Terms and conditions

Arrival – Departure:

To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance with their arrival time and check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
In the event that the guest, who has made the reservation by himself or through an agent or through another website (channels), does not show up without warning Estellar Villas, then the entire amount of the reservation or the advance payment that he has given is automatically charged . Then the booking is automatically cancelled.

Reception:

”Estellar Villas” operates without “reception” services. During the welcoming, the person in charge of the Villas will be present for the suggestion and operation of our state-of-the-art facilities. Upon your departure, there will be a place where the key will be left or there will be a place in charge of “Estellar Villas” where the delivery will take place.

 

Cleanliness:

Please note that we do not offer reception and cleaning services. Cleaning service is carried out upon communication – request.

The people allowed in each Villa are from 1 (one) to 7 ( seven ). It is forbidden to stay in the accommodation more than 7 (seven) people.Εvents are prohibited, as well as invitations of third parties who do not have a reservation with the villas.

Payment terms:

For online reservations you will be asked for the total cost, paid by PayPal or by charging your debit/credit card.

As for PayPal, it depends on your country’s policy, whether you need to create a PayPal account or whether you can use your credit/debit card without creating a PayPal account. (PayPal extra charge fees +5% at the paid amount, upon arrival of guests).

You will be asked to pay the full price of your stay, pay by debit/credit card or bank transfer within a reasonable time (IBAN bank account: GR8511600000000001400503301, beneficiary name PERSEVERANCE IKE, Bank name:PROCREDIT BANK Greece). Please read the cancellation policy below.

All payments are made exclusively in euros.

In case of reservation by email or phone, you must within 1 working day deposit the total amount of the price of your stay in the bank account of “Estellar Villas” that we will indicate to you. In your deposit you should mention your name and the duration of your stay.

Any bank transfer or currency conversion fees shall be borne exclusively by you.

From 1/1/2018 according to 4514/2018, in addition to the room rate, the accommodation tax is imposed.

The tax amounts to 0,50 € per night , is borne by the tenant of the room and is collected before departure.
Also with a new law of Durability fee there is also 15 €/night and collected before departure. 

“During the months of March to October: 1.5 euros. If the property available through short-term rental is a single-family house of more than 80 sq. m., a durability fee of 15 euros per day is imposed. During the months of November to February: 0.5 euros.”

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, the deposit or total charge will be refunded and no fee will be charged.

In case of cancellations or changes within 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit or total charge will be charged and can be used on another date, subject to the availability of “Estellar Villas” and the rates of each period.

In case of early departure, the total price of your reservation will be charged.

Terms of stay:

During your stay at “Estellar Villas” you have the right to use the accommodation (Villa) and the right of exclusive use of the private courtyard and its garden, which includes swimming pool, sports, bicycles, BBQ, jacuzzi, gym and parking of two (2) private vehicles for each accommodation (villa ) in which there is also an installation for chargingelectric cars.The tenants are solely responsible for any material damage caused to the rented accommodation (villa) and all other facilities (internal and external), either by their voluntary or unintentional action, or by negligence.

Quiet hours must be respected between 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00.

It is not allowed to subletthe Villas.

The use of the swimming pool is the sole responsibility of the tenants of the accommodation (villa) who must comply with the relevant health and safety rules during swimming as they are posted in a prominent place near it.

The availability of outdoor pool facilities, or any other outdoor facility of the accommodation (villa), is subject to the terms and conditions of “Estellar Villas” itself and their ability to use, depends on the season and the weather and general conditions prevailing each time period in the area where it is located.

Smoking:

Smoking is limited only to the respective outdoor areas. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation (villa) but is allowed on the balconies of each of them.

Pets:

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed both inside the accommodation and all the outdoor facilities of the villas (garden, pools, activities field etc.)

 

Damages-Losses:

The tenants are solely responsible for any material damage caused to the rented accommodation and all other facilities (internal and external), either by their voluntary or unintentional action, or by negligence.

The same policy applies in the case of malicious or intentional damage to property or loss of objects, the value of which will be charged to the tenants of “Estellar Villas”.

“Estellar Villas” reserves the right to charge tenants the cost of replacing any object removed without consent either from inside the accommodation (villa) or from the facilities of its external surroundings.

Upon arrival at the villa, “Estellar Villas” withholds from the renter the amount of 500,00 € as a guarantee for the proper use of the facilities, which will be refunded on the day of the tenants’ departure and the relevant inspection of the facilities generally used

 

Health & Safety:

The housing unit is subject to local regulations, including those concerning fire safety.
