Breakfast wasn't great. The team was in constant communication checking on me but it took a while to get room service. Seems like they may have been short staffed. You could hear a lot of noise from the rooms next to you. The property photos are misleading. The pool is actually at a different hotel across the street. The property itself was super clean.

The hot water in the shower did not stay hot very long, the pillows were very uncomfortable, meaning they were worn out. The pool / hot tub was in the hotel next door. The gentleman that checked me in told me to park in the parking garage below without telling me that you have to pay $25 to park under there found that out when I was leaving. I would not have parked in the garage, knowing that you had to pay. Overall I’d give it a 4/10 it was very clean.

Our stay at this property was excellent. The beds are comfy the rooms are spacious. My kids loved the salt water pool. The staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. By far one of the best stays we’ve had.

Staff was great and very helpful. They get high marks. Room was very clean with one odd exception. Just before we checked out, i happened to open a small drawer in the bathroom and found a used dirty diaper stuffed in the drawer. Disgusting! We also noticed that video displays in the elevator, the lobby and outside the building were advertising a "Prefix Menu". I think you mean a Prix Fixe Menu. The word prefix and the French expresion Prix Fixe don't mean the same thing.

The hotel stay was amazing, it felt very comfortable for my partner, and I. The cleanliness was great, and the staff are all pleasant. Will definitely be rebooking next time I’m in town.

If i could give zero stats I would. I had a reservation along with my confirmation number. I had just got back from a long day and night on duty and got to the hotel. I went to check in and was told my room was given away and the hotel was overbooked. At this point it was 3am and everywhere else in a 1 hour radius was booked solid. When I asked the front desk what I should do or where i could say I was told it wasn't the hotels issue and it was up to me to figure out. I ended up having to drive through the night back to home tired and sore. There is NO reason my room should have been given away and worse yet given the callus treatment I was given. I'm a Army Veteran who made all the necessary arrangements for my travel way in advance to ensure some comfort after a long day for myself and my wife and instead was treated like trash. Well done Hilton!

Very not pleased with our stay at home 2 suit in Bristol, Connecticut. They’re trying to charge me $300 for something I don’t believe was caused by us! They can’t even return a phone call! I’ve been trying to get in touch with Gm for two weeks now and haven’t heard a word back! I feel like it’s very unfair!

Room was immaculate. Nice spacious lobby with plenty of areas to sit. Nice outdoor enclosed patio in the back to hang out. Breakfast was very good, egg bites, turkey bacon, waffle machine, yogurt and many more options.

Staff was very nice and helped us with a fast check in (we were going to be late for dinner reservations) and with breakfast when I came in at the very last minute. Will be staying there again

Overall, this was a good hotel, and I enjoyed my stay, but I did experience a few issues that future guests should be aware of. First, the air conditioning unit was quite loud. Whenever it was running, it made it difficult to hear the television, and I could not find a way to completely turn the heating/air conditioning system off. Second, I placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and later realized that housekeeping would not return unless I specifically requested room service. I didn't discover this until after the second day. It would have been helpful if this policy had been explained at check-in. Finally, access to the parking garage requires you to be a Hilton Honors member. If you are not a member, you will not be able to use the garage. Fortunately, Hilton Honors is free to join. Once I signed up, I was able to access the parking garage without any issues. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. Despite these issues, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and my overall stay was pleasant. I hope this review helps future guests know what to expect and saves them time by preventing a few unexpected surprises.
