I love My Place! This area seems to have competitive hotel pricing, so it was a pretty good rate. Full-sized refrigerator and freezer, a little stove top, and microwave. You can even order breakfast items ahead of time to be placed in your room for the next morning, so you don't have to worry about shopping for groceries or anything like that. Complimentary coffee in the lobby, and only $1.50/each for a load of wash or dry. Thanks for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy, our room was on the first floor & even with being close to an exit door it was quiet. We didn’t use the microwave or stove top and the ice maker was a little noisy but a wonderful convenience. Bathroom was very clean! Bed & pillows comfortable too

The room had dead bugs all over it and tge shower curtain had mold on it. There was old food in the fridge abd the staff was rude.

Very nice hotel, new, clean, spacious room. The kitchenette was a great choice, all appliances are new and worked just fine. We had a special request, called to the hotel in the morning of our check-in and the staff was able to accomodate it. I recommend this place.

In town for a softball tournament. This was by far one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I am VERY particular. Staff was great! We will definitely be back!

Nice hotel. Downside is there is an event space 20 feet from the back windows that had a wedding and rocked a bass and drum beat until midnight. Ask for a front room maybe if a weekend.

Our room had a kitchenette but no tableware....it would have been nice to have some cups/plates/silverware. I'm glad we brought our own but we usually do when traveling by car. Another hotel in the same area does have some tableware in its kitchenette rooms.

I do not recommend staying here for any reason if you want to sleep. Very noisy on nights when there are events at the center next door. Front desk response was unimpressive. They gave us earplugs. Offered no compensation. Noise went on until well after midnight. Not a good choice.

I would not stay here on a Friday or Saturday evening as it is immediately next door to some type of event center. Music is loud and plays until 11pm. Staff is unable to move us but says this is a common occurrence on weekends.

I don't understand the business model of this chain. It is obviously competing with other extended-stay chains like Residence Inn and Home2, but with kitchen cabinets and drawers that are empty. No cookware, no utensils, but they sell them in the lobby. How thoughtful. Also no consideration given to people who like to read at night. The lamp next to the bed does not provide enough light and there is no light above or next to the big chair. The property is located in an industrial area far removed from restaurants and shopping, and there is almost never anyone at the desk Otherwise it was fine.

It was new and clean. Hopefully they keep it that way. Beds were worn on one side. Nice to have a nice kitchenette with full size fridge, cooktop and microwave but they dont supply silverware, pots, or dishes. Can buy in lobby. Close location to things to do. Does supply shampoo conditioner and body wash in big bottles built into shower.

I was greeted and checked in immediately. I asked for an extra blanket at the desk because I reserved a room with a bed and chair. I have been sleeping in a chair for medical reasons. Although she didn’t want to give it at first, she did after I explained the situation. We went to our room, with two beds and immediately went back down to the front. I told the attendant I was in the wrong room. She checked the computer, sorry, you ordered a standard room. No, I showed her my confirmation. We have the right to change your reservation because you ordered through a third party. The manager must have changed your reservation. WHAT?!?! Please explain this to me!! We have stayed here before, the hotel is very clean, quiet and for the price extremely happy. HOWEVER, it shouldn’t matter how I reserve the room, it was reserved! No breakfast here if you are looking for it. It is a microwaveable Jimmy Dean croissant for an additional $10 per person. Otherwise, they have Full kitchenette if you bring your own food.

We have the right to change your reservation because you ordered through a third party. The manager must have changed your reservation. WHAT?!?! Please explain this to me!! We have stayed here before, the hotel is very clean, quiet and for the price extremely happy. HOWEVER, it shouldn’t matter how I reserve the room, it was reserved! No breakfast here if you are looking for it. It is a microwaveable Jimmy Dean croissant for an additional $10 per person. Otherwise, they have Full kitchenette if you bring your own food.

Such a nice clean and cozy place!! Smelled like a fall candle as soon as you stepped inside the lobby. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spotless and newly renovated. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again! The little kitchenette was a also a bonus.

I love My Place! This area seems to have competitive hotel pricing, so it was a pretty good rate. Full-sized refrigerator and freezer, a little stove top, and microwave. You can even order breakfast items ahead of time to be placed in your room for the next morning, so you don't have to worry about shopping for groceries or anything like that. Complimentary coffee in the lobby, and only $1.50/each for a load of wash or dry. Thanks for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again!

It was new and clean. Hopefully they keep it that way. Beds were worn on one side. Nice to have a nice kitchenette with full size fridge, cooktop and microwave but they dont supply silverware, pots, or dishes. Can buy in lobby. Close location to things to do. Does supply shampoo conditioner and body wash in big bottles built into shower.

very nice and clean place , amazing and friendly people at the desk. Full size refrigerator two burner stove everything I was pretty much excellent I just wished they had offered a breakfast in the morning in a room not delivered to the room for a pretty good price otherwise I would give the place at least 4 1/2 stars

In-room kitchen was great. Staff was helpful. No fitness center or free continental breakfast, but let's face it, most hotel breakfasts are nasty anyway. The toilet was very weak, which caused a problem because I took a massive dump and the flushing power was woefully insufficient to successfully evacuate such a huge turd. I had to call the front desk to get a plunger, which wasn't ideal. But they were nice about it. The area around the property had some blemishes - construction, adult novelty store, and old manufacturing buildings were not aesthetically pleasing. But the actual hotel was very new, very clean, and very comfortable. The price was very reasonable as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Would stay there again for sure.
