Studio à 20m de l’eau et 10m de la plage. Studio avec en équipement assez sommaire, climatisation et balcon face à la mer. La douche comme tjs est un peu le point faible avec son rideau qui colle et l’eau qui risque de mouiller la pièce entière. Possibilités de restauration très proches et bonnes en bord de plage. Un parking est situé à l’arrière du bâtiment. Les nuits ont été calmes. Des transats sont à dispo pour aller sur la plage.

Hotellet ligger direkt vid en strand, avskilt och privat. Extremt vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet är spartanskt och slitet, men priset motsvarar vad man får. Det finns tillgång till gym och pool en liten bit från hotellet.

Can not beat the view, and the sound of the ocean. The property has a big communal patio and sun beds for guests to use included in the cost of your stay. Having a private, furnished balcony was amazing as well! Overall the room and building is super cute, clean, and mostly has everything you need including a kitchenette! The staff are all amazing and helpful and communication was great—when I asked for an extra blanket and a couple extra pillows via WhatsApp they were at our door super quick! We loved the neighbourhood too, Piso Livadi is beautiful, calm, and quiet. There’s an amazing grocery store within walking distance with loads of vegan products and fresh produce. Our room was very cute, the only thing that we found was the mattress to be incredibly hard. I know some people prefer that but for us it was really the only negative point of our entire stay but I would absolutely stay here again, we loved it.

We stayed at this property for four nights. While the manager, who has been in the role for about a year, was responsive and attentive, several important issues impacted our stay. The beachfront directly in front of the property is hazardous due to large, slippery rocks beneath the surface, which are not easily visible. I unfortunately suffered a fall, and I believe management should install signage or provide clear warnings for guests. Inside the accommodation, the condition of certain amenities was disappointing. The freezer was heavily rusted, the shower curtain was affected by mold (though replaced after being reported), and there were very few power outlets in both the room and kitchen, which created inconvenience. Although Paros Island itself was a wonderful experience, I regret to say I would not choose to stay at this property again unless these issues are addressed.
