Checked into the wrong apartment , They use the same amenities list for all booking, I had to ask before I was checked into correct room which took a further 4 days BUGS (cockroaches and all sorts) when finally checked in, HAD TO GET MY GET MY ROOM FUMIGATED WHICH WASNT THE SMOOTHEST PROCESS. THE HOST INITALLY OFFERED ME A BUG SPRAY “TO SORT IT OUT” after sending numerous pictures and videos of the bugs they finally decided to fumigate the room. WiFi and HOT water went off every two days. TRANSFER SERVICE NEARLY MADE ME MISS MY FLIGHT BY SHOWING UP LATE.

The room was tired, well used and far from “luxury“ for us it was ok as it was a stop for a few hours and jumping on an early flight. I booked this as they said there was an airport shuttle, when messaging them on the day of arrival where to meet they said there is no airport shuttle unless we booked 24hrs in advance - tip for Lennox - put this in the listing!!! When I questioned this, the reply was not supportive or that polite “kind of like it lump it”
