Front desk not welcoming and attitude was stiff. Half the time not there, oblivious or non approachable. Garbage basket in room had trash in it and candy wrapper under chair in room. Certainly not thorough. No hair dryer in room and no exhaust fan in bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay. The lady at the front desk deserves special recognition: she was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable. We were traveling with our 24‑year‑old daughter, and she made sure our rooms were very close to each other — a detail we appreciated so much. Breakfast was delicious, and the lady in charge was lovely, always smiling and willing to help. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only thing we didn’t love was that the A/C units were a bit noisy. Even so, we would return without hesitation. I recommend this hotel 100%.

While we loved the pricing of the food and cocktails from the lobby bar/restaurant, the steak was super low quality. Maybe add a $25-$30 price point for a better cut and not boxed mashed potatoes. The meal would be our only complaint. The staff were kind and attentive and the shuttle service and cleanliness were huge pluses. Also appreciated the live music in the lobby one evening.
