Beware! The pictures of this place are not a true representation of what this place looks like. The neighborhood is quiet, but a little sketchy-looking. The website photos make it appear there is a decent, green yard. That is not the case. The outside is dumpy and overgrown. It is directly across the street from some sort of equipment yard.The home has lots of space for a big group, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The rest of the house was disgusting. I don't think the baseboards have been wiped in a decade. There were lots of bathrooms, which was great, but they also were not well cleaned. The place is run-down. It's not something that happened overnight. The floor is caving near the kitchen sink, maintaining the property. The surfaces of the place were cleaned- tables counters. The rest of the place is a wreck -Patched places in the shower, a thick layer of dirt and grime and hairs on every inch of the baseboards in the whole house Several cabinets/drawers in the kitchen are broken. Even the counter is slanted to the point that the microwave door won't open all the way because it gets stuck on the uneven counter. Some of the windows DO NOT have locks on them. One of the ladies in our group stepped on glass on the dirty livingroom rug.(not from us) I reached out to our owner, but all they wanted was pictures and to file an incident report, and to come to the property while we were not there, which I refused. Basic security like lockable windows is nonnegotiable.E
