don't miss the soft serve ice cream 🙂 Overall, it was not a bad experience, especially for the price. We would do it again!

I would go back.... we loved that the rooms are large and clean. I could not get my grandchildren out of the walk in shower with the rain shower head. Nice large pillows, which most hotels do not have along with a comfortable bed. We loved the atmosphere and hours of the pool and hot springs.

The cabin was a nice step above tent camping with a bed, a big, modern flat screen TV, Keurig coffee machine with good dark roast and other coffee pods, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner, and heater. The bed was like sleeping on an air mattress, soft and squishy. Bathroom was conveniently located in a separate building and the shower was in the pool, hot springs area. Friendly place, and a nice area to walk around enjoying the ID air.

Family trip to hot springs. We were able to play in the hot springs upon check in, after dinner and again the next morning. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The improvements to the facility is well done. We will be back. So relaxing to enjoy the pools and stay on property.

The fridge and microwave both worked fine. The shower was quite large and worked very well. There is a sign in the bathroom about hot water stating it takes time to heat the shower water so it has to be turned on to let run for at least 10 minutes. The warning was nice so I didn't step into a cold shower. The beds were another story. Both beds were much too soft! I like a very firm mattress, rather than one I can sink into.

Check in was quick, responses to needs we're efficient, enough towels for the pools and shower. The lifeguards were not friendly at all but we still had a blast at the hot springs and water slides.

TV didn’t work, except for Netflix. Front desk person came in to try. Said they’d go ask other staff and be back. Never heard a thing. Little fridge was dirty. Obviously not checked from last customer.

Reserving through Hotels.com i did not know the the hot pools are closed on Sunday. The staff were kindly and let me soak anyway. Small electric heater did not warm the cabin. The manager, with a sweet disposition came with larger heater that took care of it. I like the folks there. Awesome mountain country, beautiful place to be.

We stayed in one of the adorable tiny cabins, and we must not have read carefully because we were surprised to find that there was no bathroom inside our little cabin. It was not a huge deal, though. We just used the facilities that were across the parking lot. They were fairly clean and overall felt pretty safe. The room was very hot initially, but the window air conditioner cooled it down pretty quickly. Really the only issues we had during the night werw the very intermittent Wi-Fi and the absolute lack of any cell service. This place is definitely off the beaten track, and it was actually nice to unplug for a night. One other possibly significant issue: the TV's reception was terrible, so accessing Netflix was difficult.The next day, we had a blast in the pools and on the water slide. The staff was super helpful, and we really appreciated the $15 food credit. Don't miss the soft serve ice cream 🙂 Overall, it was not a bad experience, especially for the price. We would do it again!

We enjoyed sitting in the hot side of the hot springs, would of liked the other pool to be a little warmer. Having more options for food and drinks The deposit was more than the room, yikes. I was taken back on that, for that price they could do a little upkeeping. The night we stayed there was a couple arguing very loudly I was ready to call the police but someone opened there door and they quieted up. After those things it's a nice little place to get away to. Everyone we talked to were so nice the young ladies so polite and helpful.

Hotel was very basic, but had everything we needed. Room was very clean, free water bottles, coffee/hot chocolate maker, and oatmeal cups, in the room. Lots of clean pool towels and bath towels in the room. Teenage boys loved the water slide (rode it over 100 times in two days) and the diving board. Hot springs pools felt amazing and the was no strong sulfur smell, which was nice. Overall, very nice relaxing stay. Pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. If you are in the area it's a great affordable option for a night or two.
