Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse. Vi manglede en ekstra karklude og viskestykke. Der var kun 4 parkeringspladser til hele hotellet - men god vejledning om hvor man kunne parkerer mod betaling. Brandalarmen gik et sted på hotellet en aften, men der kom hurtigt en og fiksede det. Har kunne det være rart med en besked om hvad det handlede om?

This is a very stylish hotel and ideal for any travel influencer. (Each room comes with a Fuji Instax camera and one free roll of film.) The property is very close to the train station and in walking distance to Lübeck old town. Parking in front of the house is limited. The rooms get really hot during the summer months due to the lack of air conditioning. Communication with property manager via text message is a bit slow. The fact that the hotel has no reception makes it feel a bit impersonal.

Die gebuchte Unterkunft war super. Alles wie beschrieben. Es gibt zwar keine Rezeption, aber die braucht man auch nicht weil du alle Informationen bekommst und nicht alleine gelassen wirst. Es wird immer gefragt ob alles okay ist und du noch etwas brauchst. Es läuft hier halt alles Digital.Ich kann nur sagen das das auch für mich eine neue Erfahrung war. Sehr gute und Schöne Unterkunft gerne wieder. Der Einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Parken mit dem Auto. Es gibt nur 4 Stellplätze vor dem Hotel und die sind meistens belegt. Auch darauf zu kommen oder Zugeparkt zu werden ist nicht optimal. An sonsten alles top

We never saw any staffmembers. The doublebed turned out to be a queensize, and not big enough for my grown daughter and me :-( There were only 3 parkingplaces, and the cars parking there never mooved. don't advertice it as if there are parkingplaces to the hotel.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, neu eingerichtet und alles was man braucht war da! Die Lage war perfekt und ruhig. Leider ist die Parkpaltzsituation in Lübeck nicht so einfach. Wir sind voll auf zufrieden gewesen!

Vi boede i en 2 rums lejlighed med trappe til en stor terrasse hvilket var over vores forventning. Lejligheden er moderne indrettet i en god kvalitet. Gode senge med godt læselys og god lydisolering. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til centrum og meget tæt på banegård og busterminal. Det var let at finde billig parkering i nærheden. Ind- og ud-checkning via sms fungerede uden problemer. Vi har været meget tilfredse.

Massives Taubenproblem mit Lärm Tag und Nacht, selbst im November... Es wird offenkundig nichts dagegen unternommen. Da kann auch die an sich schöne und wertige Einrichtung und die gute Lage etwas ausrichten.

Really nice room with balcony, bathroom looked quite new, everything okay so far - but: the keyless entry system is a catastrophe! First it didn't work because we arrived an hour earlier than announced (better than expected traffic conditions). Had to call the service team, they arranged the access to the room. After we returned from dinner it didn't work again due to a system error. Trial and error, trial and error, trial and error ... and so on. Service hotline busy. Finally got instructions via WhatsApp how to pick up a key card from the safe in the lobby. That worked perfectly. Please Bob W. return to an old-fashioned key card system!

Ich kann das Hotel absolut empfehlen. Hochwertige Einrichtung. Cooles modernes Designer. Hervorragend Betten. Sehr sicher mit dem Zugang ins Hotel (da keine Rezeption vorhanden) und ins Zimmer. Voll ausgestattete Küche, mit allem was man so braucht. Wunderschönes Bad mit matt-goldenen Armaturen. Yoga Matte, WLAN, Fotokamera, Pinnwand. Ach, einfach HERVORRAGEND!!!!

Our stay was great! Easily located right next to old town and the train station. The manager was super nice and we had everything we needed for our stay access was a breeze. The property was very nicely decorated and the coffee was delicious.

A nice, clean and comfortable hotel excellently located just five minutes walk from the railway station and 10 minutes from the city centre. Be aware that you need a smartphone/access to your email and internet in order to open your room! The optional breakfast was at a nice vegetarian cafe in the old city centre, but they don't open until 10:00! If that's not your thing then there is a nice bakery just around the corner from the hotel which opens at 07:00 each morning.

The description on Hotels dot com says “reception open 24 hours” this is fake. This is a NO reception hotel. Doors at BOB W are opened from your phone and you are required to do online check-in before that works. Hotels dot com did not provide an online check-in link, and the phone number to “contact host” was invalid. And BOB W was inresponsive to requests via mail or via Hotels dot Com “contact host”. So we couldnt get in. Spent more than hour on that. I was i. A state of “we have been cheated” and was starting to look up alternatives. Extremely anoying situation. Why didnt BOB W send me the check-in link together with the welcome e-mail ? Standing in front of the hotel door was valid phone number and a friendly person helped. Once you have access it works ok, and the room itself was small but nicely renovated and clean.

So we couldnt get in. Spent more than hour on that. I was i. A state of “we have been cheated” and was starting to look up alternatives. Extremely anoying situation. Why didnt BOB W send me the check-in link together with the welcome e-mail ? Standing in front of the hotel door was valid phone number and a friendly person helped. Once you have access it works ok, and the room itself was small but nicely renovated and clean.

We never saw any staffmembers. The doublebed turned out to be a queensize, and not big enough for my grown daughter and me :-( There were only 3 parkingplaces, and the cars parking there never mooved. don't advertice it as if there are parkingplaces to the hotel.

I was a little worried since there were no reception and really no staff around, but my stay was nice and quiet without any disturbance or unsafe feeling.

Ich konnte die E-Mail mit dem Zugangscode zum Zimmer nicht finden auf dem Handy. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer auf dem Tresen hieß es: Der angerufene Teilnehmer möchte z. Zt. keine Gespräche entgegennehmen... Unschön. Dann wurde mir aber über WhatsApp (nur auf englisch möglich, für mich zum Glück kein Problem) relativ schnell geholfen. Leider bin ich von dem System, keine Rezeption zu haben, nach dieser Erfahrung nicht sehr angetan. Ansonsten bin ich sehr begeistert von diesem Hotel

Super clean. Excellent location within 3 mins walk of the main station. Holstentor just minutes away. Apartment had everything you'd need and was a generous size. We'd definitely return.

Massives Taubenproblem mit Lärm Tag und Nacht, selbst im November... Es wird offenkundig nichts dagegen unternommen. Da kann auch die an sich schöne und wertige Einrichtung und die gute Lage etwas ausrichten.

A nice, clean and comfortable hotel excellently located just five minutes walk from the railway station and 10 minutes from the city centre. Be aware that you need a smartphone/access to your email and internet in order to open your room! The optional breakfast was at a nice vegetarian cafe in the old city centre, but they don't open until 10:00! If that's not your thing then there is a nice bakery just around the corner from the hotel which opens at 07:00 each morning.

Nära Lübecker Altstadt med allt vad det innebär. Tur med parkeringen, fanns en ledig när vi kom. Trevligt hotell, rent snyggt och bekväma sängar.

Das Appartement liegt ideal für einen Besuch in Lübeck. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich das mit gebuchte Frühstück würde ich zukünftig auslassen. Man muss wissen, dass das Frühstück nicht im Hotel, sondern in Cafés in 15-20 Minuten Entfernung zu bekommen ist.

Vi boede i en 2 rums lejlighed med trappe til en stor terrasse hvilket var over vores forventning. Lejligheden er moderne indrettet i en god kvalitet. Gode senge med godt læselys og god lydisolering. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til centrum og meget tæt på banegård og busterminal. Det var let at finde billig parkering i nærheden. Ind- og ud-checkning via sms fungerede uden problemer. Vi har været meget tilfredse.

Our stay was great! Easily located right next to old town and the train station. The manager was super nice and we had everything we needed for our stay access was a breeze. The property was very nicely decorated and the coffee was delicious.

The room was spacious with a small terrace where you could take your breakfast (due to heavy rain we didnt use it). We upgraded to a bigger flat, but we could have been told that it was a floor down, that is cellarfloor - just for info. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower really nice and it was great that you could stream your own app at the TV. We will definetly stay at Bobs again! Oh, and the location i Lubeck was perfect!

Vi ankom sent på kvelden og hadde litt problemer med å finne ut av mailene fra Hotels.com, forvirrende med to forskjellige booking.nr, og å finne opplysninger med koder til å komme inn. Men da vi endelig kom oss inn på rommet, ble vi positivt overrasket.Stort og flott rom. Rent og lekkert interiør. Vi var også heldig å få parkeringsplass rett utenfor hotellet. Beliggenheten var perfekt, ca 8- 10 min å gå til gamlebyen. Vi traff en ansatt/resepsjonist på morgenen, veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Hotellet kan anbefales!
