Breathtaking views when you first arrive! The private beach is beautiful and convenient. The hotel is very chic and luxurious. The food was very good! Lots of families, it seems to be popular among couples with babies!

Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Das Essenangebot ist sehr überschaubar für ein Hotel dieser Klasse. Die Preise für Getränke dafür extrem teuer. Wir haben das Personal als sehr hektisch wahrgenommen, die brachten eher unruhe als Ruhe in den Alltag. Wir kamen früher am Hotel an und mussten auf das Zimmer tatsächlich bis 15 Uhr warten. Das hat uns nicht unbedingt gestört, sondern die Tatsache, dass das Gepäck, dass wir bereits bei der Ankunft abgegeben hatten, erst 15 Minuten nachdem wir das Zimmer betreten haben, gebracht wurde. In allen Hotels davor haben wir unser Gepäck auf dem Zimmer vorgefunden. Es war uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst gewesen, dass dieses Hotel auf Familien mit Kleinkindern spezialisiert ist. Es waren mehr Familien mit Kindern als Paare im Hotel, die Kinder alle zwischen ein paar Monaten und vier Jahren. Mindestens jede Minute hat Mindestens ein Kind geschrien. Es gibt viel zu wenig Platz für Liegen am Pool. Die Kinder haben leider auch den großen Pool in Anspruch genommen. Für Adults only war ein kleiner Pool und auch ein winzig kleiner Poolbereich vorgesehen. WiFi am Pool ist sehr schwach Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmals buchen, wir hatten keine Minute Ruhe, weder am Pool, npch am Strand oder im Restaurant

Amazing hotel with spectacular views and wonderful facilities. Staff are extremely helpful and the whole resort is a very relaxing place to spend a holiday, especially with the Resident's Club package. Family friendly and safe. Thoroughly recommended.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, the beach is stunning. Not too big but had all amenities. I was there for 5 days with my husband and 3 yo and we loved every minute of it. We are already planning to go back with our extended family.

Daios Cove is a beautiful hotel, it was super clean and the staff were fabulous! It is however worth noting that it’s 20 minute drive from anywhere €40 round trip to the local town, the children’s pool is absolutely tiny, (it’s a shame they didn’t make the adults only pool the kids one to be honest) and in busy periods sunloungers by both the pool and on the private beach are impossible to obtain! The food is great we were half board and couldn’t fault it but the restaurants are expensive for lunch and drinks eg. ice lollies €6 a go and drinks in line with top London prices. There were water sports on offer paddle boards €20 an hour and the doughnut rides €30 a go per person, diving, waterskiing etc are on offer but in peak times you do have to wait a while. We would return due to the quality of the food and the staff who were faultless but would probably go as all inclusive next time around as offers better options for restaurants. It’s about an hours transfer from the nearest airport and the transfer for 5 of us was €195 each way this is included with all inclusive.

We had an amazing stay. This is our fifth time visiting and there will be a sixth. Always perfect, immaculate and friendly. The staff is on hand to assist with a friendly smile and efficient service.

One of a kind, excellent! This was our 4th visit over the last 7 years and the facilites, decor and food just keep getting better. The setting and interior is stunning, its luxury but also familt friendly so everyine wins. Go for the all inclusive option and you will genuinely be delighted with the variety of food options, drinks and restaurants. It's genuinely become our happy place and very hard to beat, its become the reason why we work! (We are 2 adults and 2 children under 7)

It is one of the most beautiful places we've had the great fortune to experience, and it is so beautiful that we didn't leave the resort during our entire 3-day stay. From start to finish, every detail was considered, and every need was taken care of. The team is welcoming and kind, and the location is absolutely stunning. While visiting with my partner (our kids left at home), we were keenly aware of how family-friendly the resort is, a pro for the many happy groups around us. If you plan to visit in May as we did, know the water will be fresh (!), and private pools might be too chilly to truly enjoy - though they'll still offer the perfect backdrop for some of the best photos you may ever take! We highly recommend Daios Cove.

In allen Hotels davor haben wir unser Gepäck auf dem Zimmer vorgefunden. Es war uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst gewesen, dass dieses Hotel auf Familien mit Kleinkindern spezialisiert ist. Es waren mehr Familien mit Kindern als Paare im Hotel, die Kinder alle zwischen ein paar Monaten und vier Jahren. Mindestens jede Minute hat Mindestens ein Kind geschrien. Es gibt viel zu wenig Platz für Liegen am Pool. Die Kinder haben leider auch den großen Pool in Anspruch genommen. Für Adults only war ein kleiner Pool und auch ein winzig kleiner Poolbereich vorgesehen. WiFi am Pool ist sehr schwach Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmals buchen, wir hatten keine Minute Ruhe, weder am Pool, npch am Strand oder im Restaurant

This property is absolutely gorgeous, the beach is stunning. Not too big but had all amenities. I was there for 5 days with my husband and 3 yo and we loved every minute of it. We are already planning to go back with our extended family.

This hotel, like many others marked as “VIP Access,” offers no real benefits. Despite clear upgrade availability the night before check-in, we were told nothing was available once we mentioned VIP status—a recurring pattern where upgrades are consistently denied using vague excuses. If a non-VIP guest wanted to pay, I’m certain a room would have been available. There was no recognition, no perk, no welcome amenity—nothing. Even after raising the issue with guest relations, no effort was made to address it. Additionally, the advertised valet parking doesn’t exist and isn’t needed—it’s just misleading. This feels more like a marketing trick than a real program. I strongly urge you to review and remove this hotel from the VIP Access list.

Generell eine sehr schöne Anlage mit super netten Mitarbeitern. Leider ist das Preiskonzept für Speisen und Getränke nicht nachvollziehbar. Eine Flasche Wasser mit Sprudel für 8 Euro die ich in jedem Supermarkt in der Nähe für 90 Cent bekomme??????? Und das setzt sich bei Wein und Bier fort. Aus diesem Grund leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

The setting and interior is stunning, its luxury but also familt friendly so everyine wins. Go for the all inclusive option and you will genuinely be delighted with the variety of food options, drinks and restaurants. It's genuinely become our happy place and very hard to beat, its become the reason why we work! (We are 2 adults and 2 children under 7)

It is one of the most beautiful places we've had the great fortune to experience, and it is so beautiful that we didn't leave the resort during our entire 3-day stay. From start to finish, every detail was considered, and every need was taken care of. The team is welcoming and kind, and the location is absolutely stunning. While visiting with my partner (our kids left at home), we were keenly aware of how family-friendly the resort is, a pro for the many happy groups around us. If you plan to visit in May as we did, know the water will be fresh (!), and private pools might be too chilly to truly enjoy - though they'll still offer the perfect backdrop for some of the best photos you may ever take! We highly recommend Daios Cove.

Daios Cove is a beautiful hotel, it was super clean and the staff were fabulous! It is however worth noting that it’s 20 minute drive from anywhere €40 round trip to the local town, the children’s pool is absolutely tiny, (it’s a shame they didn’t make the adults only pool the kids one to be honest) and in busy periods sunloungers by both the pool and on the private beach are impossible to obtain! The food is great we were half board and couldn’t fault it but the restaurants are expensive for lunch and drinks eg. ice lollies €6 a go and drinks in line with top London prices. There were water sports on offer paddle boards €20 an hour and the doughnut rides €30 a go per person, diving, waterskiing etc are on offer but in peak times you do have to wait a while. We would return due to the quality of the food and the staff who were faultless but would probably go as all inclusive next time around as offers better options for restaurants. It’s about an hours transfer from the nearest airport and the transfer for 5 of us was €195 each way this is included with all inclusive.

Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Das Essenangebot ist sehr überschaubar für ein Hotel dieser Klasse. Die Preise für Getränke dafür extrem teuer. Selten habe ich ein Hotel erlebt, das Service so persönlich, aufmerksam und zugleich unaufdringlich lebt wie das Daios Cove. Jeder Wunsch wird fast intuitiv erfüllt, das Team begegnet einem mit echter Herzlichkeit, ist aufmerksam und persönlich. Der Wellnessbereich ist eine Oase – hochwertig ausgestattet, ruhig, luxuriös und mit einem wundervollen Spa-Team, das weiß, was es tut. Und das Essen? Einfach fantastisch. Ob Frühstück, Dinner oder die Gerichte am Pool – alles frisch, kreativ- einfach Mega lecker . Daios Cove is a beautiful hotel, it was super clean and the staff were fabulous! It is however worth noting that it’s 20 minute drive from anywhere €40 round trip to the local town, the children’s pool is absolutely tiny, (it’s a shame they didn’t make the adults only pool the kids one to be honest) and in busy periods sunloungers by both the pool and on the private beach are impossible to obtain! The food is great we were half board and couldn’t fault it but the restaurants are expensive for lunch and drinks eg. ice lollies €6 a go and drinks in line with top London prices. There were water sports on offer paddle boards €20 an hour and the doughnut rides €30 a go per person, diving, waterskiing etc are on offer but in peak times you do have to wait a while. We would return due to the quality of the food and the staff who were faultless but would probably go as all inclusive next time around as offers better options for restaurants. It’s about an hours transfer from the nearest airport and the transfer for 5 of us was €195 each way this is included with all inclusive.

Nossa experiência no Daios Cove foi verdadeiramente especial. O hotel está localizado em um cenário privilegiado de Creta, cercado por uma paisagem deslumbrante, com uma enseada de águas cristalinas e vistas impressionantes praticamente de todos os ambientes. First of all, let’s start with the real issues. The hotel is overcrowded at the beach, and the marketing for their Junior Suites is close to false advertising. We stayed in a Junior Suite with Sea View and Private Pool (“The Collection”) and had a building and a cactus directly in front of our room. The problem is not just the disappointment itself, but the fact that the promotion for the room does not reflect reality. When we raised the issue with the hotel staff, they showed us two alternative rooms — one smaller and clearly downgraded from the original, and one presented as an upgrade, which was just as poorly located as the room we already had. Yes, the food and overall service are decent — but this is not a five-star hotel when measured against the standard the price and marketing suggest. We stayed two out of six nights, attempted to settle with the manager for a refund, and were rudely declined. We left the hotel and continued our vacation elsewhere.

Die Junior Familien Suite unterscheidet sich nicht zum normalen Standard Zimmer. Außer das ein extra Bett reingestellt wird für das Kind. Schade. Die Empfangs Chefin bzw. Managerin ist nicht auf uns eingegangen wegen dem Thema. Ansonsten top Restaurants. Super Service. Das Hauptrestaurant hat uns nicht vom Essen her gefallen. Zimmer könnten wieder zeitgemäß gestaltet werden. Ansonsten tolle Anlage
