The pictures on the website make this hotel looks spectacular. The room I had did have a hot tub, but it was inside the room. That made it very difficult to take a shower, and actually filling the hot tub would take about an hour, so I never had time to do it. It also uses up a huge amount of space in the room. Check in on the weekend involves being emailed a code as you arrive and a tall staircase not friendly to having large luggage and one person with a bad back. The people who run the property are extremely nice, and the location is very good. The cleaning is excellent, except that twice they left me a sheet and a blanket folded up not put on the bed. There was also an issue with a sticky switch to flush the toilet that was not fixed while I was there. Overall, this is a luxury property, but the way that it is arranged and managed (strange bed making, sticky switch, big staircase with no one to ) makes it four stars rather than five.

Der Whirlpool war warm genug. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und schön. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Minuspunkt gibt es für das Bett, welches zu weich war und man eingesackt ist. Der Rest hat gepasst.

The hottub was perfect and the room was well designed. Nothing but incredible things to say about the room, amenities and location. Would definitely stay here again.
