Galaxy Hotel Downtown

Bra läge på hotellet, relativt små rum eller stor säng. AC;n väsnades för mycket och blåser rätt på sängen. Trevlig personal och bra café i lobbyn.

Jättefint hotell. Rena och fräscha rum. Bra att man kan parkera på hotellet för en avgift. Vi blev jättebra bemötta av Randy Hansen, han var trevlig och professionell.

This was our first stay here for a quick staycation. The location was amazing; everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. The hotel itself was very modern feeling and clean. I was unhappy however that the rooftop was closed and I was told it was only for private events. We just wanted to go up and enjoy the view and maybe have a drink, but weren’t allowed. Really disappointing, as there’s no other outdoor space at the property. The website shows all of these luxurious colorful bath products on the homepage, but what you really get is a half full Equate soap dispenser from Walmart. It was honestly the weirdest thing. SUCH an easy thing to swap out which would give the hotel a much classier feel. Also, there were a few cups in the room which were the tiny styrofoam kind I remember at church as a kid. So weird! Again, such a small detail but it gives a low class vibe. I feel that with a few tiny fixes this would be a more attractive place to stay.

Everything was good accept the television.

Absolutely adorable hotel. Perfect location for walking everywhere. Coffee was amazing. Staff was super sweet. Room was perfect. Bed was comfortable. As well as the pillows. And the views are incredible. We’re booking again for the Summer.
