Really nice hotel, we enjoyed staying here! However, 2 thing pull down the average a lot. The service in the restaurants was very poor, and they also add all kinds of extra charges even though you pay 500-600 eur per night. Then also the fast you have a sister hotel that Sharro all the facilities, and that one is not as nice and has a very tough crowd.

Absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The only downside we found are the lifts. They’re so small and soooo slow. It’s easier to take the stairs. Breakfast was great and food and drinks at the pool were great.

Great location and nice kids club, but certainly not a 5 star hotel experience! After paying a hefty price per night you can’t even get a poolside bed at the hotel pool without a minimum spend of €200 and parking is another €20 per day. The cleaners often didn’t come all day and we had to call before bed to get the room cleaned. We had a suite on the 2nd floor which ended up being below the restaurant and DJ - it was unbearably loud (and we were travelling with a baby so it’s shocking they put us there) so we asked to move rooms. They were unsympathetic and moved us to a smaller room (which was at least quieter). Lastly, we found the hotel had such ann uncomfortable bed and mattress.

Gorgeous view of beach,lovely room. Its a shame you have to have a min spend to use the middle pool, in my opinion its silly and unnecessary. The beds are around the main pool are lovely and comfortable. Lovely breakfast.

Nice hotel … very contemporary design. Staff very attentive. Near beach. Separate quieter pool area for guests of Mondrian as sister Hotel Hyde shares pools and dj plays all day. Cala Llonga is a quiet resort. Taxis are plentiful to nearby Santa Eulalia & Ibiza Town. Would definitely stay at Mondrian again.

The Mondrian is a nice hotel. Especially if you are looking for a party vibe. It sits on a beautiful bay and the pool is small but nice. It was difficult to find a lounger by the pool (lots of people ‘saving them with a towel pre breakfast’ and then you should be happy to listen to some pretty serious DJ vibes (all day). The quality of food is good- but the staff’s attention to detail could be a wee bit better. Lots of back and forth and confusion with orders at the pool. Room was stylish. We booked an ocean view jr suite and it was a decent size. But the balcony was solid and so the view was lacking and largely blocked by foliage to the left of the balcony that obscured the view of the bay- and therefore the sunrise- which is amazing if you get down to the beach for a swim as we did. So higher floors probably a better option. You can catch the ferry to Ibiza town from right outside the hotel which was great. And taxis were plentiful. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance and Shanti- did the best cocktails we had on the island… highly recommend. In summary- cool vibe, in a beautiful bay.

Fantastisch personeel, heel vriendelijk, service gericht en gewoon ook leuke mensen. Prachtige locatie en Mondrian bedjes bij zwembad zijn inclusief (in tegenstelling tot dat wat soms in de reviews wordt gezegd). Openbare ruimtes als toiletten hebben even wat liefde qua onderhoud nodig. Te veel dingen die stuk zijn, niet werken, of deuren die niet goed sluiten. Oa toiletten bij receptie en ontbijtruimte. Dat is niet 5 sterren waardig.

Its a lovely hotel overall but its definitely not 5 star. The staff, especially Carlos at concierge was amazing. Niko restaurant, wow the food was incredible, i highly recommend going even if youre not staying here. Cuyo, i wouldnt bother going back to. The rooms were small, the toiletries are minimal, theres no turn down service and one of the days my room was not cleaned. There are 2 tiny lifts that took forever to get to you and i often resorted to having to take the stairs (on the 11th floor) the aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful though and their personal scent in the reception was s beautiful touch. I dont think i would stay again but ill be back to Niko for sure!

Schönes Hotel aber ein ziemlich großer Gebäudekomplex. Wenn das Hyde auch mal ausgebucht ist, dann wird es voll auch wenn es mehrere Pools gibt, Wobei die Liegen an einem Pool nur von Mondrian Gästen benutzt werden dürfen. Umgekehrt als Mondrian Gast kann man sich überall hinlegen wenn etwas frei ist. In der Hochsaison würde ich nicht hin fahren. Daybeds am Pool in der Nebensaison gratis. Juli August gibt es einen Mindestumsatz und ich würde wetten, dass es nicht genügend Liegen gibt im Huli/August wenn beide Hotels gut ausgelastet sind. Sehr weite Wege zum Laufen vom Zimmer an den Pool oder Meer. Treppe geht meistens schneller da es nur zwei Aufzüge gibt. Personal ist bemüht aber vergisst auch gerne mal was. Bei der Zimmerreinigung hat man sofort gemerkt, dass es keine Leitung gibt die Zimmer nachkontrolliert. In 10 Tagen wurde mehrmals Putzlappen vergessen, Handtücher zwar mitgenommen aber keine frischen da gelassen. Und der Wechsel der leeren Batterie für die Personenwaage hat leider trotz mehrfachen nachfragens nicht geklappt. Nach dem Checkout habe ich bemerkt, dass ich ein Hemd vergessen hatte auf dem Bett aber das wurde nie gefunden. War zum Glück kein teueres aber vielleicht hat das Housekeeping das Hemd als Trinkgeld oder neuen Putzlappen verwendet.

Good day, We came here for our honeymoon and it was wonderfull. Rooms are nice, modern and clean. Beds are soft and the view is beautifull. Big shout out to the staff, from the Valet to the bell Boy to the reception to the cleaning. Everybody was so helpful and willingly to make it great. I’m barely writing recommendations, allthough I travel a lot, this hotel deserved one!

Second time to Ibiza (last time I stayed at Six Senses) and honestly loved this more. The hotel is beautifully located and incredibly aesthetic. Thanks for a magical stay I’ll be back!

Hotel was ok- Rooms were large, beds comfortable but corridors noisy and low floor rooms that overlook pools will hear thumping music till around midnight No amenities in the bathrooms, all have to be requested so be prepared and take your own! Intermittent turn down service some nights they did some they didnt Air conditioning in the room isn’t powerful Staff good and helpful Pool areas are lovely,

Would stay here again, bedroom, bed, shower etc were comfortable, gym was adequate. Cocktails were also good in the bar. A little bit awkward getting to the pool area (which is shared with another, less fancy hotel). Also worth noting they charge €20/night to park your car so best finding somewhere else nearby

The hotel makes a great first impression. The lobby and rooms are beautifully designed, and the scent in the lobby is absolutely lovely. The room layout and interior are also very well thought out. However, there is one major downside: the rooms are extremely noisy. You can hear everything happening in the hallway, which makes it very difficult to sleep and often causes you to wake up from the noise. Apart from that, the location and overall facilities are fine.

Great location and nice kids club, but certainly not a 5 star hotel experience! After paying a hefty price per night you can’t even get a poolside bed at the hotel pool without a minimum spend of €200 and parking is another €20 per day. The cleaners often didn’t come all day and we had to call before bed to get the room cleaned. We had a suite on the 2nd floor which ended up being below the restaurant and DJ - it was unbearably loud (and we were travelling with a baby so it’s shocking they put us there) so we asked to move rooms. They were unsympathetic and moved us to a smaller room (which was at least quieter). Lastly, we found the hotel had such ann uncomfortable bed and mattress.

We had great stay at this hotel. The se view suite was excellent and amazing views. The staff were really helpful and the whole atmosphere of this place is special.

Gorgeous view of beach,lovely room. Its a shame you have to have a min spend to use the middle pool, in my opinion its silly and unnecessary. The beds are around the main pool are lovely and comfortable. Lovely breakfast.

Refurbished property with dirty beach, 3 star trying very hard to be 5 but not pulling its weight. Lipstick remodel and everything is cheap about it. Elevators at least 35 years old and have not be serviced.these elevators are bound to have an accident any day now, remember my word. Its hard to get anyone to pickup the phone in the morning or in the day. Paper thin walls, you will hear neighbors. If you need help dont dial it 90% chance it will be busy. And i want to ask Who are all these people who left 10 out of 10? Were they paid reviewers? Dont belive a word. Water and beach have plastic and trash. The worse beach on the island. Do not expect to get medical attention if you need one, you will be left to die. Very low class area and low class unprofessional service

The Mondrian is a nice hotel. Especially if you are looking for a party vibe. It sits on a beautiful bay and the pool is small but nice. It was difficult to find a lounger by the pool (lots of people ‘saving them with a towel pre breakfast’ and then you should be happy to listen to some pretty serious DJ vibes (all day). The quality of food is good- but the staff’s attention to detail could be a wee bit better. Lots of back and forth and confusion with orders at the pool. Room was stylish. We booked an ocean view jr suite and it was a decent size. But the balcony was solid and so the view was lacking and largely blocked by foliage to the left of the balcony that obscured the view of the bay- and therefore the sunrise- which is amazing if you get down to the beach for a swim as we did. So higher floors probably a better option. You can catch the ferry to Ibiza town from right outside the hotel which was great. And taxis were plentiful. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance and Shanti- did the best cocktails we had on the island… highly recommend. In summary- cool vibe, in a beautiful bay.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good food. Lovely pool area. Great view. Minor feedback - coffee service at breakfast is slow, they should have pots of coffee and they need a toilet near the pool.

One of the best hotels we've been to with the best service. The hotel is amazing with its details and the staff are very familial, they really see and give attribution to every single guest. It was an experience to spend a week here and we will definitely be back.

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Im Angesicht der Preisklasse in der wir uns bewegen ist ein gewisser Service Voraussetzungen. Uns persönlich kam das Personal teilweise unprofessionell vor, sei ist der Umgang mit Kunden oder generell die Kommunikation. Das Frühstück ist für Reisende von 3 Tagen auszuhalten, bei Urlaubern die eine Woche oder bleiben möchten eher langweilig. Auf der Speisekarte stehen rund 15 Gerichte die Tag täglich angeboten werden, schmecken tun diese alle ziemlich ähnlich. Uns wurde bei der Ankunft gesagt dass man für Parkplätze vor dem Hotel zahlen muss ( täglich 20€). Prinzipiell kein Problem, jedoch hatten wir uns mit dem Personal der für das Parken der Autos zuständig ist unterhalten und 100€ in die Hand gedrückt. Am Ende des Aufenthaltes wurde uns der Parkplatz dennoch für den vollen Preis berechnet. Alles insgesamt ein durchschnittlicher Urlaub, jedoch nicht vergleichbar mit anderen 5 Sterne Hotels ( auch auf Ibiza ) Ob wir noch einmal das Mondrian buchen würden ? Ich denke nicht :)

Zeer klantvriendelijke en attente medewerkers! Goede rolstoeltoegankelijke badkamer. Fantastisch uitzicht over de baai. Valet parking is fijn. Centrum Cala Llonga en strand op loopafstand.

Nice hotel … very contemporary design. Staff very attentive. Near beach. Separate quieter pool area for guests of Mondrian as sister Hotel Hyde shares pools and dj plays all day. Cala Llonga is a quiet resort. Taxis are plentiful to nearby Santa Eulalia & Ibiza Town. Would definitely stay at Mondrian again.

Its a lovely hotel overall but its definitely not 5 star. The staff, especially Carlos at concierge was amazing. Niko restaurant, wow the food was incredible, i highly recommend going even if youre not staying here. Cuyo, i wouldnt bother going back to. The rooms were small, the toiletries are minimal, theres no turn down service and one of the days my room was not cleaned. There are 2 tiny lifts that took forever to get to you and i often resorted to having to take the stairs (on the 11th floor) the aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful though and their personal scent in the reception was s beautiful touch. I dont think i would stay again but ill be back to Niko for sure!

Overall amazing even during off season. Calm and serene, perfect beach side location. Only criticism would be their breakfast spread - not great for the price. Limited options, not really a buffet per say either. & the additional fees every time you order room service - have never had a €10 surcharge every time I order in-room dining before? Not ideal. Everything else was pretty good value!

Gorgeous view of beach,lovely room. Its a shame you have to have a min spend to use the middle pool, in my opinion its silly and unnecessary. The beds are around the main pool are lovely and comfortable. Lovely breakfast.

Great hotel!! Amazing staff, super clean, brand new, food to die for, sushi at the pool is highly recommended, I can’t talk about the staff enough. The Niko restaurant is Michelin worthy. Dana at the reception was so kind and helpful. We had an amazing time here. We stayed at 6 different hotels on this trip and I can tell you Mondrian was by far the best.

The Mondrian is a nice hotel. Especially if you are looking for a party vibe. It sits on a beautiful bay and the pool is small but nice. It was difficult to find a lounger by the pool (lots of people ‘saving them with a towel pre breakfast’ and then you should be happy to listen to some pretty serious DJ vibes (all day). The quality of food is good- but the staff’s attention to detail could be a wee bit better. Lots of back and forth and confusion with orders at the pool. Room was stylish. We booked an ocean view jr suite and it was a decent size. But the balcony was solid and so the view was lacking and largely blocked by foliage to the left of the balcony that obscured the view of the bay- and therefore the sunrise- which is amazing if you get down to the beach for a swim as we did. So higher floors probably a better option. You can catch the ferry to Ibiza town from right outside the hotel which was great. And taxis were plentiful. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance and Shanti- did the best cocktails we had on the island… highly recommend. In summary- cool vibe, in a beautiful bay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La salle de sport était super pour ceux qui veulent pratiquer de l’exercice. Les piscines et les accès à la plage sont également top et l’hôtel est très bien placé avec une vue magnifique. Le personnel a été adorable. Et le petit plus il y a un accès au ferry pour Formentera directement depuis la plage :) Le parking était en supplément mais nous a été offert !

We had such an incredible week staying at the Mondrian. Single mum with two young teenagers. Hotel was amazing - great food, drink and wonderful stylish rooms. Amazing mix of people staying. Quite an intimate boutique style of hotel. Restaurants nearby delicious. Taxi - always prebook from hotel otherwise uber prices are 8 x the price. We also hired a car for a couple of days which I would 100% recommend. Was great to go out and explore the island. €200 for two days including fully charged electricity, parking (close to the hotel) insurance etc. Staff running it were great. AUTOS PINET which is 100 metres from the hotel. Left the car with them overnight and they recharged and saved me €25 per night to park at hotel. We visited Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza old town, Santa Eularia and the hippy market. All great places. Had a mooch round some of the beautiful home shops on the high street as well which we loved- shame we couldn’t take things home in our suitcases. Beach is excellent being right there with showers to wash in when you come off. Added an extra bonus for the kids. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Väldigt vackert beläget hotell med otroligt hjälpsam och trevlig personal överallt! Väldigt bra concierge och vår dotter älskade Monkids! Väldigt barnvänligt och i juli närminnet var det var det väldigt mycket barnfamiljer. Smidigt med färjan utanför hotellet som går både till staden och Formentera. Det enda minuset var att man inte kunde nyttja alla pooler fritt, det var endast en pool som tillhörde Mondrian och man behövde boka och betala för att nyttja de andra tre som tillhörde Hyde. Det tyckte vi kunde ha framgått tydligare :)
