Housekeeping not good not good service in room I take showers water coming out side the washroom and I told to 4 to 5 time but no one clean room and asked for change towels until 11pm no one changed towels and no one give toothbrush recitation staff and bell boy and door guard good work

We stayed 2 nights at this property. The rooms are nice and the property is well maintained. The morning mountain views from our balcony were gorgeous. The only exception was the pool which was not maintained well. We weren’t comfortable swimming in it and that was a big disappointment for us. Power kept cutting in/out a lot, they have a generator that kicks in within 30 secs but it reset all the TV, AC settings which is annoying because of how often it happened. The food is Good. The service is very good. After we checked out, we realized we had left behind something in the room. We called the hotel and they were able to track the items for us, and courier them to us as requested. We really appreciated this so kudos to their team for taking this extra effort.
