Clean, comfortable mid range hotel let down by unprofessional, unwelcoming reception staff. Liked: Comfortable, clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Restaurant staff are professional and helpful. Disliked · Horrible, unfriendly reception staff. Barely acknowledge your existence, even when you are standing right in front of them. I had to say helllo/ jambo 3 times before I got a response and still no smile or greeting back. Provided non of the expected information e.g about wi-fi, time of breakfast. Practically threw the room key at me. Same poor attitude when we were waiting to check out. She sat having a chat with her friend who just looked me up and down. Finally decided to serve me and was rude as anything saying ‘ yes you paid , it’s done’. No Asante sana. Just went back to chatting to her friend. I know this is only a mid range hotel but good customer service and a good attitude is priceless. Some staff training is required.
