Fine rom, men veldig tynne dyner (sommerdyner på vinteren) så jeg frøs så mye at jeg ble syk. Kun decaf kaffe på rommet. Veldig god dusj. Veldig god frokost i flott restaurant. Parkering er et stort minus på Thon hotell Snø. Dyrt og langt og kronglete å gå fra parkeringshuset til hotellet.

One of the best, cleanest and well presented hotels I have stayed at. Rooms are modern, well designed and comfortable. Gym is good to get a sweat on, and they provide towels etc, within the gym area. Service from the staff was amazing. Very inviting from the moment you walk in. Buffet Breakfast in the morning was great. Cannot fault it by any means. I would definitely stay at this place again. Thanks to all staff and management.

Var utrolig varmt på rommet, ikke noe mulighet å åpne vindu til få frisk luft , natta var tung med vondt i hodet, falsk krupp på minstemann pga for varmt , måtte ha døra ut i gangen på stor gløtt i løpet av natta men hjalp ikke akkurat stort ,har hatt rom på dette hotellet før og da gikk det ann åpne vindu til lufting da var det god natt .

Var utrolig varmt på rommet, ikke noe mulighet å åpne vindu til få frisk luft , natta var tung med vondt i hodet, falsk krupp på minstemann pga for varmt , måtte ha døra ut i gangen på stor gløtt i løpet av natta men hjalp ikke akkurat stort ,har hatt rom på dette hotellet før og da gikk det ann åpne vindu til lufting da var det god natt .

Beste frokosten jeg har hatt noen gang, og servicen har vært utmerket. Rommene prøver ikke være annet en et fint stelt hotellrom i tidløst design, og bad som dekker alle behov.

Hotel was very nice looking. Though a bit of a walk from the train station. I could not take advantage of the breakfast due to the hours so I feel the price wasn't as worth it. There is also no air conditioning in the room so cracking the window open a few centimeters was my only option. Room was cleaned daily.

Skiing and the proximity to Oslo were what first drew me here. I hadn’t known about the ice climbing wall, but now I hope to return and take advantage of that feature. The service at Thon Hotel was truly outstanding, the staff were hardworking, quick, friendly, and always helpful, effortlessly juggling guests from all over the world. Ida at the reception desk and Favour from the serving team especially stood out for being attentive, engaging, and incredibly supportive.

Vi hadde en sen innsjekk, på tlf fikk vi en hyggelig dame som sa det ikke var noe problem hvis vi kom før midnatt, dette stemte. Vi ankom kl 22:40 og ble møtt av et smil i resepsjonen, vi la merke til at det var rent og pent og servicen var topp. Vi våknet uthvilte og vi gikk til frokost der det var nok å velge i, servicevennlig folk som tydelig hadde både "sminkekurs" og kunne sitt fag. Det virket som de ville gi gjestene en fin start på dagen. Tusen takk for et veldig fint opphold☺️ ( til og med renholderne som vi møtte sa god morgen eller hei)

Alt var egentlig bra, men det som trakk ned var den UTROLIG klønete adkomsten til hotellet der man måtte slepe og løfte bagasjen fra p-huset og opp til resepsjonen, i tillegg til en lite informativ og uinspirert nattresepsjonist. Det kom ingen informasjon om noe som helst uten at man spurte (retning til heis, frokost, utsjekk/mulighet for å kjøre bil til døren etc, parkeringsbetaling). Irriterende når man kom sent og var sliten etter flyforsinkelser etc. Rommet var fint, god komfort og alt man trenger. Utmerket frokost, hyggelig personale og enkel utsjekking. Vi var ikke den typiske klientgruppen, men det var uproblematisk. Perfekt for dem som skal til skianlegget (mange unge/treningsgrupper der), men helt fint for andre også.

Everything was great during my stay but 2 things that exceeded my expectations were the breakfast and the gym facility. The breakfast was one of the best ive ever had in a hotel and the gym had every equipment you can think of. Only thing that i would like to see next time is a SMILE on the receptionists face.

Et veldig bra hotell i Lørenskog, og som ligger i tilknytning til det innendørs alpin/skianlegget. Vi bodde her to netter og har bare godt å si om hotellet, selv om nattevakten ikke klarte å finne begge rom på bestillingen med en gang. Det ordnet seg heldigvis. Ellers utmerket service, gode og moderne rom, behagelige senger og strålende frokost. Parkering på 275 kroner om du står parkert i parkeringshuset mer enn 9 timer kommer utenom og må tas med i beregningen om du kommer med bil. For oss ble det da 550 kroner ekstra for parkering for 2 dager. Litt upraktisk tilkomst fra parkeringshuset til hotellet, men man kan sette av passasjerer og bagasje ved inngangen. Alt i alt veldig godt fornøyd. Kommer gjerne tilbake

Dryg nattpersonal och inte villig att hjälpa till alls, är resemontör med över 200 hotellnätter per år och efter 20 år/4000 nätter är detta det värsta bemötandet jag varit med om. Hade inte kl varit 04:30 hade jag slängt nyckeln och tagit ett annat hotell. Personal på dagen va bättre dock och riktigt trevlig personal på frukosten

This is a really nice property. Brand new. Beds and bathroom are excellent and modern. It would be a great place to stay for visiting Oslo if you have a rental car as parking would be a lot cheaper than Oslo Sentrum locations. Also, the Landeskog train station is about a 8-9 minute walk which makes it easy and affordable to visit the city. It is located adjacent to the Snø indoor skiing facility which is a must do in my opinion if you have any interest in skiing. I will review this separately. But it is very affordable (compared to US prices).

easy access to train , 10 minutes walk to reach transport, however returning walking wasn't as easy as uphill steep-ish to the hotel. excellent services, breakfast and restaurant in general, very clean and comfortable and very safe. though not used it , parking is great there. would use again if need to.

Excellent hotel with a hearty breakfast. Easy access to public transport. A good choice if you have an event at Nova Spektrum. Halfway between Oslo and Lillenstrop. Zone 1 for transport tickets. Attentive and helpful staff.

The property is new and clean. We chose it because the downtown hotels were much more expensive. It is a train ride or Uber to city center. It was nice to be outside of the city and see that part of the area. It had a very interesting indoor ski slope that was cool to see.

Stunning hotel. The breakfast was 1st class. One of the best I have ever had. The only criticism I would have is I wish there was a hot tub to use. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Fint rom, men for tunge dyner og smal til og være dobbelseng. Men ellers så var det fint. God frokost. Vi kom lør kl 21.50 og da var bar og restaurant stengt.

Beste frokosten jeg har hatt noen gang, og servicen har vært utmerket. Rommene prøver ikke være annet en et fint stelt hotellrom i tidløst design, og bad som dekker alle behov.

Var en dårlig måte å varme opp glutenfritt brød på. Hadde frokost 3 dager og hver dag gjorde kokkene det forskjellig. Siste dagen var den værste, da la de inn skivene med plastikken på i ovenen og varmet dem. Kanskje hatt en glutenfri brødrister som alle andre hotell har. Sengen ble ikke redd opp selv om de hadde vært å byttet håndkle.

Dommage que le parking soit aussi loin, car il faut se garer au parking du SNO. Par ailleurs, je ne trouve pas ça très écolo de faire du ski en intérieur ... Horaires un peu limités : petit déj terminé à 9H30 ou diner non servi après 21h30. c'est très restreint pour un hôtel international qui peut recevoir des personnes du monde entier donc les coutumes varient. Un élargissement de ces services serait un plus je pense. Rien de particulier autour de l'hotel, un beau petit lac à 30 min à pied mais niveau option de restauration c'est limité. Cependant le restau de l'hotel dépanne bien. Des plats un peu plus typés Norvège auraient été appréciés à la carte
