I choose to stay here because it had a in door pool. Unfortunately it was broke the whole time i was there. Also my door to my room at first was super hard to open. Then it would not lock. Told the lady at the front desk. She acted like i was bothering her to fix it. Probably won't stay there again. Life is too short to pay to be treated poorly

We booked this property for a fastpitch tournament, we were never told the pool was not available or open. They did not post it or disclose it anywhere on their website or even when we arrived. The girls were bummed that they couldnt swim on our off time. We would have definitely booked a different hotel if we knew. There are other choices nearby that are nicer with better amenities in the area.

Easy parking. Well lit. Very safe and clean. Charging for Tesla's. Close to shopping and stores. Easy navigating back to I-5. The breakfast was very tasty and great choices for everyone. The check in and check out was excellent. This was a very comfortable stay and wonderful experience. I like that there were a lot of USB and charging outlets.

The hotel and room was clean and odor free. The bathroom was clean and finished better than most hotels. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a large variety. It’s the best we’ve seen since before covid and the breakfast staff was helpful and friendly. I’ll stay with this hotel chain in the future.

Brand new hotel so very clean and comfortable. Lighting in room is a little dim in part of the room. All the lamps are on same side. Chaise is comfortable. Plenty of outlets. Continental breakfast walls are somewhat thin since I could hear next door’s TV at 1:00 am.

It was the loudest hotel i have stayed at, ever. Doors slamming all night long, with being able to hear conversations in the hallways clearly. The smoke detector was like a strobe light in my eye while trying to sleep. The Bed was not Firm as requested.

The hotel looked lovely, had nice staff and was clean but the hotel rooms were not sound-proofed at all; when I can hear my neighbor’s tv, I know it’s only going to go downhill. We left at 6:30 pm after our 3:00 pm check-in. A sad waste of $180.

Door slams are very bad, very noisy. They have the wrong door springs. Other hotels also close, but quietly. Heating/cooling system didn't work well. Could not get good temperature control. No openable windows. Noise above the room was very bad also, lots of walking sounds.

This is a lovely property, well maintained, and the staff is welcoming and competent. Room was spotless and the beds are very comfortable. 10/10 We will look for more La Quinta properties for future stays.

The room was very clean and inviting. Staff was excellent! Appreciate the lotion & soap dispensers in the bathroom. Would be nice to have an option to have the fan run continuously on the Air Conditioner. The loud and random on/off starts and stops is very disruptive when trying to sleep. With no windows that could be opened, it was the only way to cool the room. We either suffered in a quiet but sweltering environment or put up with jarring HVAC cycling all night long. Lastly, find a smoke detector with a more discrete status light. By pulsing a bright flash in our eyes all night long, it was competing with the air conditioning system to keep us up all night.

Overall, our stay was fine. It's a lovely space - bright and cheery. Having needed the pullout bed, it was unfortunate to find it broken and therefore unusable. Thankfully, I'm littler and was able to sleep on the sofa, but woke up with a stiff neck. Having learned that another traveler had already shared about a broken pullout bed, it's unfortunate that it hadn't been fixed, and/or the hotel hadn't proactively offered a discount since there were no further rooms to switch us to. After my husband inquired, they said they would deduct an certain amount, but I have yet to receive a receipt of our stay.

The pool was closed due to another guest’s disrespect but the staff were so apologetic & kept us updated. We had to leave early in the morning one of our days so they packed us a sweet breakfast before it opened. Also, employees that you recognize from your stay last year, is key for our children’s comfort.

Lady that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. Very impressed with her customer service. We got in at 10 pm and were very tired. She welcomed us in and got us checked in very efficiently. You are very fortunate to have an employee like her working for her.

The desk clerk was amazing at check in. She allowed us to check in early (around 11am) and provided a list of close dining options. She recommended which places she enjoys eating herself and was EXTREMELY friendly. I appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness. The property was well taken care of and updated. The breakfast was filling and good. The room was spotless and comfortable. My daughter and i slept well and ate well before we hit the road. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to others. The only slight disappointment to my adult daughter was that though it has an awesome pool, there is no hot tub on site that she wanted to soak in after the long day of traveling. But, that is definitely not a deal-breaker for us/me.

Very nice hotel. The TV in my room did not work. They immediately moved me to another room and even offered to upgrade me to a suite for the inconvenience. The staff was awesome. I will stay here again when traveling.

This is our second time staying here and it was just as exceptional as the first time! We were greeted upon entering and leaving. Food was good and plenty to choose from. Front desk and manager were very nice as we were staying for a softball tournament and had to be up and out the door before breakfast opened. So they asked the names of the players/team and packed to-go breakfast items for them!! We picked them up in the dining are about 5am! Definitely don’t mind paying a little more here than surroundings hotels for continued services like this!

The hotel was a nice place to stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. Check-in was very easy and fast, and the breakfast was better than average. I removed one star for location. The hotel is difficult to get to from I-5. If you're coming from the north it will help greatly to use a map aid that gives directions.

This is a great, newly constructed hotel that is head and shoulders above the other options in the area. It is 5 minutes from the NW Sports Hub and the outlets. Safe, clean and convenient. We highly recommend.

Easy parking. Well lit. Very safe and clean. Charging for Tesla's. Close to shopping and stores. Easy navigating back to I-5. The breakfast was very tasty and great choices for everyone. The check in and check out was excellent. This was a very comfortable stay and wonderful experience. I like that there were a lot of USB and charging outlets.

Amazing breakfast options for a hotel. They even had a machine that makes cappuccinos and lattes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit weird to get into.

Wonderful hotel. We always like a La Quinta Inn and suites, they are usually clean, comfortable and have all the amenities you are looking for when you travel and this location was no different. Their complimentary breakfast bar was pretty great as well, plenty of options and a great coffee selection inside the buffet area. They have nice large carafes in the dining area, but don’t think that’s your only option. Go on in to the buffet area and you will find an automatic coffee maker that can brew you up an espresso, mocha, latte — you decide. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean and the place was quiet.

For the price of 170, the only thing that was nice is the outer facade since its only 2 yrs old. The room was clean, but the ambience was ruined by bright, white, lab lights that should not be in a bed room. For the price, the breakfast was very mediocre. Mostly it was warmed up precooked Warehouse store instant food items. I was very disappointed. I would not comeback to this place. The score of 10 cannot be real!

Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space to lay your luggage or work materials. Breakfast was the best I had on my 7 day trip with country fried potatoes, cheesy egg omelet, fruit, sausages, biscuits and gravy other great options. Lobby is expansive and comfortable with inviting bowls of fruit.

Quick stop but worth it. We enjoyed the staff. The room was roomy and comfortable. The free breakfast had everything you could want. We will continue to use this as a stop on our travels.

Wir hatten extra ein größeres Zimmer gebucht und bekamen dann eines im Ersten Stock - OHNE Aussicht - mit Blick auf das Vordach - nach zweimaliger Reklamation hat man uns dann aber bereitwillig ein Familienzimmer im obersten Stockwerk Wie nutzten das Hotel für Ausflüge - Dafür war es in Ordnung - die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und ordentlich - das Hotel ist generell sehr hellhörig

Great place. We stayed there for a few nights, as a base while we did some day trips to explore the area. Great facilities -- breakfast, fitness room, rooms, etc. Staff were excellent, particularly at check-in.

We've stayed here several times and it seems we always end up on the wrong end of the hotel. The wrong end being the end closest to the freeway. If I were to go back, I'd recommend getting a room that starts with numbers higher than x34. Anything under that and you are listening to road racing all night long.
