Large & Sunny Beautiful Home, AC

We found the kitchen a bit sparse for dishes, but otherwise the space is good. There was a lot of noise from neighbors during the night. Comfortable beds!

The location was great- super close to major attractions in Dartmouth and Halifax. The apartment was very clean as well and the AC units were very appreciated in the summer heat. The listing did say it’s a second story apartment, but it is specifically a 20 step walk up to get up to the apartment that is also quite steep. This was extra difficult since we did have heavy check-in luggage. Also, basic amenities like dish washer pods, cooking oil and paper towels was very VERY limited (if not nonexistent ) so we ended up having to purchase them ourselves. The pots and pans should definitely be updated as well as some were very old and made cooking difficult. Overall a pleasant stay, but would be great if some changes were implemented.

We loved having 3 bedrooms and being so close to amenities and family-friendly spots. A great space for families.

We absolutely this space. It was bright with lots of large windows and spacious in size. It had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The only disappointment was the advertisement stated the beds were supremely comfortable, and they were not comfy at all. Other than that we loved everything about the place and would stay again, but perhaps bring a foam mattress with us for the bed. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy parking and we did not have to pay. We stayed on the weekend, so parking was not an issue, however there is an optical business downstairs, and this may make parking more difficult during the week. The stairs to the apartment are very long and steep, so would not recommend for anyone with mobility or arthritis issues. Nice deep soaker tub. TV has a Firestick, so lots of shows and movies to watch. The advertisement states there is no ac, but we did notice portable ac units in the closets. It is a busy street, so you hear traffic and trains, however everything quieted down my 11 p.m.
