Concord Haven - Screened Porch Private Getaway

This home was absolutely amazing! The host was so kind, setting up a fantastic coffee bar with tea, hot cocoa and the creamer! The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which saved me from having to pack those items with us. Plus, the labels everywhere made my OCD brain so ecstatic. The place was super cozy and welcoming, like we were right at home. We have older kids so we didn’t use the kid stuff but loved the kid bookshelf for littles, the toys and books were such a classic touch! The screened back porch was perfect for those chilly mornings with a hot cup of coffee!You can tell this couple really put thought into this home that this isn’t just something for them to make money on but an actual home away from home for families and friends! Also, the communication and check in was great! They were so caring in every aspect.

This was our 2nd time renting the home, and we had a great stay once again. House is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Great communication with the hosts, who were very accommodating when we arrived into town early allowing early check in.

Overall just a wonderful place to stay. Our two young kids loved the big back yard. We loved the back porch. It was clean and stocked with more than we expected. Communication with the hosts was great. We plan on coming back to the area next year and we would absolutely rent this place again.

As advertised. On a very quiet street close to all Charlotte activities. Closed-in porch was a wonderful place for morning coffee and conversation. Would definitely recommend this property!

We were in town for our sons wedding. This was a perfect place to stay. The home is immaculate and so warm and inviting. The owner have thought of everything to make your stay fantastic.
