Special check-in instructions There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests are recommended to download the property's zalo, viber, whatsapp mobile app before check-in.
