First time guests of this hotel, would highly recommend. Lovely bar, lobby, staff, room, breakfast, ideal location and the spa is a must it was a perfect touch before check out. Will definitely be return guests.

Hotel great extremely comfortable and central for city nightlife. However used this hotel for Spa purposes, was misinformed on day 1 at reception which meant we couldn’t use the facilities on day 2 and receptions attitude towards the situation was ‘couldnt care less’ unfortunately. Ruined the weekend for us.

Nice clean hotel with good breakfast and dining options in a very convenient location. It’s about a ten minute walk to Buchanan Bus Station if you’re taking a tour. Staff is friendly and helpful! Just note you will have to carry your luggage up some steps coming into the hotel and getting to the lift.

The hotel promotes the SPA but it closes early at 9pm and then the morning after was off so I couldn't use it.. no point to promote if it can’t be used

Room was freezing and air con blowing cold air that wouldn't go off. After speaking to reception and being advised one she was the only one there and two maintaince not due in until the morning. She did try to reset but after 3 hours (2 in the morning) we were offered another room which was just as cold. No sleep and not even an apology. Also wellness suite, not sure why you have to book because still not enough beds for the amount of people there and on the two occasions we went there was not a drop of water in the tank. Very disappointing birthday stay

What an excellent find in the centre of Glasgow, everything we wanted and more. Staff were incredibly friendly, bar area was great with a lovely atmosphere, good range of drinks as well as offering good people watching opportunities. Spa was and added bonus. Bedroom was spotless with everything we needed, the bonus of the bath in our Wellness Room was a treat. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for my Fiancée 30th birthday. The packages they offer are incredible, the Spa was excellent. The staff is the reason we'd stay again, everyone was so polite and helpful. Overall it was a great experience

Fantastic hotel right in the centre of Glasgow. Staff are super-friendly and helpful. There is a spa that you can book which is amazing. I cannot recommend The Address highly enough.

A great location near the station and centre of town. The most comfortable bed and bedding possible, good temperature, blackout curtains, great night's sleep. Everything clean and good facilities in room. Helpful team members always available. I did not use the other amenities so can't comment.

Writing this at 0641 while a building alarm wails outside my window. Fortunately, it’s almost a respite from the crashing sounds of bottles being dumped in bins which goes on all night. When I mentioned the noise my first night here I was told it’s simply the cost of being in a city. As someone who has probably stayed in 30-40 urban hotels in the past two years, I can assure you this noise is not normal and I don’t consider myself a light sleeper. The Address markets itself as a cozy “haven” & boutique experience but everything here is cheap, lacking in amenities and overall extremely disappointing. There are no robes, no hair conditioner, fussy hot water (I was told to try running the faucet at the same time?) and limited tv channels that freeze constantly, presumably due to slow internet. However the most shocking part is the low standard of housekeeping. Currently the “lotion” bottle in my washroom is filled with soap. The complimentary water was only replaced the second day after I made a request and never again. Yesterday my room wasn’t made up at all. I was inside most of the day but I’ve never had cleaners not knock and check if I needed anything so on top of not being able to sleep (Update: 0648 and the alarm continues. In a fun twist, a loud pounding has also started up!) I have no toilet paper. Do not bother with this hotel. You would be better off at the CitizenM, at least their windows have soundproofing.

Positives; The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and of a good size. Recently refurbished, with a nice vibe. I didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked nice and the menu looked good. Negatives: The Expedia listing mentioned that I could expect a complimentary room upgrade and free spa treatment due to my Gold status- didn't get either of these. There was no mention at checkin of any hotel ammenities, i had to phone and ask for the wifi password. The view from the room was quite depressing - an internal courtyard. The bed wasn't the most comfortable - mattress was too hard, but that's just personal preference I guess. The double bed was also one of those two singles linked together, which was had an uncomfortable ridge right down the middle. The bed also had no mattress protector, which is not great from a cleanliness perspective. I found a large black hair when I pulled back the sheets to inspect the mattress. The final point is probably the worst part, when getting ready to sleep, I pulled back the covers only to find a strange round nylon object between the sheets. I have no idea what it was. Not great to find something from the previous guest in the bed. Makes me wonder if the bedding was fresh (although to be fair the bedding did feel and smell clean). I mentioned these things at checkout and the girl was very apologetic, maybe I was just unlucky, but the issues did spoil an otherwise pleasant stay. 5/10

On the upside it’s an almost welcome reprieve from the constant crashing sounds of bottles being dumped in bins which goes all night. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was told this is simply the price of being downtown. As someone who frequently travels between cities, I assure you the issue is the cheap, thin windows. Cut corners, lack of attention to detail & low standards are the overall impression I’m left with after my 4 night stay here. Photos create the expectation of a cozy, boutique experience but everything is cheap and bare bones, no robes, no hair conditioner, limited tv channels that freeze often presumably due to slow internet and fussy hot water (it was suggested I run the faucet to help?) Hotel has a very dark theme. Housekeeping fail to replenish tea tray, kept having to ask for tea bags at reception. Shower gel empty on arrival and remained that way for 3 days. Very noisy maintenance work in room above starting at 8am is not acceptable in any hotel. Far superior hotels for similar costs in the area .... Would I stay again...... Very unlikely.

It’s a thing with Expedia. They must have pre purchased the cheapest rooms. Shower was just a dribble, honestly the worst I have had. The room was in the 6th floor with zero view And a high window. Nothing said about the so called spa they have. Staff were nice

Absolutely freezing hotel room, had to sleep in a jumper. They visited to try and fix but it didn’t appear as if they had any alternative rooms if the heating didn’t kick in. At -1 the heating in the room should be on even when the guest isn’t in the room. TV also keep switching itself off. Hotel looks lovely and staff were nice but ultimately I did not have enjoyable stay/nights sleep.

The front desk staff were very friendly during check in and check out. The room was pretty and immaculate. The chocolates were a lovely touch. Negatives were that the room was so so so cold. Like the Aircon was up full when we arrived. I turned it off and it was still freezing and then I put it onto warm and it took ages to heat up. Considering we live in Glasgow it was really noticeable how cold the room was. The breakfast was a average. Had a lovely night and the room was gorgeous. Just so cold, immediately had to try and heat up in the bed.

We recently stayed at The Address, and while there were some positives to our experience, there were also a few drawbacks. One highlight was that our room was ready early, and we were allowed to check in straight away at no extra cost. This was a huge bonus and made for a very convenient start to our stay. The room itself was clean, well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable. However, the location of our room was less than ideal, as it was directly next to an air conditioning unit outside. The constant noise throughout the night made it difficult to get a good sleep. Breakfast the following morning was disappointing. The food was of poor quality, with limited and unappealing options. We recently stayed at The Address, and while there were some positives to our experience, there were also a few drawbacks. One highlight was that our room was ready early, and we were allowed to check in straight away at no extra cost. This was a huge bonus and made for a very convenient start to our stay. The room itself was clean, well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable. However, the location of our room was less than ideal, as it was directly next to an air conditioning unit outside. The constant noise throughout the night made it difficult to get a good sleep. Breakfast the following morning was disappointing. The food was of poor quality, with limited and unappealing options. It felt like an afterthought and didn’t meet our expectations. That said, the hotel’s location is excellent, which makes it a convenient choice for visiting the area. The hotel was comfortable enough apart from the en-suite bathroom which was the narrowest thing you’ve ever seen. Was a potential hazard I feel as could easily bang your head getting up from the toilet!

We experienced some confusion with parking upon arriving at the property, and some minor issues with our room. Amiee was very helpful and kind, offering us a free drinks voucher and room upgrade for the inconvenience with the original room. She took the time to understand us and even personally left “Happy Birthday”, chocolates and a note in our upgraded room. The Address was the last stop for us on a long tour of Scotland, before returning back home. It was a genuine pleasure to be looked after by such kind and understanding people.

The hotel is ideally located in Glasgow, an easy 5 minute walk from Central station. Staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful and courteous and gave us recommendations on transport, bars and eateries in the area. We paid an additional supplement to check in earlier which was ideal as we were going to an outdoor event later on that day. We were given a club room which was much appreciated . The room`s air conditioning was poor and we became very hot through the night , lighter duvets would have been welcome. Also we had no milk in the room , but this was swiftly delivered when we phoned reception. Room fairly small but clean and modern. Expensive 1 night stay due to the golf being on (we presumed) but overall a good stay and staff and location make this hotel.

The front desk staff were very friendly during check in and check out. The room was pretty and immaculate. The chocolates were a lovely touch. Negatives were that the room was so so so cold. Like the Aircon was up full when we arrived. I turned it off and it was still freezing and then I put it onto warm and it took ages to heat up. Considering we live in Glasgow it was really noticeable how cold the room was. The breakfast was a average. Had a lovely night and the room was gorgeous. Just so cold, immediately had to try and heat up in the bed.

Absolutely brilliant stay at the Address Hotel in Glasgow. Beautiful venue and the staff were delightful! Food in the evening and for breakfast was also top notch! Big shout out to Rhianna who looked after us for dinner. Superb service!

This hotel was very convenient for the train station as it’s only a 3 min walk away. The staff were very pleasant but the lighting in the room was not good. The breakfast was extremely poor there was no croissants, 20min wait for the haggis and a poor selection of bread. This is not what you expect when you pay nearly £200 for 1 night.

The location, cleanliness and the staff were all excellent. Only small issue with the room was the tv would constantly lose signal therefore you really need to have your own Netflix account. The breakfast was I am sorry to say mediocre at best, some improvement required. These issues are small and did not deter from a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again and a big thank you to a very friendly staff.

Hotel was quite comfortable. Don’t book an upgrade as they don’t give you what they advertise and it is not worth it compare to what you book as standard. Breakfast wasn’t worth £15 pp for a very limited buffet, plenty of better places to eat nearby.

Hotel was in a good location in Glasgow. Room was on the small side for the price. For whatever reason, we were put in a handicap accessible room which we neither requested nor needed. Very clean hotel with good staff. Typical feeble UK shower in a bathroom surrounded with grab bars!

Fab hotel in a great location just a 5 minute walk from Central or Queen Street train stations. The hotel is spotless, staff helpful and breakfast hearty. Highly recommend.

Sink was small and at my knees so water ended up all over the floor. Very little counter space, shelves or storage in the bathroom for toiletries, and no facecloths. Also very little natural light in the room. I asked for a luggage rack as there was no place in the room to place my luggage. After an hour they gave me a broken one.

The hotel was perfectly located in the entre of Glasgow a 4 minute walk from George Square and central station, unfortunately the parking affiliated to the hotel was not so close and when we were given key cards I had to go back to ask for them to provide the gymnasium access as this I was informed was not standard procedure despite the facilities being there for hotel guests. All in all the hotel was really good.
