Beach View - Chic View Penthouse 3BR condo - LV603

Clean, well stocked, great place to stay!!

I would have given this property 5 stars if not for one MAJOR problem. On our first full day in the unit, we came back from the pool around 4:00 pm and had no running water at all. We were told that this would be temporary and that there was not enough water pressure at certain times of the day to get the water up to the 6th floor. The 6th floor was the only floor without water. We had dinner reservations and all wanted to shower. My wife and daughter ended up showering in their bathing suits at the outside showers in the pool area. The water eventually came back on around 6:30 pm with very low pressure. The following morning we had no water at all until after 1:00 pm. We could not brush our teeth, flush the toilet, make coffee, shower, etc. After much discussion with the Prestige agents, they were able to move us to a smaller unit on the 4th floor. Instead of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we were in a 2 bedroom unit with no rooftop patio. We were refunded the cost difference between the two units. This unit should not be on the market to be rented until the water issue is corrected. We were told a new water pump was being ordered. The owners put the Prestige team in a very difficult spot. Carlotta was wonderful and helped us move to the unit on the 4th floor. I should also mention Geraldine who was really helpful answering my questions before our visit and coordinating a rental car for us. Overall, LeVent is a great property in a great location.

Clean, great view, spacious bedrooms, nice terrace and rooftop, nice kitchen. It was also nice that they had beach gear for 6 people. Walkable to nice restaurants. We had a great time.

Checkin was a breeze as was checkout. The location is great. Very short walk to beach. The condo was very clean and the view was amazing. The top deck was amazing to watch the sunsets however some people may find the spiral stairs a bit treacherous. For those scared to go up and down the spiral stairs you can go to public elevator and get there! The only thing we found disappointing was that the grill pictured in the pictures was not there. There was not a grill on top deck although there was a public one by the pool. All in all it was a great stay and we would definitely go back. LeVent condos is a great condo and this particular unit is amazing for the views.

The property is a great location and the views are amazing. The only issues were the property needs a few maintenance issues addressed and also some better thorough cleaning. It didn't negatively impact the stay and truly was a great vacation!
