Nous avons réservé en mars pour un séjour en septembre, et pendant toute cette période, aucune information ne nous a été communiquée concernant l'accès à l'établissement, qui compte trois chambres. Sur place, l'accès s'est révélé particulièrement complexe : (il a fallu téléphoner au propriétaire afin d'avoir les codes et le N° de chambre) → Un digicode est nécessaire pour ouvrir le portillon extérieur donnant accès à la propriété. → Une fois à l'intérieur, une boîte à clé sécurisée par un code permet d'ouvrir la porte d'entrée principale. → Il faut ensuite utiliser une seconde boîte à clé, plus simple, pour récupérer la clé donnant accès à la chambre elle-même. → Enfin, et c'est sans doute le point le plus contraignant : aucune clé n'est fournie pour ressortir par le portillon. Il est donc impossible de sortir directement par cet accès. Nous sommes obligés de passer par le portail principal du terrain pour atteindre le digicode extérieur, sortir par là, puis revenir sur nos pas pour refermer correctement le portail derrière nous.

The room was very quiet and conveniently located close to the airport, which was a big plus. It also had a nice view of the mountains. The room was clean, which we appreciated. However, the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. The owner sent several videos and detailed instructions instead of offering a simple check-in experience. The room also did not match what we had booked—it looked much larger, brighter, and more modern in the photos. In addition, our bathroom was located outside the room, which was disappointing. The strange thing was that the neighboring room was unoccupied, so it's unclear why we weren't given a room with an en-suite bathroom. The entire property was also extremely warm and uncomfortable. Breakfast was by far the biggest disappointment. It consisted mostly of processed foods, including packaged jams, crispbread, and a croissant that did not taste fresh or authentic. This made us pay a lot extra to get breakfast at the airport. Overall, the stay felt significantly overpriced for what was offered.

Très propre, bien décoré, un peu loin de tout mais tranquille, toujours le même problème l accueil par whattsapp, sans contact direct, toujours aussi désagréable. Petit déjeuner correct rien de plus. Pas trop de contact avec le loueur non plus à cette occasion, dommage. Decor bien, contact humain.. sans plus.

Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla struttura, bellissima, Veramente da consigliare, la mattina ce enza che accoglie la gente per la colazione ed eh gendilissima. Fatto molto bene anche come organisatione e andato tutto bene dall chack in al chack out. Saluti dalla Germania
