The cabin was amazing and very comfortable for a large group. The lake was also very picturesque and well managed. The biggest issue I have with this rental is that fact that neither of the pools are available for the renters. You must pay at both pools and we were charged FULL price at one of the pools, the Big Canoe Recreation ($140 for a group of 8 people!!) On our next to last day we finally located the Wild Cat Rec Park where another paid pool was located. This one was much more reasonable with about a $30 fee. The pool was much smaller, but the attendants were nice and pool was clean. This location should state that the pools are not included in the booking fee. I wouldn't have booked this cabin with 5 children without a pool available as an amenity.

Excellent, beautiful place. Had fun driving to it (curves, mountain sides). Very roomy. Everything is there. Check in is only at certain times and we just made it, so make sure you check that.

The property was beautiful. The area had so much to offer. The only negative interaction we had was one of our guests got lost on their way out of the property and were not allowed to leave until they went to the "proper" gate. That seemed extremely excessive for someone just trying to leave.
