Hotel abbastanza nuovo ma molto rumoroso: si sente tutto dai vicini e dormire è impossibile. L’acqua calda è una vera lotteria: a volte calda, a volte completamente fredda. Check-in scomodo in un altro hotel e camera ricevuta molto diversa da quella prenotata online, davvero deludente. La posizione è discreta (15 minuti a piedi dal centro, fermata bus davanti), parcheggio privato semplice disponibile a 30 € al giorno. The hotel itself is quite new but extremely noisy – you can hear everything from the neighbors, making it impossible to sleep. Hot water is a complete lottery: sometimes warm, sometimes completely cold. Check-in is inconvenient at another hotel, and the room we received was very different from the one booked online – really disappointing. The location is decent (15 minutes’ walk to the center, bus stop right in front), and there is a simple private parking available for €30 per day.

Here’s a strong but credible review you could post: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The service was atrocious from the moment we arrived. The air conditioning in our room did not work, making the room unbearably hot. We spent nearly six hours waiting and repeatedly asking the staff to move us to another room. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, we had to beg for a room change. When we were finally moved, the replacement room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. As someone with asthma, this was not just unpleasant—it was a serious health concern. The staff showed little empathy or urgency despite being informed of my medical condition. I am now sick after this stay, and what should have been a relaxing trip turned into a stressful and unhealthy experience. Between the poor customer service, the broken air conditioning, and being placed in a smoke-smelling room, I cannot recommend this hotel. I would not stay here again.

It is advertised as having direct beach access at Il Duoglio; in reality, a busy public road separates the property from the beach, and access is neither direct nor controlled by the owner. We paid €200 for a room described as approximately 20m², but were initially placed in a room closer to 10m², directly above a high-traffic road with significant noise disturbance. This is a substantial discrepancy in both size and quality versus what was advertised and paid for. Only after raising the issue were we moved, but the accommodation still failed to meet the standard presented in the listing. The owner provided inconsistent and misleading information during our stay, raising serious concerns about transparency and business practices. Given the discrepancies between the listing and reality, I request that this property be formally reviewed for accuracy and compliance with platform standards to prevent further consumer deception.
