Finest Retreats - The Sea Cottage

The peace and quiet, the sea view, the comfort, and the facilities.

Fantastic peaceful bungalow on the shore of the Moray Firth. Walkable to village of Avoch where there is a convenience store, nice cafe, Indian take away and Chinese takeaway (no pub though). The home was clean and has some fantastic views. We would stay there again. There is a hidden gem of a farm shop a few miles up the road, black isle berries is a definite place to check out for local produce.

A small but lovely cottage right on the Moray Firth coastline with a view of Chanonry Point. Very nice neighborhood. The cottage is advertised for 4 people. There are two bedrooms with double beds, but no room for four people to eat. The dining table is foldable and mobile. It has to be rolled into the living room for use. However, when unfolded, it only seats two. In the living room, there are only small side tables, which make eating difficult. I would say this is more of a cottage for two people. We would come again, but only as a couple.

Ideal situation with excellent views

Great views of the Moray Firth. A good base for exploring the Black Isle. Daa Cottage is quietly located and comfortably furnished. We did not book for long enough!
